Generator was quick and easy to get up and running. Fired right up on a 15 F day. Only thing was, the written instructions / user manual have the choke positioning backwards. The instructions on the pictograms located on the topside of the generator were correct. I couldn't get her started because I read the instructions, ironically enough, until I found the pictograms on the unit itself!

I bought this last year. I'm about to use it this winter....2026. We're just about to be hit with a storm. Opened it up, put it together.... No Problems. Love the features, gas or propane. easy to move around once the wheels are on. easy to use.....

We got this generator as an everyday tool for our business, it worked great the first 4 days and on the fifth day after 3 hours of use suddenly it started misfiring and died, we changed to propane and it didn't start, it had spark at the plug, fresh gas / propane, and it just quit working, we thought it been a larger brand name was going to work flawlessly, bad experience with this generator, I don't know if it been double fuel has to do with it failing so bad, but I'll stick to gasoline in the future.

We used this 24/7 for 27 days straight until our power came back. After Hurricane Laura devastated our area, there was no telling when thsy would be so we knew we had to be prepared! We stopped it only for oil changes or when we weren't home. It started on the 1st or 2nd pull every time. it ran 2 refrigerators, a 5000 BTU window unit, a washing machine, an Instant Pot, 2 lamps, 2 fans, and charged all of our phones no problem. Probability could have ran the whole house but the hurricane destroyed our power box so we couldn't try that. With what we did run, we ran thorough about 7 gallons of fuel a day, so it is extremely fuel efficient. I have no doubt this generator will last for years to come and will happily recommend it to everyone I know.

I purchased this a couple of weeks ago. I haven`t had to use it yet for no power. But I did want to make sure it worked. Put the oil, gas and connected the battery and it cranked right up. We love it . Not to loud. We`re ready now for when the power goes out.

Bought this to be prepared for NC snowstorms so I could have peace of mind for my toddler. Excited about the dual fuel option. Started up no trouble on gas. Haven't tried propane yet. Lots of options when it comes to power and plenty to take care of our needs!

This is the third generator that I have bought in two different states and they are so dependable and versatile, I gave one to my sister up in New York. I gave one to my son who just had his first baby and we needed to buy another one to replace that. We are really looking forward to using it

Great, worked right away. Needed to watch videos to figure out how to turn gas line on but otherwise really easy. Pull start isn't that hard

bought product to be used in an emergence and have not had a chance to use it yet. my friends have used the product and recommended the purchase.

Just got this a couple of weeks ago. Already have tested it. Runs great! We are now fired up and ready to go for when the next storm hits.
