Slow as molasses

I HATE this washer/dryer! It takes forever to do a load of laundry. The app sucks. The customer service sucks. Everything on it just takes sooo long!

We recommend checking the load of your laundry before using the washer and dryer combo, as this can affect the unit's efficiency. Please refer to your user manual for more details. Turn to page 33, "STEP 4: Determine the load capacity." Also, the duration of the wash and dry time depends on the cycle you will be using. Turn to pages 44 to 46, "Cycle overview."
