However, it requires a mindset shift regarding laundry cycle times and routine maintenance. Great cycles selection, the capacity are the best.

Not only does it clean better than our other set we had but even stains come out better with this machine. It's so nice to not have to worry about the detergent or fabric softener either. Having the app has really helped with how much we are using each month too. Con's: It does take time to get used to not running loads like the separate sets The lint shoot you really have to maintain, we wish they made it easier to get inside that area to clean better. It's hard to reach If you use dryer sheets you either have to schedule a pause between modes to add them or you miss out on that option now. It would be great if they added a feature to have dryer sheets automatically push into the machine The water filling seems super loud, if we run it at night it's obnoxious

It has a huge capacity so it washes lots of clothes at once. I like that it fits nicely where just one washer would go. The ui is super nice to use and great to control and manage from the phone too.

It is the second one after the first machine malfunctioned from the very first load after delivery and no matter how many times they came to fix it it could not be repaired. However Samsung service was wonderful and gave me a brand new machine and this one has been great. The only thing I will say has been a slight negative is that I live in Michigan and my machine is in my mud room off my garage. In the winter months it takes a very long time for my clothes to dry due to the cold. Other than that it's a great product. 4 stars.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent combo unit. Clothing cycle takes a bit longer than a regular washer+dryer, but well worth it. Maintenance is a bit more (at least it tells us exactly what to do and when), but I hope that keeping up with the maintenance will keep the unit working for a long time.

I had high hopes for this Samsung Bespoke AI Laundry Combo, but it's been nothing but frustrating. The machine suddenly stopped working properly, and now every cycle starts for just a few seconds before pausing. The door stays locked the entire time, even after draining the machine and cleaning the drain filter exactly as instructed. I've tried multiple troubleshooting steps, including power resets, cleaning the filter, draining the emergency hose, and running different cycles like Spin Only and Time Dry. Nothing has fixed the problem. The washer makes a swishing sound, spins once, and then immediately pauses again. For a premium appliance, I expected much better reliability. A washer that's only useful when it works isn't worth the premium price. I can't recommend this model based on my experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This combo has been great. I love that it can be started and you don't have to remember to move clothes over. I start a load when I get home from work or when I leave for work and when I wake up or get home it's done. There's slightly more regular maintenance than my old units, but it walks you through all of that on the touchscreen when needed and it's nothing difficult or crazy. It washes and dries without issue. If you load it up it does take a while to wash and dry, but the perk is you don't have to worry about moving clothes over. The unit is very heavy, which is probably the biggest downside. But it also doesn't shake or rattle when in use because of this. I have it set to open the door when it finishes and have had no issues with clothes being wet or wrinkled. All in all I would purchase this again for sure, and have recommended it to multiple family members.

Laundry feels as effortless as possible, from the seamless wash to dry process to the laundry liquids automatically added. This was a great upgrade purchase decision.
