This machine promises the future but delivers a headache. For a "premium" appliance, the performance is shockingly poor. ​Dryer is Useless: Because it's ventless, it takes forever. A single load of towels takes nearly five hours, and even then, they come out feeling "steamy" and damp rather than dry. ​The "AI" is Not Smart: The AI OptiWash feature constantly miscalculates the load weight. It either uses too little water or adds hours to the cycle for no reason. ​Maintenance Nightmare: The lint filter system is poorly designed. Wet lint gets trapped in crevices that are impossible to reach, which will definitely lead to mold or drainage issues down the road. ​Vibration & Noise: During the spin cycle, the whole house shakes. It sounds like a jet engine taking off in the laundry room. ​Bottom Line: It's a beautiful-looking machine that fails at its two basic jobs: washing and drying. It's way too expensive for something that makes laundry day take twice as long. Don't buy Samsung product

The ventless all in one design is sleek, modern, and perfect for saving space without sacrificing style. The brushed dark finish gives it that luxury appliance look that instantly upgrades the laundry room. What really stands out is how smart and user friendly it feels. The AI features, large capacity, and all in one convenience make laundry way less of a headache. No moving clothes between machines, no clutter, just simple and efficient. Definitely feels like one of those “adult purchase unlocked” moments 😭. Excited to put it to work.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been one of the best Washer/dryer combos I've ever had. Well, that's the only one I've ever had. It's got great capacity for those large duvets, but it also has a small footprint compared to the need to buy two separate washer and dryer units. It fits in without having to be vented so you don't have to worry about that opening to the outside. I think it's clogged for your dryer vent and it has been easy to maintain. I mean, you just follow the topics on the screen and it's done. I mean does take a while to wash and dry anything, but it has been fantastic. I mean, it does have a feature where you can set it up to be done at a certain time like I guess an automation type feature, but it takes and starts the washing process right when you enter that time, even though that time may be eight hours away. So it's kind of unusual, but maybe I haven't use it right. But this has been by far the best washer/dryer machines I've ever had! I suggested to everybody who asks. I would suggest that if you buy it, you can get the pedestal. Can you order it with the washer dryer unit itself because The load door is really low so anybody who is taller, it is a pain.

Samsung, I guess, believes 5½ hours for "rapid wash" mode is acceptable. Perhaps "rapid" is relative to geological time scales or the heat death of the universe. My favorite part is needing to dry almost every load twice! Nothing says "cutting-edge AI technology" like clothes that come out damp after a full dry cycle. The "AI" must stand for "Absolutely Inadequate" because it certainly hasn't learned how to actually dry fabric. But hey, at least it's "Bespoke" - which apparently means you can choose what color you'd like your disappointment to come in.

Connectivity is super cool with the app. It fits so much and is very easy to use. Love the simplistic and sleep interface as well. Super sleep looking too!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great product Pretty easy to use I am using it in an apartment hooking it up to the sink for now until we get the regular hook up but still working fine The only drawback is it does take A little longer for your clothes to dry But otherwise It's a great space saver if you don't have any room And even though it's very large it does work in apartments

I love that it takes up a loss less space and I've saved hundreds on laundry detergent due to the smart dispenser.

It's so nice to start a load of laundry at night and wake up to fresh clean laundry in morning. I enjoy the app and how you can connect all Samsung devices; it sends you a notification when laundry is done. I also love that the combo takes up half the space of a traditional washer and dryer.

It's so efficient with the drying and washing. I was worried it wouldn't dry as good as a regular dryer but it does a great job. Love this washer and dryer combo 10/10 recommend!
