[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been really impressed with this Bespoke AI ventless washer/dryer combo. The AI features make it easy to choose the right cycle, and the machine does a great job cleaning and drying clothes, It's even handled cleaning my kids' sports uniforms well. The drying performance exceeded my expectations for a ventless unit, and most everyday items come out dry with very few wrinkles. The capacity is perfect for my family's daily laundry, and there are plenty of cycle options to handle everything from towels to delicate clothing. It's also much quieter than I expected, with very little vibration even during the spin cycle. Overall, it's convenient, efficient, and looks great in my laundry room. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to save space without sacrificing performance.

One of the best things about this is that the clothes come out feeling slightly humid even though they are truly dry-- it's the machines way of keeping them de-wrinkled for up to 3 hours until I have the time to go fold them. It's actually made doing laundry from a traditional separate washer and dryer more convenient. The interface works well and there's a lot of different options for cycles.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What I love about this washer/dryer combo is that it takes up half the space, uses 110v and I'm not moving my wet clothes to the dryer. What I don't like about it is that it builds up lint in the unit that takes a long brush to clean and accessing the other internal components like the heat exchanger to clean is difficult. Even the lint filter is cumbersome to clean. There are also additional Self Dry and tub cleanings that have to be run to keep your unit running optimally and they take up to 4 hours to complete so do this when you go to bed. Highly suggest that you wash like items, jeans, towels, linens and such otherwise it doesn't dry properly. I would like to see a change the design that allows access to the lint path and vent filter to allow better cleaning. Vibration isn't bad, just make sure your on a solid surface.

The washer gets clothes thoroughly clean, even on shorter cycles, and the dryer dries everything evenly without needing extra time. They’re easy to use, have plenty of cycle options, and handle everything from delicate items to bulky loads with no problems. Overall, they’ve made laundry much easier and more convenient. I would definitely recommend this washer and dryer set to anyone looking for reliable performance and great results.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Samsung Bespoke AI Laundry Combo for a while now. While it absolutely gets the job done and washes well, several design choices and features don't quite live up to the premium hype. The Good Reliable Washing: At its core, it washes clothes very well. If you stick to the standard cycles, it’s a dependable machine. Functional Drying: Combo units are notorious for terrible drying, but this one actually works. Yes, the dryer takes a really long time to finish a load, but compared to other combo systems on the market, it actually gets the clothes dry. The Disappointments The "AI" Cycle Isn't Worth It: The headline AI program takes significantly longer than the standard cycles, but the clothes don't come out any cleaner. Because the results are exactly the same as the regular programs, the extra time makes the AI feature pointless to use. Ergonomics & Height: This machine sits very low to the ground. I really wish the drum was positioned higher so reaching inside was easier on the back. Even with the optional bottom drawer/riser attached, it doesn't increase the height significantly enough to make a real difference. Missing Options: I was really disappointed to find there is no Permanent Press option on this model. Additionally, there is no dedicated dispenser or setting for powder detergent, which sucks if that's your preferred soap. High Maintenance Vent: You have to frequently clean out the vent tube located at the bottom of the unit to keep it running right, which becomes a tedious chore. Final Verdict If you are buying this strictly for the AI features or expecting a massive ergonomic upgrade with the pedestal, you might want to look elsewhere. However, if you just need a single-unit combo that washes thoroughly and successfully (albeit slowly) dries your clothes, it gets the job done.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this Washer - Dryer combo. It allows us to start and wait for the SmartThings notification. It is a game changer, we no longer have to rewash our clothes because we forgot to move them to the dryer. The new ventless technology is brilliant, why didn’t we think of this before. It’s super quiet and washea great and dries with wrinkle free perfection

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love our washer dryer combo. We’ve had it for a few years now and occasionally have some routine maintenance to do but haven’t had any big issues. I love that it takes up a loss less space and I’ve saved hundreds on laundry detergent due to the smart dispenser.

I was skeptical, an all in one washer/dryer? Wow, was I wrong. This is an amazing combo washer/dryer. With its large capacity condenser the clothes come out dry and soft. The beauty of this washer is that you just chuck your dirty clothes in the washer and somewhere around 2 plus hours later they are dry. Honestly, I prefer it to the traditional separate washer and dryer. I will never go back. You also have the added advantages of it being an app driven washer, giving you updates on your wash, options, etc.

Liked that I could remove old 240V supply and free up space in breaker box to have Tesla battery installed without having to upgrade electrical service.Bespoke Combo has lots of features and performs very well. Does need a lot of more routine maintenance than I am used to. Once I learned what is needed the unit has been much more trouble free and efficient.
