We may never use it, but it brings peace of mind because it's there. I made sure it had adequate power for the necessities (refrigerators, kitchen appliances, lights) and for a portable air conditioner in summer or heater in winter. Not planning on whole house use. It was easy to set up with a propane tank, and purchased a backup gasoline can. G9d purchase.

Works well, GENERATES 5300W of 240vAC and 120vAC electric power from Propane or Petrol (gasoline). Starts easily and is very easy to use, with clearly labeled and designed switches and outlets. I highly recommend this for those who need the versatility of 120v/240vAC from dual fuel. I used it on a cement slab to run a large Rotary Hammer and drill holes for several hours continuously with no problems. Be aware, however, that it is massively heavy and a bit loud (75db), so it’s a two person job to haul it up onto a truck or up stairs. It also arrived with heavy damage because it was shipped in inadequate flimsy display packaging. I had to go the vendor in person to get it replaced; if you don’t pick it up yourself, and have it shipped, be sure the vendor/shipper uses additional extra heavy-duty boxing material.

This generator was a great purchase and it came just in time. Being in the middle of hurricane Ian, we were without power for 7 days. We used it several times and it worked great. We powered two refrigerators, a 75" tv and sound bar, internet and a fan. We used propane for fuel and it started up right away. We are very happy with our purchase and would highly recommend this product.

Just got it and test ran using only propane plugged in through my transfer switch / interlock breaker and it handled the load just fine. Ran everything I wanted: refrig, tv, cable, wifi, lights, and computers. Haven’t run gas yet because I didnt want gas sitting in the tank until necessary. Apparently gas provides even more power than propane. Comes with oil, funnel and spark plug tool. So far so good.

The generator itself seems good based on the test run using both fuel sources. However, I was dismayed to pay full price for a unit that arrived damaged (frame is bent). I can live with it, but clearly this unit is so heavy that it is posing shipping problems, based on my review and others I read before purchasing. I’m sure the FedEx delivery guy literally cartwheeling the box up my driveway did not help the final arrival condition.

After going through 3 hurricanes in 2 months, we desperately needed a reliable power source when the power goes out. This generator was easy to use and it was able to connect to our power box to supply electricity to the front half of our home effortlessly. It runs off of gasoline and propane and the price was reasonable. I definitely recommend!

I did think this would be a bigger unit but was relieved to see it isnt. It is very easy to pull start and purrs like a dream. We bought this expecting a loss of power where we live due to snow storms and thankfully didnt have to use it this time. As far as noise goes I honestly dont think its all too bad. I've grown up with older generators that I thought were super loud so it could just be me too.

We purchased our generator for emergency power for our home. We are in our mid 70’s and love the features, electric start, remote control, propane/gas dual fuel. Pulled from box, added a wheel kit, charged battery, new propane tank. Started generator, it ran almost a whole 30 seconds then stopped. Will not start now.

We purchased this generator with the power intention to use it for our house and portable BBQ-ing. The noise level is super acceptable and quiet for a generator this size, and it’s super comfortable inside whilst it’s running outside. Would be cool if it had electric start but it’s definitely not a dealbreaker.

I previously had the 3600 watt version of this generator and was very pleased with its performance,but I needed more capacity at our altitude of 3000'. This higher capacity version is also a dual fuel model (gas and propane) which gives me another option for fuel storage. It is noisier than my last one but that's to be expected, particularly under load. This outage "only" lasted 20 hours, but the generator didn't skip a beat and used about 7 gallons of gas. The one downside has to do with the outlets. The 240v and 120v plugs can't be used at the same time. I would have preferred two 30A,120v outlets for my application.
