This is by far the worst Samsung product, less than 6 months and the motor went out, the door would not open even after trouble shooting, clothes are stuck in the machine. The Samsung service tech could not get the door open. Buyer beware, do not buy

It saves so much space, washes and dries clothes really well, and the ventless design makes installation easy. I love the smart AI settings and how convenient it is to do laundry without moving clothes between machines. Stylish, quiet, and efficient definitely worth it.

Easy to maintain, easy instructions, easy to clean, easy to refill. I have mine on a matching pedestal for extra lift and storage. Can follow the cycle on my phone and alerts when done. No having to run down basement stairs to switch from wash to dry. Makes life easier for me.

All I need to do is remember to remove the clean laundry and refill the automatic detergent dispenser. Dont have to worry about the rubber lining molding like the old school type as this one opens automatically.

With Ventless dryer, I don't need to worry about over drying my clothes, it does it gently and everything comes out nicely dry with no dampness. After the cycle is over, the door automatically opens too, which is a nice feature. The interface is easy and pretty dope. The washer is big enough to wash a huge blanket.

The automatic change from wash to dry makes sure that my teenager doesn’t leave wet clothes in the washer. The machine comes with plenty of cycle options and is very easy to use. We would definitely buy another, if we had the space. We like the “smart” features of this washer/dryer. It keeps us informed of when loads are completed without having to check or listen for the chime. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase.
