Agitators pull the clothes down through the water. The turbo drum just swishes the clothes around. At the end of an hour cycle, I still have clothes on top that are dry. So you know the clothes have not been cleaned thoroughly. Will not be purchasing this design again.

At 5'2", I had troubles with our last drier getting clothes out - I needed a long kitchen tongs to reach down so far! This one has great capacity, is quiet, cleans thoroughly, and I can get my laundry out easily! We got it at a great price as well!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer came with the house we bought. It works fine but you can't rely on the time remaining because it changes. My guess is depending on how large of a load but when you are doing tons of laundry and trying to get to it right when its done, its difficult. It is nice to have a large washing capacity but at 5'8, I have to get up on my tip toes to reach the bottom to get the clothes out. Anyone shorter would need a stool. It did have some trouble getting stuck on a repetitive rinse cycle. I unplugged it and did all the recommended troubleshooting. Called the help line and they just told us to download the app which didn't work and couldn't find our model. The app was absolutely useless. We are now building a new house and shopping all new appliances and I am not sure we will go with LG again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased in Oct. 2021. I enjoyed it then, and still enjoy it now. Does a great job getting clothes clean, no matter what you throw into this washer. Saving on water usage as it calculates the right amount to do the job on the settings.. A very strong spin cycle keeps clothes damp which makes for less dying time. Quite compared to our last washer we had for 10 years. Happy with this LG model with hopes it will last over ten years.

It's too early to tell how reliable it will be. I was disappointed because it would not allow me to connect through the app as advertised and indicated in the instructions.

I had an LG for 11 years, The lid lock finally failed and the LG repairman couldn't fix it with new parts. So I began looking for a machine that could be delivered within a day. Hence the LG WT7000CW, It is noisy, takes a long time per load and the items washed don't smell fresh. I have had the machine four days and had about 8 loads of laundry to do since the first LG failed. As others have said, if you use "Normal" the water doesn't cover the load. So I use extra water - which is not recommended in southern California. I am sorry I rushed into this purchase.

This one unfortunately does not pull all the laundry under the water, but instead moves it side to side. I have to push the laundry under the water by pausing the wash, then start it up again. The same problem happens with rinsing, it does not pull all the laundry under the water, but instead moves it side to side.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased the exact same washer I bought ten years ago. A real workhorse without any issues. My husband washes a great deal of clothes himself and when our ten year old LG said "goodbye", we went right out and got the same exact one. It is updated in visual appearance but hopefully we will get the same Great Service we had with the last LG.

Purchased this in August of 2023 and exactly 12 months after purchase my house was flooded due to cut-off valve malfunction. Issue has since been fixed and is currently working fine but it took weeks to get it resolved and only after following up with LG multiple times a week. It shouldn't take a month to resolve an issue when the part arrived within 4 days after issue was diagnosed. Hopefully no more issues but time will tell. Based on recent experience giving 2 stars is probably generous.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very pleased with this washer. Tub has good large capacity. Wash selector has plenty of options. Spin cycle gets the water out so well that clothes spend shorter times in the dryer than our previous front load washer.
