The wash cycles are easy to understand and provide good options for different fabrics. The drying performance is excellent, and clothes come out completely dry without needing another cycle. The machine runs quietly with very little vibration, even during the spin cycle. Most clothes also come out with fewer wrinkles than I expected, which saves time on ironing. Overall, it’s a convenient, reliable appliance that has made laundry much easier. I would definitely recommend it.

The appliances are amazing at preventing wrinkles. I also enjoy the capacity of the drums to hold all of my towels at once with no vibration. The convenience is hard to beat —you load your clothes, start the cycle, and don't have to remember to move everything into a separate dryer. The capacity is great for our household, the interface is simple to use, and the machine has been very easy to maintain. I also love that it doesn't require a vent, giving us much more flexibility in where we can install it. It runs quietly, cleans clothes well, and dries them thoroughly. Liked that I could remove old 240V supply and free up space in breaker box to have Tesla battery installed without having to upgrade electrical service.Bespoke Combo has lots of features and performs very well. Does need a lot of more routine maintenance than I am used to. Once I learned what is needed the unit has been much more trouble free and efficient.

Not only does it clean better than our other set we had but even stains come out better with this machine. It's so nice to not have to worry about the detergent or fabric softener either. Having the app has really helped with how much we are using each month too. Con's: It does take time to get used to not running loads like the separate sets The lint shoot you really have to maintain, we wish they made it easier to get inside that area to clean better. It's hard to reach If you use dryer sheets you either have to schedule a pause between modes to add them or you miss out on that option now. It would be great if they added a feature to have dryer sheets automatically push into the machine The water filling seems super loud, if we run it at night it's obnoxious

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is fantastic for someone who forgets to switch over the laundry, the only reason I said 4 and not 5 is because I typically have to run another independent dry cycle because the clothes aren't fully dry.

The laundry capacity is the same as my old washer and dryer. I love that I can track the energy used same with the amount of water used.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent combo unit. Clothing cycle takes a bit longer than a regular washer+dryer, but well worth it. Maintenance is a bit more (at least it tells us exactly what to do and when), but I hope that keeping up with the maintenance will keep the unit working for a long time.
