[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung bespoke ventless washer dryer is great at first and we really enjoyed it and did an absolute ton of laundry It's a huge time saver to just be able to put the wash in and then have it run through the drying cycle and pop the door open so it makes it much more efficient to do a lot of laundry quickly The challenges we've had with the unit overtime is that It starts to clog up a bit with softener and detergent and the drying cycle doesn't work as well in our case it's gotten progressively worse, ironically just outside of warranty So that now we're struggling to get the unit to functionally dry and it's just over a year old From a capacity standpoint it's been great and we've been able to put lots of laundry into it we've had no issues with the connectivity to the network or being able to monitor remotely the interface itself has been fine for us And in general we really like the way the unit looks and works

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung AI Combo washer and dryer works great overall, but cleaning the dryer vent is almost impossible. If the vent isn't cleaned regularly, the drying time increases dramatically. I've had loads take more than 5–6 hours to dry completely.

It lets you know when it needs to self-clean, and I have saved on water and electricity. Laundry detergent was a big issue in my house. I felt like my children drank it rather than used it for their laundry, but now that it has an automatic detergent dispenser, we don't overuse detergent, which saves us money. Once you work out the settings and figure out what works for your family, the washing cycle is very easy, and our clothes are always clean and fresh. I believe I can fit at least two and a half loads in each wash, but I usually just wash what we need, and it's perfect. So far, I have only gotten one maintenance error telling me to clean the bottom filter. It was very easy, and the machine walked me through every step. I would probably be lost if it actually broke, but it does a great job guiding you through regular maintenance requests.

The smart screen is very easy to use and connects to my phone for notifications. I love that I can wash and dry under 2 hours.

It's got great capacity for those large duvets, but it also has a small footprint compared to the need to buy two separate washer and dryer units. It fits in without having to be vented so you don't have to worry about that opening to the outside. I think it's clogged for your dryer vent and it has been easy to maintain. I mean, you just follow the topics on the screen and it's done. I mean does take a while to wash and dry anything, but it has been fantastic. I mean, it does have a feature where you can set it up to be done at a certain time like I guess an automation type feature, but it takes and starts the washing process right when you enter that time, even though that time may be eight hours away. So it's kind of unusual, but maybe I haven't use it right. But this has been by far the best washer/dryer machines I've ever had! I suggested to everybody who asks. I would suggest that if you buy it, you can get the pedestal. Can you order it with the washer dryer unit itself because The load door is really low so anybody who is taller, it is a pain.
