This generator seems to be a great value. It is dual fuel and has connections for standard 120, 30 amp RV, or 4 prong for connecting to the house. We have not used it yet but are looking forward to giving it a shot. It arrived much quicker than anticipated.

We purchased this generator as a backup to protect the house and outdoor pool in Dallas, TX. The power is sufficient to power our pool pump and gas heater, our gas furnace, refrigerator, and internet/TV as well as some lights in the house. It is well suited to use with a transfer switch, and had 240 volt capability. We have no gas powered garden tools, so propane is a safer and cleaner storage option for us, but in a pinch gasoline is still possible.

Sam's Club does not mess around with shipping. I was delivered by FedEx from GA to FL within 48 hours from ordering! So far I ran it twice for 30 minutes, just to keep it active lubricated. It does power small electrical stuff so far. Starts after 6-7th pull. I run it ethanol free fuel, so hopefully it will keep starting easily. I just got a propane tank, will be trying the dual fuel soon. Interesting to see you can run half and half. Westinghouse sent me a cover right after I registered it on their website.

Out of the box; it takes about five minutes to add oil and fuel, read the instructions and the generator is ready to go. Apply the choke and it starts easily on the first pull. I have used the generator daily, for several hours each day, in the August heat, with no issues.

The price is good, and the unit starts fine on gas, but we were not able to start it on just propane. We had to start on gas and then switch over. This defeats part of the advantage of propane not aging like gas, since you still have to keep a supply of gas around.

An outstanding generator. Well thought out and has enough power for most short-term outages. What I like best about this unit is the dual fuel feature. Imagine being able to use a BBQ grill LP tank instead of having to go out to purchase gasoline. Propane does not get stale, whereas gasoline does. Not only that, a year goes by and you haven't used it with gasoline, and the carburetor can become clogged and gunky. You're good if you use this generator for everyday worksite stuff. I purchased it for backup, and LP is the only way to go. This sucker is heavy, but it has wheels. You won't be picking it up to carry anywhere, but you can certainly roll it around easily.

We purchased our generator for emergency power for our home. We are in our mid 70’s and love the features, electric start, remote control, propane/gas dual fuel. Pulled from box, added a wheel kit, charged battery, new propane tank. Started generator, it ran almost a whole 30 seconds then stopped. Will not start now.

I purchased this generator because it is powered by both gasoline and propane. That comes in handy when gas is in short supply as it was after Hurricane Ida. It works as advertised having both a twist lock 120/240 outlet providing 44 amps on gas and 40 on propane, and a 30 ampRV outlet. You can actually switch between fuels while the generator is running. I’m very happy with this purchase

this is only second generator ever bought for emergency use. delighted with the manual and instructions. Clear, concise, easy to follow. Pictures could have been a bit larger. I had to go over them, making numbers etc., larger. looking forward to years of great performance.

This is my second Westinghouse generator. The other is an inverter style, this one is quite surprisingly quiet for an open frame style. It is louder than the inverter, but nowhere near as liud as my other open frame generators in this class. Great overall use, nice to have the option of selectung voltage to conserve fuel qhen 240 is not needed. In dual fuel os a must for all generators i purchas in the future.
