Unit came with dented generator cover but that was just cosmetic. Box was fine, not even creased on either end so tough to explain this damage but that's just the beginning.Installed wheels and feet filled with oil and added gas. Pulled a couple of dozen times, NO START. Gas valve was on, run switch was on and choke was fully on (so I thought). Pulled spark plug and it was fouled with gritty black debris and wet with gas. See picture of this and top of piston attached. This was a hard sandy grit! Clean plug and vacuumed out the cylinder then blew out with compressed air. Put back together STILL NO START, but significant backfires. Removed air cleaner to look at choke and although in the full ON position it was hung up about 3/4 open I could work it past some hang up points but it would always hang up in the same spots when using the lever which uses a spring to position it. Made sure it was fully closed and pulled a few dozen more times with air cleaner still off. Then big backfire and the air cleaner housing was ON FIRE!!!!!!!. Small fire, blew this out, put back together drained gas and immediately returned it directly to my local Sam's Club. No problem with the return and no problem with the recoil starter like some other reviewers seem to have had. I must have pulled it 200 times and that part still worked fine. This thing is GARBAGE people! Purchase at your own risk but don't say I didn't warn you.

Purchased to have backup power for my well water and heat in case of another winter blackout. Found this also has the capacity to run my AC should I need it in the summer months. Having the dual fuel propane and gas gives me extra piece of mind since I can power it with my 4 propane tanks and gasoline I have on hand if needed. I installed a 240v plug to directly connect to my whole electrical panel. Great price and would buy again if needed.

I bought this for camping at Talladega Superspeedway and we ran it for about 8 hours over the first 2 days there, no more than 10. It was running but we noticed that we lost electricity to our camper and eventually figured out that the generator had stopped outputting power. The voltmeter was blank and none of the circuit breakers tripped, it simply quit suddenly for no reason. Darn near ruined our race weekend. Do not recommend, it is not reliable!

I bought this generator to give me piece of mind living here in Florida. It powers the necessary parts of our house if we were to lose power because of a Hurricane. It is easy to assemble and wheel around while being compact enough to where it doesn't take up to much space. Happy with my purchase.

We got this generator as an everyday tool for our business, it worked great the first 4 days and on the fifth day after 3 hours of use suddenly it started misfiring and died, we changed to propane and it didn't start, it had spark at the plug, fresh gas / propane, and it just quit working, we thought it been a larger brand name was going to work flawlessly, bad experience with this generator, I don't know if it been double fuel has to do with it failing so bad, but I'll stick to gasoline in the future.

This generator is heavy duty but small enough to use anywhere around the house. The built in wheels and folding handle makes it easy to move. Engine runs very smooth and is surprisingly quiet for the size. This medium size generator will run a 240v well pump, 120v freezer, refrigerator, and lighting. It's the perfect unit for backup electricity when the power goes out during winter storms!

I purchased this generator to use primarily for emergency home back up and occasional camping use. I found this size to adequate for emergency back up yes small and portable enough to take camping. I found this generator to be well packaged and very easy to assemble (approximately 10 minutes). The owners manual is comprehensive and easy to understand and follow. I intend to run it for the first time in a few days and break it in by running it at half load for 5 hours as stated in the manual. It seems to be a quality well made product.

This is the third generator I've owned. Very nice product!

Very happy with the dual fuel setup. Much less worried about finding fuel during a major weather event.

Bought the generator about a month ago and have not had to use it yet but glad to have it in case power goes out.
