[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this washer/dryer combo for about a year and here are some pros and cons. Great washer for 2-3 people and really nice for smaller non cotton loads. Space savings has been so much more useful then we could have thought. If you push the load size it takes an extra drying cycle and vibrates a bit, but balances its self out pretty quickly. After drying clothes come out feeling damp, but after a few moments they dry. On larger loads cotton items come out a bit wrinkly and need a 15 min drying cycle. All that being said we liked it enough to buy a second for our beach house. I would recommend it to anyone who has a small family.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this washing machine probably for over a year now, and I’ve done well over 300 loads. And I must say I’m extremely impressed. It goes fairly quickly, and I don’t worry about any of my clothes being wet. I’ll throw my clothes to wash at night, and they’ll be nice and dry, 100% ready for me to wear the next morning. Moreover, on the washing section, I’ve been very impressed with its cleaning abilities, especially on heavily soiled and stained products. I do have white towels with old blood stains, among other things, and every time this washing machine gets those stains out. I hope that, with a software update at some point, I will be able to change the spin speed for the wash cycle without turning off the dry portion and starting the dry manually. The important reason is that I've noticed this washing machine tends to wrinkle clothes very easily due to the very high spin used by the AI Opti Wash and Dry. Of course, nothing will ever be 100% perfect, but this does come really close

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Bespoke AI All-in-One Combo for a while now, and it has been a game-changer for my laundry routine. Capacity: It handles a surprisingly large amount of laundry for a single unit. It easily fits my [insert examples like: queen-sized bedding, heavy towels, or a full week of clothes]. Cycles: The variety of AI-driven cycles is impressive. I especially like how it detects the fabric type and load size to optimize the wash and dry time. Drying: I was skeptical about a ventless combo, but the drying performance is excellent. My clothes come out perfectly dry without needing to transfer anything between machines. Moisture: I haven't had any issues with lingering humidity in the drum; it leaves clothes feeling fresh and ready to put away. Vibration: The machine runs very quietly. Even during high-speed spin cycles, it stays stable with minimal vibration

I have 5 kids and we were always struggling with them throwing things in the wash and then not swapping them to the dryer, then we would have to rewash them and it was a constant struggle. Not anymore, thanks to this magic machine. Toss the clothing in, tell it when you need them done and warm fresh wrinkle free clothes await you in the morning like a fresh brewed cup of coffee. Tons of cycle options and you can do it all from your phone or with your voice. Easy for kids to use, and very quiet and no rocking, vibrating or rattling. You'd almost never know it was even running.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had an older different brand model not to life’s bad it ventless model and it was ok long dry times couldn’t fit comforters to wash and dry if you did took 6 -8 hours for queen size or like 5 towels. But this Samsung I washed and dried 10 oversized beach type towels in about 2 hours. Comforters take about the same wash and dry. Clothes are about 90 minutes full load. Only thing it can’t do good is wash pillows ( you have to take dry off and spine on low then again on medium then dry like normal lol fun day) but I did have 2 queen size pillows in together. Love the washer dryer would buy again. Hope this helps in choosing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Bespoke All-in-One Ventless Washer Dryer Combo is the best machine I have ever purchased. I love all the Smart features like the app notifications and all of the different cycles. It's a small adjustment doing a whole wash and dry to completion, but worth it for the convenience of never forgetting to move the laundry over from the washer to the dryer. The drying is always perfect for the specific load type. The capacity is great too, it has just enough space to wash larger loads too. The heating is great in both the washer and the dryer! The vibration on the unit is well balanced and quiet. I really enjoy the device care built in as well; this will help with the longevity and cleanliness of my machine. Best purchase ever!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I couldn’t be happier with this 5.3 cu. ft. Bespoke AI Ventless Laundry Combo. It has completely changed my laundry routine. The all-in-one washer and dryer design saves a ton of space while still handling large loads with ease. The AI features are surprisingly useful, automatically adjusting settings and helping clothes come out clean, fresh, and properly dried every time. I was initially concerned about a ventless dryer, but it works great and eliminates the need for extra installation requirements. The machine is quiet, energy-efficient, and has a modern, premium look that fits perfectly in my home. The large capacity means fewer loads, which saves both time and effort. The SmartThings connectivity is another nice bonus, allowing me to monitor and control cycles from my phone. If you’re looking for a high-tech, space-saving laundry solution that delivers excellent washing and drying performance, I highly recommend this unit. It has exceeded my expectations in every way.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this machine. I love the fact that I can put a load in and go to sleep and wake up with clean clothes. I love the compactness, and the space it saves in my laundry room. The screen is very easy to use. I just wish that I had gone with the vented version, I really have no need for the ventless that I have. I've also found it very hard to get a replacement lint filter/ trap. It's very hard to clean the heat exchanger as you cannot remove it. Other than that it is very efficient with my family's laundry.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The newer combo is much better then the 1st combo, which I purchased & after a year gave to my daughter & got the new combo. The filter system is much improved. The AI system helps a bunch. I live being able to run it from my phone & it connect to my smart home. The only reasons I give it 4 stars: the drawer that is stupid expensive, will not hold a normal size bottle of detergent or fabric softener so it is a catch all & the small filter behind the detergent dispenser is messy to clean & drain causing a lot of mess in the drawer below if a bowel is not pot in it to prevent the drawer from getting soaked.
