There is not enough water. It takes your clothes and ties them into knots. My clothes do not come clean. I called the company. The lady said everybody freaks when they see the wtere levels. I said no I freak when the toothpaste that was in my pajama top is still there after its been washed and the body orders don’t leave. The clothes are not clean so she said put them on heavy duty and there will be more water. So I wash my clothes on heavy duty, which is a two hour cycle. So I also only put like 4 to 6 pieces of clothes and cause they’re still not enough water if I put more. So instead of saving water and energy I’m using so much more it took me two cycles of heavy duty to wash one tiny dog bed yesterday so that was four hours trying to get a dog bed clean.

My husband washes a great deal of clothes himself and when our ten year old LG said "goodbye", we went right out and got the same exact one. It is updated in visual appearance but hopefully we will get the same Great Service we had with the last LG.

This washer is not user friendly and the online users manual is disappointing. It basically just mentions the different functions and does not go into detail about operating them. I researched online and still was unable to find information on spin cycle. The biggest disappointment with this washer is that there is NO SPIN ONLY option. I would not have purchased this washer had I known that. The other disappointment with this washer is that it doesn’t remove stains unless “water plus” is added, which defeats the point of buying a water saving washer. Plus, the “water plus” feature soaks the clothes. I do not need my clothes to be soaked, I just want to add water to the load.

I've had my washer for three years and I always used the delicate cycle to wash my laundry. I decided to use the normal was cycle and I regret it. I used less than a small load of laundry soap and my black shirts has white residue left on them after the load was done. I don't use fabric softener either so I know how it wasn't that. How are clothes supposed to come out clean on normal cycle. I wash all my clothes in cold water and I might have to throw my clothes back in the washer to get the white residue off. I guess it's back washing laundry on the delicate cycle and beats the purpose of cutting down on water. My washer's model number is WT7305CW

At 5'2", I had troubles with our last drier getting clothes out - I needed a long kitchen tongs to reach down so far! This one has great capacity, is quiet, cleans thoroughly, and I can get my laundry out easily! We got it at a great price as well!

Purchased this in August of 2023 and exactly 12 months after purchase my house was flooded due to cut-off valve malfunction. Issue has since been fixed and is currently working fine but it took weeks to get it resolved and only after following up with LG multiple times a week. It shouldn't take a month to resolve an issue when the part arrived within 4 days after issue was diagnosed. Hopefully no more issues but time will tell. Based on recent experience giving 2 stars is probably generous.

I like everything about it The machine is way much better compared to one the I had before which lasted only for three years I would highly recommend LG products.

First time with LG Appliances and so far, so good! I never had a washer without an agitator, I like it. I also like the clear top so I can see inside, very cool! There's just one thing I don't understand... I don't see where I can select the load size which would determine how much water goes in. I'm going to assume the washer automatically determines that based on the weight of the load? I've read the manual several times looking for that and couldn't find it. That's another plus, it actually came with the complete manual! I didn't have to go online to get one. Good job doing that LG, I appreciate it!!

I had an LG for 11 years, The lid lock finally failed and the LG repairman couldn't fix it with new parts. So I began looking for a machine that could be delivered within a day. Hence the LG WT7000CW, It is noisy, takes a long time per load and the items washed don't smell fresh. I have had the machine four days and had about 8 loads of laundry to do since the first LG failed. As others have said, if you use "Normal" the water doesn't cover the load. So I use extra water - which is not recommended in southern California. I am sorry I rushed into this purchase.
