[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an all-in-one washer dryer with a large capacity drum . it has a 110 gravity for electricity which is for electricity which is much easier to install then 220. all of the hose connections are easy to hook up to existing lines. This washer dryer combo has consistently done a fine job doing the washing and the drying with never one problem. This machine is very efficient, it hardly uses any soap or fabric softener or bleach only what is needed to do the job. The the ergonomics of this machine with the touchpad controls is a blessing to use. this Samsung bespoke model is one of the best all in All in One machines I have ever used.

It does it all!! Would definitely recommend it to anyone!! Spacious inside drum for decent size loads!! Doesn't take up to much space in our laundry room leaving room to move around effortlessly!! Love that it automatically goes from washer to dryer without having to worry about it!! Love that laundry detergent and the fabric softener are automatically dispensed as well!!

Was a little concerned about purchasing this washer/dryer combo after reading some of the previous reviews. Have to say all my concerns have been dispelled and I am extremely happy with this machine. The goal was saving time by not having to switch over laundry from washer to dryer. This machine has met this goal and more! One review I read complained about the lint filter. I love the lint filter, it's so much more efficient! Sure, it is in layers, but it comes apart easily and catches the finest lint from each load. Takes less than a minute to clean it out. You'll need to do that pretty much every load, but that was already my habit. Totally love all the wash and dry options too! And each option is easy to dial in on the touch screen. I read about previous concerns about the dryer not drying well. There are times that things are slightly damp at the end of the cycle, but the seems to finish pretty quickly as you pull them out or if they're too damp, there is a dry only cycle that you can run and you can choose a setting in the dry cycle for more dry. As to how clean the laundry comes out, it's very clean. Time of each load will depend on the settings that you choose as well as the type of laundry you are doing. One of the biggest surprises when we received the machine was the size. I've seen combos that were rather small and would not do much laundry at a time. I was very pleased to find that this unit actually did a slightly larger load that the current top load washer that we have. So far I have been very impressed with this combo unit and am very glad that we bought it! I would not hesitate to recommend this machine to anyone and if needed would purchase one again.

First, get used to a bit longer wash/dry times than you may be used to. Even the "super speed" cycle takes a couple of hours. Also, clothes may seem slightly damp when you first remove them, but they will quickly dissipate any remaining moisture. Try to keep your loads on the smaller side to minimize this. You will also need to keep the lint collector clean, which is multi-piece unit that you have to take apart and use a small vacuum on. Last thing: be careful with using dryer sheets, they can make their way into the drain system and clog it. All that said, the machine has a sleek design, it gets clothes nicely clean, it saves space, and doesn't use a huge amount of energy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer-dryer combo is very interesting. So far, I have used it for about a month now, and I can control it from my phone. It lets you know when it needs to self-clean, and I have saved on water and electricity. Laundry detergent was a big issue in my house. I felt like my children drank it rather than used it for their laundry, but now that it has an automatic detergent dispenser, we don't overuse detergent, which saves us money. Once you work out the settings and figure out what works for your family, the washing cycle is very easy, and our clothes are always clean and fresh. I believe I can fit at least two and a half loads in each wash, but I usually just wash what we need, and it's perfect. So far, I have only gotten one maintenance error telling me to clean the bottom filter. It was very easy, and the machine walked me through every step. I would probably be lost if it actually broke, but it does a great job guiding you through regular maintenance requests.

Samsung, I guess, believes 5½ hours for "rapid wash" mode is acceptable. Perhaps "rapid" is relative to geological time scales or the heat death of the universe. My favorite part is needing to dry almost every load twice! Nothing says "cutting-edge AI technology" like clothes that come out damp after a full dry cycle. The "AI" must stand for "Absolutely Inadequate" because it certainly hasn't learned how to actually dry fabric. But hey, at least it's "Bespoke" - which apparently means you can choose what color you'd like your disappointment to come in.

Do not buy this product! My husband and I had enjoyed our Samsung duet washer and dryer for many years, it served us well. The time came when our washer stopped working. We assume that spending money on a great product means the product will last us for years to come. I was so excited to hear about the Bespoke washer/dryer combo I begged my husband to pay extra because I truly believed in the Samsung product and I believed it would live up to my expectations. I'm writing today out of desperation and disappointment. The Bespoke model is the most frustrating washer and dryer combo I have ever tried to like. There are so many negatives with this combo that it leaves me in tears and my husband, and I occasionally argue over the purchase gone wrong. At this point, I can say “I truly hate this product”. Here are just a few of the very frustrating reasons why I'm writing this letter: 1 - No manual. I'm a girl who reads a paper manual not a computer or jumping on YouTube. The graphic user interface is sloppy to say the least, and not to mention the constant updating. 2 - The lint filter is very cumbersome. You have to take it apart and it's not easily cleared. We actually had to buy long brushes to clean behind the filter. 3 - The detergent dispenser works on medium pretty good, but if you put it on high it drains the dispenser. 4 - After a couple of washes, you have to deep clean and be prepared for an error. Crazy, just as I'm writing this an error pops up on my phone for the washer dryer combo. 5 - You cannot use dryer sheets. The dryer sheets, get into the water excavation system and clog it up. 6 - During the water excavation, The water spins so fast with such velocity that we had to install a much larger pipe to be able to manage the water. Hundreds of dollars. 7 - Why does it take hours to wash and dry a load of clothes? I truly wanted to love this product, but needless to say, I am frustrated and we have decided to buy a different product very soon, even though we have had this product for about a year.
