Save time, stress, and smell!

I love that I can put laundry in, I don’t have to put in detergent each time as it self dispenses, and I don’t touch the clothes again until they are dry! Living on an acreage with well water used to be a problem if you couldn’t transfer the clothes in a reasonable time, if for example, you are out or forget. The clothes would get musty smelling and now we don’t have that problem! The clothes seem cleaner. To further reduce time and stress in our lives, we purchased two ventless machines!

Samsung Washer Dryer Review

I bought this few months back and happy with the performance so far. Liked the feature about it like no vent required, no need to change between washer and dyer and it makes the job so easier. Still need to figure out the setting for 98 minutes wash and dry, but satisfied overall.

Warranty Not Upheld

I owned this washer dryer combo for 34 days when it developed a mechanical failure during the dry cycle. Contacted Samsung support twice first time my ticket was closed without talking to a representative second time I was told this is a cosmetic issue not covered under warranty. I spoke to management and advised the same and was also told there are no service centers in my area that I should seek and independent center as this would be an out of pocket cost for me. I contacted a service center and he evaluated the machine and noted that this was a mechanical issue where the machines left block busted inside the tub causing the so called “cosmetic damage” I was told that this is covered under the Samsung warranty. Called Samsung back an additional ticket was placed again was told no service centers in my area and nothing they can do to fix it for me. If I have a non authorized appliance work on my combo it voids the warranty. Currently I have been without a washer and dryer for 2 weeks and no one from Samsung will contact me to assist I've even contacted executive customer service and no one has contacted me and it's clear they don't care about their customers only the money they can make off of you.

Future of clothes washing and drying

We have only had this machine for couple of weeks. Still going thru learning and trying different wash settings. Everything seems to be working well, I am making sure to do a thorough cleaning of filter after each use. Having only the digital screen to do all my setup for loads is definitely interesting, lots of information after each load is done as far as water usage, energy consumption, etc.

Highly recommend!

I’m surprisingly very pleased with the performance of my washer dryer combo. The auto dispenser is amazing to have, lots of different cycles including bedding, which for me is a must have! The capacity is great and I have noticed my power bill has dropped since the switch of two appliances to one!

Great features

I bought this machine a few months ago ago and am happy with it, in particular all-in-one function, that allows me to run the laundry and dry clothes at the same time. No need to move them to the dryer after washing, and it has the functionality to notify users of the laundry done.

Lovely idea but not worth it

DONT DO IT. Please save your back, knees and time, don't do it. You will require extra tools, needle nose pliers, a kneeling pad, flat sponge, two towels and buckets. Some times you will need a baking sheet. I feel I've finally mastered the prep time, at least 5 minutes to empty filters for a successful run. It takes up to 5 hours some loads, I've never had a load less than four and I attempted an incredibly small load. Do not do it to yourself, you're mean aunt maybe,

Terrible. Biggest mistake in laundry care!

This making is awful! It is constantly erroring out and we can only use one cycle. We do EVERYTHING the machine tells us to do. Clean the filter, clean the washer, clean the dryer. The heat exchanger seems to always be an issue. Water where the lint holder is? We've drained it had service come out and just keep getting errors and smelly, wet clothes. Ready to get rid of it after only having it a year.

Combo ventless 2 weeks old

4 weeks ago (Last edited 4 weeks ago ) in Washers and Dryers I have had my Samsung unit combo-ventless about two-weeks and have done 7 loads . So far, lovely and perfect. Am being careful and doing only small loads, normal cycle, and same fabrics in one load , and one load on one day no loads back to back. Some note a potential design flaw, where an inaccessible, nonvisible channel accumulates lint to point rendering dryer unuseable . I still would buy another same unit if could use this one with no repairs close to a year …. It would be nice, if some rebate on a second unit possible from Samsung …. Concept. This unit is revolutionalizing cleaning of fabrics and no way I would go back A computerized marvel ! …most important believe is to let no one use unit after arrives, until set up by yourself in settings, and run crucial calibration cycle before doing any loads. No loads. If not aware of this task, ….trouble in running a first load and maybe there after. Believe need to avoid installers running test load before calibration cycle
