I absolutely love it! The 2 things I’m most impressed with is that the hair doesn’t wind around the bar, and that you don’t have to change settings when going from floor to carpet. It’s also super easy to empty and the charge lasts a long time! The attachments are easy to use. I do miss not having a light on it to see in darker corners and there isn’t a place to store the furniture attachment, but that doesn’t keep me from giving it 5 stars!

Had to make an "emergency" vacuum purchase so did little pre-research. So happy! Love that is automatically changes on its own according to the different flooring type.Super long charge life and it's hefty but I like that actually. The hanging of it has yet to happen which seems to be the most annoying aspect as I don't have an ideal place near an outlet.

After much research this looked like a great fit for me. I am very happy with the size, weight and handling. While the head is large and it is heavy, once on the floor it glides smooth over all my surfaces, hard wood, tile and carpet with ease and that big head just keeps going so I can get half the house done in one shot and cleaning it out is a breeze. A lot of cash for a vacuum, but I am very happy. Expect this to last a long time with the build quality.

We bought this several weeks ago to handle the fur fall out of our five cats. We had recently moved into a larger home with multiple deep pile area rugs. The vacuum is spot on for addressing our needs. The run time is 40-45 minutes. The canister empties easily. Swapping out the attachments is simple. This is a large cordless machine and much more powerful than the less priced vacuums.

Amazing vacuum, first time buying battery base vacuum, so naturally I went with the best brand. It picks up so much from our hardwood floors and rugs. I also like how the display quickly shows you what setting you're on and how much time is left on the vacuum.

Have used this product and found it to have a greater amount of suction, larger collection canister, and much more of a cleaning machine than my prior V7 dyson sweeper. Overall only drawback so far is unit is top heavy and will not stand upright alone.

Family members rave about Dyson vacuums. This was my first experience. I purchased the Outsize Dyson and generally am okay with it. I was taken aback when I realized that I must continue to hold the power button the entire time I'm vacuuming which gets to be tedious and painful. The 3 speeds are okay but I find that I use the low and medium rather than the red hot speed, which uses up battery time quickly. This is NOT my first battery operated vacuum but for the price I paid for this Dyson, I guess I expected it to be more efficient.

Waited a long time to get a Dyson..this vacuum works excellent. The part that picks up is pretty big. I have a difficult time getting the pole off to dump the waste container..would be easier w a different button to release it..may get a smaller Dyson...next time...but I do like it!

Until I bought this vacuum, I was not someone who enjoyed vacuuming (despite owning and using two conventional Dyson vacuum cleaners). This vacuum cleans BETTER than it’s corded relatives, because it “magically” cleans my long hair and my dogs’ long fur out of the rollers, it is much lighter, and I don’t have to fight the cord! Plus when I need to vacuum the stairs or other small spaces, I don’t have to fight the unwieldy hose! My only regret - that I didn’t buy one sooner!!!

I bought this a month ago to replace a Dyson V6 animal. The V6 lasted about twelve years, but was too expensive to fix. the oversize model is much better for me. There always seems to be a lot of hair to be picked up in my house. With the V6 it would take maybe three trips to empty the canister for one cleaning. The oversize unit does this in one shot and is much easier to empty. Also not having to hassle with hair wound around the pickup roller is very nice. I really like the ECO setting for throw rugs, works like a charm. My wife thinks it's a little heavy, but she rarely vacuums so it's not an issue. Very happy with this purchase.
