I shopped for about a week and with all the products out there naturally became confused......so.......I made a list of all the requirements I was looking for and started eliminating. Allow me to list some positives...!) Electric start, 2) Dual fuel, 3) Running Watts of 5300, 4) Peak Watts of 6500, 5) Voltage output selection, 6) four post hookup for 30 amp along with regular 30 amp hookup plus the regular 20 amp plugin, 7) Found out after receiving, quite running.. I also liked the weight of the unit along with wheels for moving around....BUT MOST OF ALL,,,, Its a Westinghouse...It had others beat all around....NO NEGATIVE to list......OH YEAH....Price was best for comparable product.....A winner all around.

I bought this because a huge derecho came through and knocked out power to almost all of Northwest Indiana. I was pleased with this generator, especially the ability to switch from gasoline to propane seamlessly. I was able to charge what I needed to charge, keep a refrigerator and freezer going, run my sump pump and wifi router. It saved me some heartache with regard to storm recovery.

I bought Gen for backup power after hurricanes and as back power for elevator if we have a power outage. It is everything I wanted it to be. Remote start easy for my wife to use.

Just bought this a week ago. We've tested it and checked it out thoroughly and it seems to be very high quality. Gives me relief heading into Hurricane season.

Just bought this and started it up runs great. I like the 240/120 selectable voltage. Surprisingly not as loud for a large generator that is not an inverter. Only thing missing is a wheel kit to come standard with the generator.

I'm the type who won't give a review until I've used the product multiple times. This generator has been easy to start and runs flawlessly with exceptional fuel consumption. Very satisfied with the performance going on 3 years. I've recommended the Westinghouse generator's to friends.

Just purchased this generator for future power outages that occasionally occur in our area. Very impressed with the indepth manual and parts schematics that came with it. May be a while before it's needed to help power houshold items so can't say how well it works, but confident the generator will meet our needs

I purchased this generator a month ago and am so glad I did as we've been having horrible storms. Its easy to start and functions as expected. My brother and sister purchased one after I told them about mine.

I ordered this generator to take to family in Louisiana after Hurricane Ida. The generator was delivered to me in a horrific condition. I’ll let the attached pictures speak for themselves. Westinghouse customer service is horrible. I’ve been waiting on a response from them for over a week. I just called again yesterday and a third part service is answering and just taking messages. Do not buy any Westinghouse product if you’re looking for good customer service. I know they have slot of positive reviews on the website but that’s because they give you a free generator cover if you complete a review with omg the first 30 days of purchase. What really goes wrong within the first 30 days unless you receive a beat up unit like I did which you can see by the pictures I’m posting.

Frame was poorly made , the nuts welded to the frame to attach the feet were crooked, so you couldn’t put the bolts in without stripping or breaking them off.
