I'm the type who won't give a review until I've used the product multiple times. This generator has been easy to start and runs flawlessly with exceptional fuel consumption. Very satisfied with the performance going on 3 years. I've recommended the Westinghouse generator's to friends.

I received This product has an early Father's Day present good thing I did needed to use it right loved the product just the electric start is money well spent.product appears to be very sturdy and not a bad looking unit. This is easily the best present I have ever received.

Super good generator for the price. The duel starting option is a major plus. Starts right up every time. Having the electric start is great when you have a bum shoulder like myself. It is easily moved about with the built in handle. The sound when running is not bad at all. Bought this generator as an extra to run my husband's oxygen concentrator. Would highly recommend this generator.

I bought this about a week ago and I'm so glad I did! It was more than enough to run my a/c and electric for my camper. It does the job and then some!

It took a while for me to need it and Open it. So it stayed in the box for 2 years. After setup it worked on the first pull. Tried it both with gas and propane.

Just purchased this generator for future power outages that occasionally occur in our area. Very impressed with the indepth manual and parts schematics that came with it. May be a while before it's needed to help power houshold items so can't say how well it works, but confident the generator will meet our needs

I ordered this generator to take to family in Louisiana after Hurricane Ida. The generator was delivered to me in a horrific condition. I’ll let the attached pictures speak for themselves. Westinghouse customer service is horrible. I’ve been waiting on a response from them for over a week. I just called again yesterday and a third part service is answering and just taking messages. Do not buy any Westinghouse product if you’re looking for good customer service. I know they have slot of positive reviews on the website but that’s because they give you a free generator cover if you complete a review with omg the first 30 days of purchase. What really goes wrong within the first 30 days unless you receive a beat up unit like I did which you can see by the pictures I’m posting.

Frame was poorly made , the nuts welded to the frame to attach the feet were crooked, so you couldn’t put the bolts in without stripping or breaking them off.

Came with design flaw. Handle hits air filter house and damaged it. Initial call to report went well. It’s been 2 weeks and no follow up from company yet.

I bought this for camping at Talladega Superspeedway and we ran it for about 8 hours over the first 2 days there, no more than 10. It was running but we noticed that we lost electricity to our camper and eventually figured out that the generator had stopped outputting power. The voltmeter was blank and none of the circuit breakers tripped, it simply quit suddenly for no reason. Darn near ruined our race weekend. Do not recommend, it is not reliable!
