Sam's Club does not mess around with shipping. I was delivered by FedEx from GA to FL within 48 hours from ordering! So far I ran it twice for 30 minutes, just to keep it active lubricated. It does power small electrical stuff so far. Starts after 6-7th pull. I run it ethanol free fuel, so hopefully it will keep starting easily. I just got a propane tank, will be trying the dual fuel soon. Interesting to see you can run half and half. Westinghouse sent me a cover right after I registered it on their website.

Out of the box; it takes about five minutes to add oil and fuel, read the instructions and the generator is ready to go. Apply the choke and it starts easily on the first pull. I have used the generator daily, for several hours each day, in the August heat, with no issues.

We went through an awful ice storm and was without power for 4 days. Decided we didn’t want to be unprepared again. Read reviews on Sam’s and other websites and this one seemed to be good without breaking the bank. We’ve only used this once but everything seemed to be working great. Instructions were easy to use and understand. I think I read that this was quieter than others. If this is quieter I’d hate to hear others. Ha! But so far so good. Sam’s also sent this really fast. We were pleasantly surprised. We believe this will be a good purchase.

Generator fired up great, however, it does not output any power whatsoever. Immediately troubleshooting a brand new product with Westinghouse support is less than ideal. Still not fixed after a few days of troubleshooting. If I can get it fixed, and it outputs power, I will update my review.

Arrived week early, thank you, re viewed manual. Assembly was easy, Added oil and gasoline. Turned on switch pulled cord and it started right up. Love the handle and ease of pulling. No use for it right now but glad i have for back up power. Need to get long cable for connection in future.

This generator was a great purchase and it came just in time. Being in the middle of hurricane Ian, we were without power for 7 days. We used it several times and it worked great. We powered two refrigerators, a 75" tv and sound bar, internet and a fan. We used propane for fuel and it started up right away. We are very happy with our purchase and would highly recommend this product.

I purchased this generator because it is powered by both gasoline and propane. That comes in handy when gas is in short supply as it was after Hurricane Ida. It works as advertised having both a twist lock 120/240 outlet providing 44 amps on gas and 40 on propane, and a 30 ampRV outlet. You can actually switch between fuels while the generator is running. I’m very happy with this purchase

My buddy and I both bought one of these.So far so good. We both had the same experience. Expect initial startup trouble since the equipment has to ship with no oil. . Upon adding oil, pull coil is tough for while (15-20 pulls)and we experienced back fires. Once oil circulated...ran like a champ and pulling was easy peasy.

You can't go wrong with this unit...it has all the features you would expect in a higher priced unit! The frequency gage and runtime hours are great! I will only be using propane to run since it will not foul the carburetor or spark plug. I have been testing the unit with a 3KW load and it performs flawlessly...I expect to get many years of service.

I believe this is a good generator. It is sturdily made and has the features I want. However, I have not be able to get it to run unless the choke is left on. Turn that off and it dies. Customer service was very quick to help; gave me a 'case number' so it could be fixed as warranty work. But the first 2 shops I called said they won't do warranty work for Westinghouse. I did find one that will, and I will be taking it to them. So, the verdict is - I don't yet know how good this generator is.
