this is just a really great washer-dryer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honestly, this washer-dryer combo is a total lifesaver if you just want to set it and forget it. Not having to swap wet clothes over to a dryer is amazing, and you can plug it right into a regular wall outlet without messing with an ugly vent. Sure, they slap the "AI" label on the fancy touchscreen and the wash cycles, but let's be real—it's just smart sensors doing standard sensor things. Marketing hype aside, though, it genuinely streamlines laundry day. Pros - Huge drum that actually fits a king-size comforter without struggling. - The auto-detergent dispenser and the door that pops open at the end mean you can truly walk away. - No dryer vent needed, so you can pretty much put this thing anywhere. Cons - The "AI" branding is totally overblown; it's not thinking, it's just weighing your clothes. - Thick blankets or mixed loads can trick the sensors, making cycles drag on way longer than expected. - You have to be super religious about cleaning out the multi-layered lint filter.
Excellent device
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I truly enjoy using the products Because I understand the UI is simplified And what is very good is that the smart things have integrate very well with screen reading technology like voiceover and other ATT devices for the blind visually impairedThis is truly amazing and I really think the iOS team and the smart things technology app developers
Bespoke all in one
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What to say.... This is an amazing product. A washer and dryer in 1 is truly a blessing it does loads of laundry extremely quick and efficiently. If you are thinking about buying one do it I promise you will not regret it.
Fantastic wash.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product is very quiet, it truly cleans your clothes And it has such features as a short wash as well as heavy duty wash Drying time and wash time can be adjusted which I do like. But talking about a fantastic machine. This is definitely a machine to have
Love the all in one!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how good the clothes are washed. They always feel and smell so clean. Having the dryer in one is so cool. No need to move clothes to another machine to dry. The ventless dryer works better than expected with the internal heat pump. Just need to keep the lint trap really clean and have a pretty full load to get the clothes nice and dry
The Bottom Line
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It looks stunning, saves a ton of space, and genuinely buys you your time back. It is a premium investment, but if you want the absolute future of clothing care, this is it. 10/10 highly recommended!
Good, space saving machine
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the Bespoke All-in-one washer/dryer for about a year now, and it's a solid machine with a few quirks. First, get used to a bit longer wash/dry times than you may be used to. Even the "super speed" cycle takes a couple of hours. Also, clothes may seem slightly damp when you first remove them, but they will quickly dissipate any remaining moisture. Try to keep your loads on the smaller side to minimize this. You will also need to keep the lint collector clean, which is multi-piece unit that you have to take apart and use a small vacuum on. Last thing: be careful with using dryer sheets, they can make their way into the drain system and clog it. All that said, the machine has a sleek design, it gets clothes nicely clean, it saves space, and doesn't use a huge amount of energy.
All in one
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Washes heavy load very effectively and efficiently. We been using this more than a year. We just need to make sure we clean lint timely manner or else drying cycle takes longer. Overall this is worth buying it.
Ready for this hot steamy t*rd to wash clothes?
Samsung, I guess, believes 5½ hours for "rapid wash" mode is acceptable. Perhaps "rapid" is relative to geological time scales or the heat death of the universe. My favorite part is needing to dry almost every load twice! Nothing says "cutting-edge AI technology" like clothes that come out damp after a full dry cycle. The "AI" must stand for "Absolutely Inadequate" because it certainly hasn't learned how to actually dry fabric. But hey, at least it's "Bespoke" - which apparently means you can choose what color you'd like your disappointment to come in.
Greetings! It's clear that your expectations for performance and efficiency haven't been met, especially considering the advanced features and promises of the unit. Let us help by shedding some light on how heat pump technology works. If you're transitioning from a conventional washer and vented dryer setup, it's important to know that all-in-one units like the Samsung Bespoke AI Laundry Combo™ use a ventless heat pump drying system, which operates very differently from traditional dryers. Unlike vented dryers that blast hot air and exhaust it outside—often drying clothes quickly but inefficiently—heat pump technology recycles warm air in a closed loop. This method is much more energy-efficient and gentler on fabrics, but it also means drying takes more time. Because this is a combined washer and dryer unit, the wash and dry cycles run sequentially rather than simultaneously, which can also extend total cycle time. A full wash-and-dry cycle can take up to 5.5 hours, especially for larger or heavier loads like towels or bedding. While this may seem longer than you're used to, it reflects the trade-off for lower energy use, improved fabric care, and the convenience of not needing to transfer clothes between machines. The Super Speed cycle, which advertises the ability to complete both wash and dry in around 98 minutes, is based on a relatively lightweight 10 lb (4.5 kg) test load made up of a cotton/polyester mix. Heavier or bulkier items—like towels, bedding, or mixed loads—can take significantly longer, especially in an all-in-one unit using ventless heat pump drying, which prioritizes energy efficiency and fabric care over speed. 7 not so great features
Do not buy this product! My husband and I had enjoyed our Samsung duet washer and dryer for many years, it served us well. The time came when our washer stopped working. We assume that spending money on a great product means the product will last us for years to come. I was so excited to hear about the Bespoke washer/dryer combo I begged my husband to pay extra because I truly believed in the Samsung product and I believed it would live up to my expectations. I'm writing today out of desperation and disappointment. The Bespoke model is the most frustrating washer and dryer combo I have ever tried to like. There are so many negatives with this combo that it leaves me in tears and my husband, and I occasionally argue over the purchase gone wrong. At this point, I can say “I truly hate this product”. Here are just a few of the very frustrating reasons why I'm writing this letter: 1 - No manual. I'm a girl who reads a paper manual not a computer or jumping on YouTube. The graphic user interface is sloppy to say the least, and not to mention the constant updating. 2 - The lint filter is very cumbersome. You have to take it apart and it's not easily cleared. We actually had to buy long brushes to clean behind the filter. 3 - The detergent dispenser works on medium pretty good, but if you put it on high it drains the dispenser. 4 - After a couple of washes, you have to deep clean and be prepared for an error. Crazy, just as I'm writing this an error pops up on my phone for the washer dryer combo. 5 - You cannot use dryer sheets. The dryer sheets, get into the water excavation system and clog it up. 6 - During the water excavation, The water spins so fast with such velocity that we had to install a much larger pipe to be able to manage the water. Hundreds of dollars. 7 - Why does it take hours to wash and dry a load of clothes? I truly wanted to love this product, but needless to say, I am frustrated and we have decided to buy a different product very soon, even though we have had this product for about a year.
