I bought the vacuum about month ago. I’m completely in love with it! I love how good of a suction it has. Since we only have an area rug and hardwood floors, it is amazing for quick clean ups especially when you have kids and a huge dog running around. The only bad thing I have to say is the weight of it but it is definitely not a big problem.

I’m giving this vacuum a 3 start rating for the following. Battery power doesn’t last for run time stated, while it does have great suction, it’s a problem trying to push it across my carpet. Please Dyson come up with a fix for those who have high carpet piles or thicker carpet. My upright vacuum has the same issue. While this does get some dust, debris out of carpet, it doesn’t get it all. Have to go back and vacuum areas 2-3 times

If there were 10 stars, I would pick that for my rating. I love this vacuum. I had a Dyson pet vacuum for years, but this one is almost like a full-sized vacuum cleaner. The power is great, it's easy to empty, and I hardly ever us my whole house vac any more. I believe it gets more out of my carpet than my regular vacuum does. I am very happy with this product!!!

Great suction, but very heavy. Mounting screws and anchors terrible. It will fall off wall if I don’t remount with new and heavy duty anchors. Great bin size; easy to clean.

My husband bought me this vacuum as an upgrade from our Dyson Animal, which we have had for 12 years. I love this new vacuum and all of the accessories. We have two Golden Retrievers so there is a lot of fur to vacuum.

I love how versitile this machine is. The larger capacity lets me finish a task without interruptions to empty the cannister. The powerhead is as advertised. Very pleased to have this model. It was a hard choice.

This vacuum out performs all others. I found that I even have to power it down when vacuuming area rugs as it suck them up. With 2 cats there is a lot of hair and this vacuum is up for the challenge.

Found it easy to use & capable of handling my thick carpeting. I like that I can just pick it up and go. I'm small and had tried other brands. Too heavy for me.

It’s so much better than a regular vacuum cleaner. My rugs feel different on bare feet . My floors are cleaner as the dog hair is picked up instead off being blown to other places
