[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We enjoy ours. The machine is easy to use, and the regular maintenance alerts are great. It's fairly quiet in our home and does a good job. If you have long haired folks in your family be sure to keep a regular eye on the emergency relief drain and keep it cleaned out before it turns into a tangled mess. If it won't drain, it won't work. There are several cycles to choose from and we can get a standard size laundry basket and a half in a full capacity load. Doesn't vibrate like the old models. Our utility bill stayed about the same.

Love this washer/dryer combo! I have a tight space and do not have a vent for dryer, so this ventless combo is working great! Also, the dryer does not leave much water in the rubber gasket…so love that feature as well…only having to fill the detergent dispenser ever so often is nice as well! Great job Samsung!

Simplicity behind this unit is amazing! It uses a normal 120v outlet compared to a 240 for a dryer or laundry center. Easy to throw clothing in and track the cycle through the smartthings app. I would suggest two units if you let laundry pile up until the last minute.

LOVE IT!!!! It very easy, the 5.3 barrel even washes king size comforter no problem. I have TBI so use to forget a wash I had started and would have wet laundry sitting and molding now its one and done, no mold no forgetting. Took the AI a bit to learn how long a drying really takes defaulting to like 3 hours but the super speedy setting is 138 minutes but it does twice as much laundry as my old machine, best new purchase with no buyers remorse at all LOVE IT!!!!

The wash cycles are easy to understand and provide good options for different fabrics. The drying performance is excellent, and clothes come out completely dry without needing another cycle. The machine runs quietly with very little vibration, even during the spin cycle. Most clothes also come out with fewer wrinkles than I expected, which saves time on ironing. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the fact this washes and drys just same amount of time it would in separate machines but I don’t have to go change it over. It is able hold 3 big comforters at once and clean and wash them really well. My favorite part is the soap and fabric softener dispensers at the bottom of the machine just fill it and leave it and the machine will tell you when you need to refill them. I’ve had no wrinkles and it gets most the pet hair off everything the vibration on bigger loads can be felt if you are a upstairs apartment so we had but something under the feet so it won’t bother down stairs people but all in all we love this and saving us on space and money
