It will sing a song for you when it’s done. When you put your dirty clothes in, it will automatically detects what is in your laundry machine so it will choose if it’s small loads or towels or bedding. It is also so great when your filter is clogged or dirty or let you know that it’s time for you to clean or it will tell you when the cycle will start for cleaning. It also says your condenser needs to be cleaned or require attention. I will let you know. The machine itself is very quiet. It would rarely make any noise. If you also want just a time dry, you can set that up on the screen you can do extra drying or dry or you can. You can set up anything it’s AI generated. It’s very easy to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Amazing unit. Runs quiet and washes and dries effectively. Been a great unit for the year we've had it. Hope that it continues to be great. I highly recommend this unit. It saves space and time and don't have to worry about a vent anymore. No weird dryer plug as the unit takes standard 110. We love it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this washer/dryer combo for over a year in a household with a lot of laundry, and overall I’m very impressed with it. The biggest benefit is being able to put a load in, select Wash & Dry, and come back to clean, dry clothes without moving anything to another machine. The heat pump dryer uses surprisingly little electricity compared with a traditional electric dryer, and drying performance has been very good. Maintenance is important. I clean the lint filter after every load, periodically clean the pump filter, run the self-cleaning cycles when requested, and clean the accessible heat exchanger with a soft brush and vacuum. After more than a year, the heat exchanger still looks very clean, so the filtration and automatic cleaning system appear to work well if you maintain it properly. Large or heavy loads can take longer to dry than a traditional vented dryer, but that is expected with a heat pump system. I would rather have the efficiency and ventless design than the extra speed. So far it has been quiet, efficient, convenient, and reliable. For a family that does frequent laundry, being able to wash and dry in one machine has been much more useful than I expected. I would buy it again.

I loved the idea of this machine. I'm a dog groomer whose business is right behind my house. The thought of being able to put my towels in the washer dryer and come back the next morning and have them be ready to go for the next day was an awesome idea. However, I'm finding out the towels aren't quite dry. Very, very close to dry. But they just feel ever so slightly damp when I take them out of the dryer. Because I'm very busy and tired, I didn't want to have to come back out to my shop to throw towels in a dryer, but now i'm wishing I had got the vented one instead of the ventless, as I believe this may have helped get my towels completely dry!! Other than that, I love this machine. I love that I can fill it up with detergent and I don't have to do that all the time! The towels do come out very clean!

It’s convenient, easy to use, and I love being able to wash and dry my clothes without transferring them between machines. The ventless design is a huge plus, and the smart features make laundry so much easier. It looks sleek, works great, and saves space. Definitely a great upgrade!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I cannot say enough about this washer dryer combo. I absolutely love it. I have a small utility room so I wanted the combo so I would have extra space to put a cabinet for storage, I am so so impressed with this washer dryer combo and I’m having so much fun trying the different things with it. I can’t say enough how much I would recommend anybody buying this. It’s worth every penny and when you get it enjoy because I know you will.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best washer we ever had our apt had no w/d so this is a life saver plus its a step closer to set it and forget it. We really like that theres no need to switch clothes to a dryer. Your clothes will never smell like moisture from sitting in a wet washer. The drum is very large, it can fit a down duvet insert with no issues and use all the preset cycles it comes with. Does vibrate a little but with some rubber pads under it, its all good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So, I’ve had the Bespoke for about a year and I must say that i ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT. I was skeptical at first thinking I would miss having the 2 machines, BUT I DON’T. I enjoy the efficiency of it all. I do have one negative, if you want to call it negative: with it being ventless, it dress create a lot of moisture in the room it’s located in, so be mindful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the washer is beautiful it works very well for about the first 6 months after that it gets a heat exchanger error where it just breaks down. service came out and then it fixes for maybe a day or two and then it keeps getting the same error. eventually it'll stop drying

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall: 8.5/10 — a very good all-in-one, especially if you want convenience and don't have a dryer vent. What I like: One machine does everything — no moving wet clothes from washer to dryer. 5.3 cu. ft. capacity is large enough for substantial family-size loads. Ventless heat-pump drying means you don't need a traditional dryer vent. Samsung advertises a 98-minute wash-and-dry Super Speed cycle. It's relatively quiet, and many owners report good washing and drying performance. SmartThings connectivity and notifications are genuinely useful. Would I buy it? Yes, if your priority is convenience and space. Being able to put clothes in, press Start, and come back to clean, dry clothes without transferring anything is a huge advantage. If you have room for separate washer + dryer, though, I'd still favor separate machines for maximum drying speed and potentially easier repairs. If you specifically want an all-in-one, this Samsung is one of the better options I'd consider.
