I’ve owned several generators in my life, big and small, read the reviews about this one, decided to give it a try, I’m very happy with my purchase, it’s not too big and heavy, but it’s all there, quality parts, best of all I like the ability to use it on LP Gas or regular gas, it’s extremely quite, and will serve my needs for years to come I may buy couple more for my son and daughter, good thing to have, even if you don’t use it but once a quarter

I very much appreciated the labeling and instructions that came with my generator. I found the info/tags easy to follow. Assembling the wheels/legs was a snap. Plus, I was able to quickly fill the unit with oil and gas and it was running in no time. I even ran it on propane and got a "charge" out of doing that. Great product with a well thought out documentation packet! BTW, the generator package looks great and is smartly designed with controls, etc. right where can see and/or access them. I like the on-board volt meter- a real hot item for my engineering side. Plus, the "pop up" handle is slick. Now, I am ready to use it during my next project or power outage- and my wife will be happy since she will have power at home. When the "wifey" is happy, everybody is happy.

Arrived with no damage. Powers up what I need it to. I like the choices of plugs they give you. Dual fuel is a good feature. Although it doesn't seem to start on propane. Starts great on gas, then you can switch it over. Not a big deal. Still very happy with it.

Bought this generator to use on a piece of property that has no electricity. I already have a similar Westinghouse generator that I use at my home if the power goes out in the winter or summer and have really been pleased with it. Therefore, decided to get another Westinghouse generator. Easy to operate.

Purchase this product in February 2021 during the Texas Arctic Freeze. This generator has the ability to run on propane or gasoline. That is a great option. We used the propane option to run lights, a refrigerator and a portable heater. When we ran out of propane, we switched to gasoline.

Purchased during hurricane Helene aftermath, no power so far 8 days. It’s got great power, really more than we needed. I like the dual fuel option, we used propane as we don’t care to store gasoline around the house. My only complaint, which is why it got 4 stars is that it is not easy start… I had to have my neighbor come and start it for me each day as I just had a hip replacement and could not pull the rope hard enough to start the generator. It took 10-20 pulls to get the thing started but once it was running it did its job.

Powered my sump pumps all night log during a power outage with no problems. It easily handled the startup current of both pumps with no problem. The lights we also had on never flickered during the pumps frequently starting. Generator was relatively quiet and ran for 8 hours on a single 30 lbs. propane tank. I would recommend this generator to anyone.

After shopping for other brands, Westinghouse was my choice. Easy to assemble, easy to start, powered up, runs good. The choice of power, gas or propane is a plus..Can move around easy too.Hooked up my refrigerator, freezer, and other apliances , no problem. The power is great. Would recommend this Generator to anyone. Lights out? No problem, Westinghouse got you covered.

I bought one of these a few weeks ago. After two days of trying to get it to start I took it back. I thought I would try it one more time. The second one came in a box that was all torn up, but it seemed to be ok when I opened it. I put it together and pulled the rope. This time I got one that started. I hate the oil fill system and that it does not come with wheels and legs already mounted.

We just bought three of these, and I haven't used mine yet. So, I can't speak on the performance of this yet. I will update after I use it. I am excited that I can use either gas or propane. One thing I didn't like though was that the big yellow warning tag that was on the other two generators we purchased was not on this one. That is dangerous to not have the warning tag on here, even though I know not to use it in the house.
