[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My life has changed for the better since we got this new Samsung Bespoke All-in-One AI Laundry combo. It not only saves me time but also my sanity.  I was HORRIBLE about remembering to switch the laundry and this new washer/dryer has been a real game changer.  We have been using this wonderful machine for a couple of weeks now and it has done an excellent job of getting everything clean and dry with efficiency. I’m 5’3” and removing items a breeze unlike our previous top loading machine. Being a bit on the shorter side, I love that I don’t have to transfer each load to a dryer. You just add your clothes and set the wash and dry cycles you want. There are so many cycles to choose from and has AI technology. It connects to an app so you can keep track of the laundry and it notifies you when it is complete. There is also the option of setting it from the app to the machine and simply hit start on the machine. There are reservoirs for the laundry soap and fabric softener at the bottom of the machine that auto dispense, this saves time! We definitely made a great choice in switching out our old washer and dryer for this amazing Samsung Washer Dryer all in one combo!  I've included a picture showing our neighbors Samsung washer and dryer for size reference.

When I first set the laundry course, it takes care of the dryness and lets you know on your phone when it's done. It's easy to make an appointment, and I can also set whether to take out the laundry right after drying. I bought the best washing machine ever. I really don't waste money. I recommend it.

We were renovating our bathroom and needed a more space-saving washer-dryer. Initially, Samsung wasn’t my first choice, as I’d heard some negative stories about their appliances, and I didn’t even realize they made an all-in-one unit. I started by researching their competitors to see how well they performed, especially on drying. That’s when I discovered Samsung's model, which was actually ranked best for how dry the clothes come out. The only downside I’ve noticed is that some cycles take a while; for instance, my comforter cycle took five hours. Only time will tell regarding its longevity, but so far, it’s been a fantastic machine

Bought this machine and had my plumber hook it up and the first time I tried to use it water poured out from under the bottom getting my new floors completely covered in water. Then they had someone come out on Wednesday to look at it and tell me it would be next Tuesday before he comes back to fix it while my clothes continue to pile up.

Purchased this unit several months ago and so far it has worked fairly well. I however have a couple key concerns. 1) Mixed reviews on the condenser cleaning system. Some reviews have it as the best among the 3 major 2-1 combo washers and it does seem to be more robust than LG/GE. However other reputable reviewers have found lint on the condenser coils after several washes which is very concerning. 2) The firmware/software definitely needs an update to the drying sensors in the system. I have had clothes that came out damp and on the other hand in bedding mode it said that there was 3 hours of dry time remaining even though all the bedding was already very dry which is not good. This additional drying time is damaging to fabrics and also leads to the eye popping and ridiculous 8-9 hours cleaning cycles. 3) Please update the software to included a programmed start time instead of or in addition to the program end time. A programmed end time is not very useful to me and a programmed start time is much more useful for those of us on a time of use electricity plan.

I bought this a month ago and love it! First of all it doesn’t need a dryer vent so forget having to clean that again. It plugs into a regular outlet (that should be on its own breaker I believe). It has two big automatic dispensers for detergents or fabric softener. You have the option of turning that off and using a little silicone pod that you add to the machine itself for special detergent for one off loads. Such as baby detergent. You can program your own loads using the smart things app. By creating your own cycles you save time not having to select all the different washing options such as bubble soak or extra rinse. Now for how long it takes to do your laundry. Yes the drying takes longer but if you have ever forgotten to switch your laundry to the dryer and had to rewash this is a huge time and energy saver! I only do mediumish sized loads and my clothes have been all dry when the cycle is done. I would say it takes double the time to dry but I have only used regular dry and that includes the cool down cycle. My old dryer did it in 20 minutes but at a super high temp and did not cool down. I did wash a California King light blanket and it fit just fine. I also like the lint filter that it’s easy to reach. It is a little more difficult to clean then the old dryer but it’s easier to reach and I don’t have to clean the dryer vent anymore ever again. My clothes come out smelling clean! You also have the option of the door popping open at the end of the cycle so moist air can escape. Reminds me of the Samsung dishwasher. I think you can also link your Ring camera to it - working on that! also love that this takes half the space of using a washer and dryer! If you would miss running a wash while you dry I guess you could buy two!
