Bad description. Only one battery included. Without the second battery it is not a great value and will be returning. Also says there is a power button lock and I don’t see that either.

I love it. It’s been a month of use a so far very happy. 🥴

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Outsize brings vacuuming to a whole new level! I cleaned the entire downstairs of my home quickly and easily in medium mode with plenty of battery power left. The Outsize picked up tons of dog hair (and other stuff) left behind from my other expensive vacuum, and that was without even using the hairscrew tool. It is amazing how hair does not tangle in the cleaner head, the tools easily click in and out, and the bin empties with almost no effort. My experience so far has been great. One thing that gets a little uncomfortable is holding the trigger the entire time I vacuum. It would be nice to have a trigger lock mechanism to hold it in place. Even though the Outsize is larger than other models, it is not too heavy, and it glides easily over different floor types. I definitely recommend investing in a Dyson- my home is much cleaner and vacuuming is not the chore it used to be!

Had to make an "emergency" vacuum purchase so did little pre-research. So happy! Love that is automatically changes on its own according to the different flooring type.Super long charge life and it's hefty but I like that actually. The hanging of it has yet to happen which seems to be the most annoying aspect as I don't have an ideal place near an outlet.

We bought this several weeks ago to handle the fur fall out of our five cats. We had recently moved into a larger home with multiple deep pile area rugs. The vacuum is spot on for addressing our needs. The run time is 40-45 minutes. The canister empties easily. Swapping out the attachments is simple. This is a large cordless machine and much more powerful than the less priced vacuums.

Have used this product and found it to have a greater amount of suction, larger collection canister, and much more of a cleaning machine than my prior V7 dyson sweeper. Overall only drawback so far is unit is top heavy and will not stand upright alone.

I’ve owned 3 veteran Dyson corded animals and loved them all. My new Outsize stick has great suction, power and handling, although a bit heavy due to battery weight. Finger trigger is somewhat inconvenient. My real difficulty is the battery life between full charges. There are 3 settings - eco, auto, and boost. On the eco setting I get only about 15-18 minutes for 1,200-1,500’ area. On boost setting even worse with about 4-6’, so I am almost always on eco. Seems to need correction or I would have rated it higher.

Family members rave about Dyson vacuums. This was my first experience. I purchased the Outsize Dyson and generally am okay with it. I was taken aback when I realized that I must continue to hold the power button the entire time I'm vacuuming which gets to be tedious and painful. The 3 speeds are okay but I find that I use the low and medium rather than the red hot speed, which uses up battery time quickly. This is NOT my first battery operated vacuum but for the price I paid for this Dyson, I guess I expected it to be more efficient.

I purchased this Dyson a little over a month ago and have been absolutely thrilled with the results. I Have been using an earlier, Dyson For over five years, which made me return to Dyson when I Needed a new one. I love the extra large tank and the extra large vacuum head. It makes a huge difference in vacuuming and sucks up everything in its path.

Over the years this is Dyson #3 and all have preformed exceptionally well and now this new cordless is just what we wanted and performs up to the the high standards and quality of engineering that we have come to expect and enjoy from all Dyson products !
