This generator was a great purchase and it came just in time. Being in the middle of hurricane Ian, we were without power for 7 days. We used it several times and it worked great. We powered two refrigerators, a 75" tv and sound bar, internet and a fan. We used propane for fuel and it started up right away. We are very happy with our purchase and would highly recommend this product.

I did think this would be a bigger unit but was relieved to see it isnt. It is very easy to pull start and purrs like a dream. We bought this expecting a loss of power where we live due to snow storms and thankfully didnt have to use it this time. As far as noise goes I honestly dont think its all too bad. I've grown up with older generators that I thought were super loud so it could just be me too.

Arrived week early, thank you, re viewed manual. Assembly was easy, Added oil and gasoline. Turned on switch pulled cord and it started right up. Love the handle and ease of pulling. No use for it right now but glad i have for back up power. Need to get long cable for connection in future.

I bought this to use to power a few things in our home during a power outage. Really liked that it is dual fuel as I keep propane on hand. It came pretty well packed and in great condition. The 240 VAC output is one major selling point for me, so I can attached it to the house panel. Tried to run the unit on gasoline and then propane. Both worked well and the unit started on the 4th pull. I also really like that the handle and wheels were included, as they are extra on a lot of units this size. The only downsides I have so far is that the pull rope spring seems a bit weak. After I pulled to start the motor, I had to quickly let the rope go back into the motor or else I ended up with a lot of rope hanging out of the starter assembly. The other was that it was hard to change the display. I had to use a pencil to push the button in far enough to make contact and change the display. Minor issues to me as the unit performed well and ran pretty quietly too. I cannot beat the 3 year warranty too. Many units by other companies come with only 1 year. Lastly the price was a definite factor as I saved a lot of money.

We ordered our unit online. It was in stock at our local store in Chattanooga so we went and picked it up same day. Set up was quick and easy with the instructions provided. I ran a short test to verify it will run my furnace and appliances. We are very pleased.

I was anxious to try the dual fuel aspect. Other than preliminary start up on both fuel types, I haven't really tested the unit, but everything seems to run good. It did come with a couple of cosmetic issues (dents and scrapes) but nothing that keeps the unit from operating properly.

We may never use it, but it brings peace of mind because it's there. I made sure it had adequate power for the necessities (refrigerators, kitchen appliances, lights) and for a portable air conditioner in summer or heater in winter. Not planning on whole house use. It was easy to set up with a propane tank, and purchased a backup gasoline can. G9d purchase.

So far, so good. Did not take long to get the wheels on and then take it out to the patio, add the gas and oil and start it up. Bought it to replace an 27 year old Honda 5000 generator that was starting to die. This new one has more wattage, is smaller and is easier to move around that the old Honda.

After going through 3 hurricanes in 2 months, we desperately needed a reliable power source when the power goes out. This generator was easy to use and it was able to connect to our power box to supply electricity to the front half of our home effortlessly. It runs off of gasoline and propane and the price was reasonable. I definitely recommend!

We went through an awful ice storm and was without power for 4 days. Decided we didn’t want to be unprepared again. Read reviews on Sam’s and other websites and this one seemed to be good without breaking the bank. We’ve only used this once but everything seemed to be working great. Instructions were easy to use and understand. I think I read that this was quieter than others. If this is quieter I’d hate to hear others. Ha! But so far so good. Sam’s also sent this really fast. We were pleasantly surprised. We believe this will be a good purchase.
