Samsung can do better
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had 3 of these. 1 was bought back by Samsung, 2 are still operating. About every 3 months we have to take the top off, disconnect the ducting to the condenser and vacuum out the lint build up. Certainly not engineered correctly.

Great unit
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great washer dryer. The pro's: Dried laundry comes out completely dry. Don't need to change the load from a washer to a drier. No need for a vent. We have this in our garage and since its a heat pump it air conditions the garage as a by product of running the drier. The machine can sense how to wash and dry the clothes and it works well. The only con, which isn't really a con is that you have to clean the lint trap between each load (which i always do with any dryer) or it will not work as efficiently. BTW, this is very efficient for power and water as well.

Ready for this hot steamy t*rd to wash clothes?
Samsung, I guess, believes 5½ hours for "rapid wash" mode is acceptable. Perhaps "rapid" is relative to geological time scales or the heat death of the universe. My favorite part is needing to dry almost every load twice! Nothing says "cutting-edge AI technology" like clothes that come out damp after a full dry cycle. The "AI" must stand for "Absolutely Inadequate" because it certainly hasn't learned how to actually dry fabric. But hey, at least it's "Bespoke" - which apparently means you can choose what color you'd like your disappointment to come in.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has to be cleaned constantly. It make a loud noise when drum spins with a heavy duty load. It is very hard to clean inside the vent. It takes twice as long to wash and dry clothes vs a regular washer and dryer (separate system)

Great capacity and efficiency

The AI automation takes the guesswork out of washing and drying. The only slight learning curve was getting used to the touchscreen interface, but overall, it's a solid, space-saving appliance.

Best purchase I've made in ages!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off, the Samsung All-in-One has a regular machine capacity of 5.3 cu. Ft. I chose this particular model for many reasons, one, it was a better fit for my small laundry closet and I was able to build in a counter and a cabinet and some needed shelving. The Pedestal lifts the machine to a perfect height, no more bending down to reach inside. It is quiet, runs a load in the same time it would for a wash and dry. You can set it to stop so you are able to add your dryer sheets or balls when it's time for the dry cycle. This model has so many cycles to choose from so you are able to use it like a professional service! I have my machine connected to my Smart House so I am always aware of the process when in use. Also, it can integrate other Samsung products which you can see on the screen while doing laundry-amazing. Auto fill for the detergent, softener and bleach is a big plus! The best feature of the Bespoke, it is VENTLESS! WOW! I was tired of the cost of having someone come out and clean the in wall (and attic) vent pipes because of the weird angle they were installed as. Overall, saves money, time and worry. If you are limited on space, or just want the best, this is the one to buy.

It looks beautiful. There are many different types of settings for washing, and drying that you can choose from so I never have a problem washing any type of fabric. The automatic dispenser for detergent and softener is fantastic, but you can use pods if you prefer I mean, it really does do everything and it does everything extremely well

No need to move clothes to another machine to dry. The ventless dryer works better than expected with the internal heat pump. Just need to keep the lint trap really clean and have a pretty full load to get the clothes nice and dry
