I didn’t buy mine from Sam’s Club.  Bought it from Lowe’s.  We have had it 2 years and LOVE it.  It washes %26 dries most loads in 3 hours, which is only a little longer than it would take with the traditional washer %26 dryer setup IF you moved the clothes immediately upon washing completion.  You add us in the mix and we continuously failed at moving clothes over it takes so much longer.  Towels might take another 30 min to dry.  Cleaning the lint filter EVERY time is not optional.  We kept our dryer just in case we wanted to do faster overlapping loads, but we have only needed to do that once since we bought it.  I absolutely would buy again!

I have the space for a washer and dryer but prefer the all in one solution not just for convenience but safety. This doesn’t have a dryer vent to get clogged over heat and cause fires. One of our biggest fears. It has saved us money on top of it. Very happy with this purchase.

Love the smart things connection and the AI wash mode. The control panel is mostly straight forward, it takes a bit learning at first. The drying function leaves the clothes very dry, much better than other separate driers I have used in the past. Only downside is that the wash cycles and dry cycles take very long

The features are very nice...automatic detergent dispenser.
Having the smart things feature is great for the time and when each cycle is complete.
We got the pedestal and would highly recommend getting it because the washer sits very low and having it puts it right at the size for me and I am just over 5 feet tall .
The drawer on the pedestal is very convenient to have for storage.
Capacity is very nice can fit a large load however it takes twice as long to dry.
Touch screen is very convenient and fairly easy to use.

It washes the clothes and dries them. No special outlets are needed. Just plug the machine into a regular wall outlet. If you’re on the fence about buying one, you’re going to be sorry that you didn’t make the purchase.

No rerunning loads of laundry

Its also capable of playing music while you fold your laundry and much more! Only downside in my opinion is that big loads tend to take about 5 hours or so. However, leaving a big load in before you go to bed is awesome because when you wake up its nice and dry!

Great washer/dryer with no problems so far

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a all-in-one combination washer and dryer. The capacity is decent at 5.3 cu ft. The dryer function is electric and no dryer vent is required. This is a smart appliance and you can connect to it via the Samsung SmartThings app (you must create an account). This means you can check the status, download wash profiles, and perform some basic operations. It also tells you its energy use and reminds you to clean the lint filter or run the clean cycle. However, sometimes it says the clean cycle should be run even though you already ran the clean cycle.

There are many wash profiles and you can adjust the options (temperature, load size, amount of detergent to dispense, whether to run the dry cycle, etc). Although it is very convenient to wash and dry your clothes without having to unload and load in between, the wash and dry cycle takes 2 or more hours to run. If you have multiple loads to wash then it will be a long wait. We have been using it for about a year and so far it has been working well.

An absolute waste of my money.After about 8 months all my clothes started to  smell like mold.nothing helped.we did everything by the book to upkeep it. Samsung came and told us that hose installation was wrong, It was not.we learned down the road that the machine is not taking the water completely out and it takes time to become full of mold, since it doesnt happen overnight. By the time we realized its a problem- the warranty ran out .once you separate the cycle and do the wash only, then start the drying - there is a sound of large amounts of watter that is drained first.So if to use wash only- the water just sits there and rods.HORRIBLE .that should never be the case.very hard to reach and bad to clean the condesator. And no special tools for it to be cleaned. On many occasions at the highest setting of dry - still damp  and if not taken out right away- the same horrible load of smelly clothes that need a full cycle of wash and dry again if not 2 just to make it smell decent...there is not enough of softener setting for the clothes to even make a difference in a scent.
