[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been incredibly impressed with the Samsung Bespoke AI All-in-One Ventless Washer/Dryer. The convenience of throwing in a load and coming back to clothes that are completely washed and dried—without ever moving them—is a game changer. It's surprisingly quiet, cleans exceptionally well, and the heat pump drying system is gentle on clothes while being energy efficient. The large capacity easily handles family-sized loads, and the SmartThings integration makes it even more convenient. If you're looking to save space and simplify laundry day, I highly recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This combo has been great. I love that it can be started and you don't have to remember to move clothes over. I start a load when I get home from work or when I leave for work and when I wake up or get home it's done. There's slightly more regular maintenance than my old units, but it walks you through all of that on the touchscreen when needed and it's nothing difficult or crazy. It washes and dries without issue. If you load it up it does take a while to wash and dry, but the perk is you don't have to worry about moving clothes over. The unit is very heavy, which is probably the biggest downside. But it also doesn't shake or rattle when in use because of this. I have it set to open the door when it finishes and have had no issues with clothes being wet or wrinkled. All in all I would purchase this again for sure, and have recommended it to multiple family members.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best washer/dryer combo ive ever had. Clothes come out fresh and clean with no mildew odor like all my other washer and dryers ive had in the past. The capacity is big enough to accomodate a king size comforter.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer/dryer combo is nice for people the have difficulty swapping clothes being a combo unit is very convenient. But they just seem to not last vet long without issues. My first one I had mad it 8 months before I started having issues with the control screen. Samsung finally replaced it for us but then it was a year into the warranty. Once I received the new unit a week later it was squealing and making noise at the top of the the machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am absolutely loving this Bespoke AI All-in-One Ventless Combo! It has been a total game-changer for my home. The capacity is surprisingly large, allowing me to handle significant loads with ease. I've been very impressed with the variety of cycles available, and the drying performance is excellent—even without a traditional vent. It runs quietly with very minimal vibration, which is a huge plus. Overall, this unit is efficient, sleek, and high-performing. Highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my washer dryer combo!!! My husband and I put a load in before bed at night and by morning it is all washed and dried!!! Wrinkle free setting is our favorite. The capacity is amazing and it doesn't vibrate like our old ones did!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The capacity of the machine surprised me. It fits in the small area in my kitchen, great. It save me steps because I no longer need to gather my clothes and go to the washatera. I made a smart choice when I invested in this appliance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using the Bespoke AI All-in-One Combo for a while now, and it has been a game-changer for my laundry routine. Capacity: It handles a surprisingly large amount of laundry for a single unit. It easily fits my [insert examples like: queen-sized bedding, heavy towels, or a full week of clothes]. Cycles: The variety of AI-driven cycles is impressive. I especially like how it detects the fabric type and load size to optimize the wash and dry time. Drying: I was skeptical about a ventless combo, but the drying performance is excellent. My clothes come out perfectly dry without needing to transfer anything between machines. Moisture: I haven't had any issues with lingering humidity in the drum; it leaves clothes feeling fresh and ready to put away. Vibration: The machine runs very quietly. Even during high-speed spin cycles, it stays stable with minimal vibration

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This all-in-one ventless combo is a decent, average appliance. The drum capacity is quite large, and the variety of cycles makes it easy to customize each load. It also runs smoothly with very little vibration during operation. However, the drying performance keeps it from being great. The ventless system takes longer to dry clothes than a standard dryer, and items often come out with noticeable wrinkles if not removed immediately. It is a good space-saving option, but the overall performance is just okay.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is great having the combo washer/dryer. Saves space and not having the heat pump really helps to reduce heat buildup in the garage. The drawback is you can't have one load washing and another drying. The NORMAL wash/dry takes 5 hours total.... that's a long time. The Super Speed cycle can be done around 2 hours, but this is a quick cycle and I wouldn't use it as the NORMAL cycle. I could get all the laundry done in one day, but with this unit unless I start at 7am I can't get more than 2 cycles done in a day. I'm starting to get the issue other people are having: the heat exchanger needs cleaned after EVERY use. This has stopped the seamless wash and dry cycle to getting a text alert the machine needs serviced. If we don't get to the machine immediately this delays the cycle by every minute it sits under the error. I used to run cycles overnight and they would sit wet for several hours until we get the brush (not supplied) to clean the unit out. We've had the machine for about six weeks and it started having the issue after five weeks.
