I didn’t buy mine from Sam’s Club. Bought it from Lowe’s. We have had it 2 years and LOVE it. It washes %26 dries most loads in 3 hours, which is only a little longer than it would take with the traditional washer %26 dryer setup IF you moved the clothes immediately upon washing completion. You add us in the mix and we continuously failed at moving clothes over it takes so much longer. Towels might take another 30 min to dry. Cleaning the lint filter EVERY time is not optional. We kept our dryer just in case we wanted to do faster overlapping loads, but we have only needed to do that once since we bought it. I absolutely would buy again!

The capacity was really important to me, and it tackles larger loads wonderfully. There is almost no noticeable vibration. I use the highest setting for drying because the items have some moisture after the mid-range setting is done. It just isn't bad enough to cost it a full star. If you are hesitant to purchase this product, don't be.

I like the voice of cycles lots of different cycles. I was surprised by the drying I was told these washers don’t dry. Well it dries perfect. There’s no moisture buildup around the machine. The clothes aren’t moist when they come out there’s no vibration. I liked it. there’s no vibration when it’s running the wrinkles. It could be a little better on wrinkles my clothes to come out kind of wrinkled. I’ve been working on it and it’s getting better.

The machine is amazing, I love the timing of the loads. However, compared to a washer dryer stackable It gets confusing when you put a load in and you want to remove clothes to air dry because all the clothes get washed together and usually you just transfer the clothes to a dryer and to hang but it’s hard to swift through the clothes and find the air dry clothes that need to be hung up. That’s the only thing but the machine is amazing.

I loved the idea of this machine. I'm a dog groomer whose business is right behind my house. The thought of being able to put my towels in the washer dryer and come back the next morning and have them be ready to go for the next day was an awesome idea. However, I'm finding out the towels aren't quite dry. Very, very close to dry. But they just feel ever so slightly damp when I take them out of the dryer. Because I'm very busy and tired, I didn't want to have to come back out to my shop to throw towels in a dryer, but now i'm wishing I had got the vented one instead of the ventless, as I believe this may have helped get my towels completely dry!! Other than that, I love this machine. I love that I can fill it up with detergent and I don't have to do that all the time! The towels do come out very clean!

I was happy about having 1 machine to do washing and drying: No load swapping and only 1 footprint. I didn't have a 240v outlet so going ventless and 110v electric was my only option (no gas option). The ventless was a concern because where does the lint go?? I am meticulous about keeping the lint trap clean and keeping the lint area by the fins clean (upper right compartment). This also includes removing the lint filter and leaving the door open so the humidity by the coils and the ventless lint area can dissipate. Important step that nobody mentions. I've had my machine almost a year. I wanted to purchase another lint filter to have a spare because the lint screen is very fine and requires regular washing. I have two grown boys using this machine and given they break things, having a second filter is a smart choice. THERE IS NO FILTER AVAILABLE TO PURCHASE BECAUSE THIS DESIGN IS DISCONTINUED. I have tried everything, including a service call, contacting SAMSUNG and their authorized parts distributors, and there is NO FILTER replacement available. This is the first time I have been disappointed by SAMSUNG in the 20+ years I have been a loyal customer, but this is a very expensive disappointment when this filter rips/fails. Let me finish on a positive note: The machine is quiet and there are no vibration issues (main floor over basement install). The dryer doesn't burn clothes like a gas dryer does and does take a little longer because it is a 110v electric heat source, but a simple full load start to finish takes about 2 hours. The spin cycle does a great job of getting the water spun out of the loads. I have never used my home machines for heavy blankets or quilts (laundry mat machines are built for those weights). Would I buy this again? Probably, but I know to check the availability of special parts like fine filters. I would have been happy with a vented all-in-one.

The autodispensers are game changers. The ability to actually create my own completely custom cycles has been a long time coming for washers and works really well. My only major complaints are how long it takes to get things dry and how tedious the lint filter is to empty.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love new tech and there’s a lot to love about our Bespoke ventless washer/dryer combo. It’s super quiet. Once learned, the interface and SmartThings app are easy to use and customize. They remember my favorite cycles! I was shocked and concerned that a load could take 4-6 hours. It turns out that 4 hours to wash and dry is a comfortable pace for me. I start a load in the morning or before bedtime. Then my laundry is ready for me in the morning or after work. On the weekends, I start a load and then go on to other things — cleaning house, running errands, going to brunch or a movie, relax, soak in the tub, whatever I want to do. When I come home, I fold and put away. No more moving wet clothes sitting and becoming smelly or moving them to the dryer. With the large reservoir, there’s no more adding detergent or softener to each load. Our clothes are washed and dried and smell great every time! Our laundry is on autopilot!

Delivered this week, removed the shipping bolts and leveled it on the ground but its making a rattling noise when spinning. Can someone help please?
