The automatic change from wash to dry makes sure that my teenager doesn't leave wet clothes in the washer. The machine comes with plenty of cycle options and is very easy to use. We would definitely buy another, if we had the space. We like the “smart” features of this washer/dryer. It keeps us informed of when loads are completed without having to check or listen for the chime. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase.

It's so nice to start a load of laundry at night and wake up to fresh clean laundry in morning. I enjoy the app and how you can connect all Samsung devices; it sends you a notification when laundry is done. I also love that the combo takes up half the space of a traditional washer and dryer.

You'd have to run a complete cycle and add additional time with the “timed dry” feature once the first cycle is completed. It takes about 5 hours for the clothes to be done. The amount of clothes you are able to wash at a time is small as well. It can fit a handful of clothing but the big bulkier items would have to wait to either wash by itself or wash in a smaller load. As this tends to leave some of the clothes really damp. Since it's an all in one it doesn't take up much space. This does allow you to put this in apartments, studios, college dorms. The look of the combo is sleek. It does give modern and allows you to see clearly on what you're selecting for your cycle.

I needed to do laundry at my pool house bathroom and chose the Samsung combo because it saves space. It was easy to install because it doesn't require a vent and uses a 110 outlet with GFCI. All you have to do is just plug it in. It has detergent and softener dispensers that make doing laundry so convenient. We put our bath and beach towels in and just turn it on and forget about it. It is connected to WiFi and using the SmartThings App I can monitor it as needed with a notification that it's finished. It's easy to monitor cleaning products and cleaning cycles because it notifies you through the app. It does take longer to dry but that is perfect for my needs and saves money. I love that I don't have to place clothes in a separate dryer and can just set and forget. I fold the towels the next day and the machine is ready for my next load. Love it!

Allowing us to start and finish at preset times without having to worrry about moving laundry from the washer to the dryer. The capacity is surprisingly big, but drying does take longer than a dedicated dryer. The mobile interface with the SmartThings app is easy and keeps us in control. We have had a couple of parts break down already which required service. But the service was quick and resolved the issue. The lint trap area could use a redesign. It's hard to get lint that forms around the trap compartment. We had to buy a long handled brush so we can keep it clear.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer-dryer combo is very interesting. So far, I have used it for about a month now, and I can control it from my phone. It lets you know when it needs to self-clean, and I have saved on water and electricity. Laundry detergent was a big issue in my house. I felt like my children drank it rather than used it for their laundry, but now that it has an automatic detergent dispenser, we don't overuse detergent, which saves us money. Once you work out the settings and figure out what works for your family, the washing cycle is very easy, and our clothes are always clean and fresh. I believe I can fit at least two and a half loads in each wash, but I usually just wash what we need, and it's perfect. So far, I have only gotten one maintenance error telling me to clean the bottom filter. It was very easy, and the machine walked me through every step. I would probably be lost if it actually broke, but it does a great job guiding you through regular maintenance requests.
