I didn’t buy mine from Sam’s Club. Bought it from Lowe’s. We have had it 2 years and LOVE it. It washes %26 dries most loads in 3 hours, which is only a little longer than it would take with the traditional washer %26 dryer setup IF you moved the clothes immediately upon washing completion. You add us in the mix and we continuously failed at moving clothes over it takes so much longer. Towels might take another 30 min to dry. Cleaning the lint filter EVERY time is not optional. We kept our dryer just in case we wanted to do faster overlapping loads, but we have only needed to do that once since we bought it. I absolutely would buy again!

Best decision to get this product! I'm free from having to be home to transfer from washer to dryer. I'm no longer taking certain garments out to hang dry because the heat pump type of drying is much easier on your clothes. Love the app too…easy to use etc.

What I like: One machine does everything — no moving wet clothes from washer to dryer. 5.3 cu. ft. capacity is large enough for substantial family-size loads. Ventless heat-pump drying means you don't need a traditional dryer vent. Samsung advertises a 98-minute wash-and-dry Super Speed cycle. It's relatively quiet, and many owners report good washing and drying performance. SmartThings connectivity and notifications are genuinely useful. Would I buy it? Yes, if your priority is convenience and space. Being able to put clothes in, press Start, and come back to clean, dry clothes without transferring anything is a huge advantage. If you have room for separate washer + dryer, though, I'd still favor separate machines for maximum drying speed and potentially easier repairs. If you specifically want an all-in-one, this Samsung is one of the better options I'd consider.

While it won't fold your clothes, it does have internet, YouTube and Spotify built in. The features are endless. And I love my new washer and dryer combo.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Recently moved to live alone and I decided to try out a combo laundry machine for the limited space I had and less laundry to clean but the machine itself is a lot more spacious! My recently bought curtains and towel sets fit easily and wash/dried effortlessly. It does not require a vent but I check on the machine and its humidity/warmth often out of speculation but there is not trapped condensation or overheating in the area! Said towels and curtains came out kind and dry but no extreme static, for any clothing I've washed either. I also enjoy the large compartments for detergent, bleach and softener that you fill up and lasts you quite a few cycles before a refill is needed. Vibration and noise are very minimal. I tend to run my laundry at night or during a nap and the only thing I really hear is the chime at the end of the cycles. No complaints from my condo neighbors either :)

It is able hold 3 big comforters at once and clean and wash them really well. My favorite part is the soap and fabric softener dispensers at the bottom of the machine just fill it and leave it and the machine will tell you when you need to refill them. I’ve had no wrinkles and it gets most the pet hair off everything the vibration on bigger loads can be felt if you are a upstairs apartment so we had but something under the feet so it won’t bother down stairs people but all in all we love this and saving us on space and money

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the Bespoke All-in-one washer/dryer for about a year now, and it's a solid machine with a few quirks. First, get used to a bit longer wash/dry times than you may be used to. Even the "super speed" cycle takes a couple of hours. Also, clothes may seem slightly damp when you first remove them, but they will quickly dissipate any remaining moisture. Try to keep your loads on the smaller side to minimize this. You will also need to keep the lint collector clean, which is multi-piece unit that you have to take apart and use a small vacuum on. Last thing: be careful with using dryer sheets, they can make their way into the drain system and clog it. All that said, the machine has a sleek design, it gets clothes nicely clean, it saves space, and doesn't use a huge amount of energy.

Clothes won't dry have to do tiny loads un order for them to not take 6+ hours. I constantly have to drain the water left over. I've had service done on my machine 3 times with the problem still not resolving.

Delivered this week, removed the shipping bolts and leveled it on the ground but its making a rattling noise when spinning. Can someone help please?
