[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We like the easy load wash and then dry feature. It's easy enough for our kids to easily do their own laundry. One hassle that I don't like and think could be designed better is the lint trap gets clogged up after awhile, requiring deep cleaning.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Its been over a yr since I have had this and so far ita pretty good, but for heavy loads its does take a while and for dirty socks it does a decent job but not 100 percent. Overall a decent units if you wpuld like to save on space and energy friendly as compared to a traditional washer and dryer unit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this machine for over a year now. It is the second one after the first machine malfunctioned from the very first load after delivery and no matter how many times they came to fix it it could not be repaired. However Samsung service was wonderful and gave me a brand new machine and this one has been great. The only thing I will say has been a slight negative is that I live in Michigan and my machine is in my mud room off my garage. In the winter months it takes a very long time for my clothes to dry due to the cold. Other than that it’s a great product. 4 stars.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As much as I love the idea of my machine and the simplicity of it. I have had a horrible experience. Clothes won't dry have to do tiny loads un order for them to not take 6+ hours. I constantly have to drain the water left over. I've had service done on my machine 3 times with the problem still not resolving.

This all-in-one unit is a game changer, washing and drying in as little as 98 minutes. It runs quietly enough that you won’t hear it through a closed door, and the auto-open door helps keep things fresh even if you forget it’s running. It saves space, delivers strong wash performance, spins faster than most standalone washers, and the AI Opti Wash feature does a great job. Bottom line: it’s ideal for anyone short on space who wants convenience without sacrificing wash quality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Transferring clothes from the washer to the dryer is officially a thing of the past. The unit runs very quietly with almost no vibration, offers smart cycles that auto-adjust, and the capacity handles full laundry loads effortlessly. The heating element for drying works efficiently without needing a vent setup. Couldn't be happier with it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It does a an awesome job drying even it it has no vent. It has a wrinkle prevention setting. The cycles aren’t to bad considering you don’t have to switch it over. The capacity it’s quite good for the size of the appliance. If levelled properly no vibration.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer dryer combo has been a game changer for our family. The capacity is just right for our family of four. Being able to get alerts about the status of the load on our phone and Samsung tv has been cool as well. We also like its AI wash mode.I also feel like the unit uses less water than our prior unit. Also love having an all in one unit, saved a ton of space in our laundry room. My only complaint is the lint trap channel in back (behind the actual lint trap) I had a large chunk of lint develop back there. Would love to see this fixed with an access port to clean better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love putting my dirty clothes in and then just having to fold them. It has made the chore of washing clothes so easy. It also handles bulky comforters with ease due to its large capacity.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love Stop stop my Samsung all in one unit. Not having to switch from the washer to the dryer is amazing. No more handling wet heavy clothes. It is so quiet. My laundry room is so much more efficient.
