[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Bespoke AI All-in-One Ventless Laundry Combo is an absolute game-changer, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to upgrade their home. The standout feature is the incredible convenience of a single unit that washes and dries in one go. Not needing to transfer heavy, wet clothes midway through makes doing laundry completely effortless and fits perfectly into a busy schedule. The 7" LCD AI Home display is sleek and exceptionally easy to use, intuitively learning your preferences over time. With a massive 5.3 cu. ft. capacity and AI OptiWash™ and Dry technology, it automatically detects fabric types and soil levels to deliver an optimized clean. Furthermore, its smart connectivity allows you to seamlessly pair it with a smart switch or integrate it into automated home routines. If you want to save space, time, and energy with a brilliant, hands-off appliance, this combo is worth every penny!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this washing machine probably for over a year now, and I've done well over 300 loads. And I must say I'm extremely impressed. It goes fairly quickly, and I don't worry about any of my clothes being wet. I'll throw my clothes to wash at night, and they'll be nice and dry, 100% ready for me to wear the next morning. Moreover, on the washing section, I've been very impressed with its cleaning abilities, especially on heavily soiled and stained products. I do have white towels with old blood stains, among other things, and every time this washing machine gets those stains out. I hope that, with a software update at some point, I will be able to change the spin speed for the wash cycle without turning off the dry portion and starting the dry manually. The important reason is that I've noticed this washing machine tends to wrinkle clothes very easily due to the very high spin used by the AI Opti Wash and Dry. Of course, nothing will ever be 100% perfect, but this does come really close

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The newer combo is much better then the 1st combo, which I purchased & after a year gave to my daughter & got the new combo. The filter system is much improved. The AI system helps a bunch. I live being able to run it from my phone & it connect to my smart home. The only reasons I give it 4 stars: the drawer that is stupid expensive, will not hold a normal size bottle of detergent or fabric softener so it is a catch all & the small filter behind the detergent dispenser is messy to clean & drain causing a lot of mess in the drawer below if a bowel is not pot in it to prevent the drawer from getting soaked.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We like the simplicity of the all in one combo. We fill the soap dispenser once a month and it's good to go. And with a large family the capacity of it is even better. The self cleaning feature is nice. And when it needs a little maintenance, it has great step by step instructions. Which is awesome

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I couldn’t be happier with this 5.3 cu. ft. Bespoke AI Ventless Laundry Combo. It has completely changed my laundry routine. The all-in-one washer and dryer design saves a ton of space while still handling large loads with ease. The AI features are surprisingly useful, automatically adjusting settings and helping clothes come out clean, fresh, and properly dried every time. I was initially concerned about a ventless dryer, but it works great and eliminates the need for extra installation requirements. The machine is quiet, energy-efficient, and has a modern, premium look that fits perfectly in my home. The large capacity means fewer loads, which saves both time and effort. The SmartThings connectivity is another nice bonus, allowing me to monitor and control cycles from my phone. If you’re looking for a high-tech, space-saving laundry solution that delivers excellent washing and drying performance, I highly recommend this unit. It has exceeded my expectations in every way.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This all-in-one unit is an absolute game-changer. The automation features take the guesswork out of laundry, automatically dispensing the right amount of detergent and setting the perfect cycle. Its capacity is massive, easily handling large family loads, yet its compactness is perfect for saving space in the laundry room. The machine runs with incredible energy efficiency, and the 7-inch interface is bright, intuitive, and very easy to navigate. Highly recommend! I have both ventless and vented. Ventless does take more time to wash and dry but the clothes smell SO MUCH BETTER. I use a small vacuum to clean it between loads and the filter.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love the auto-dispenser and the 2 in 1 capability to wash and dry. We don't have a vent to an outside so this worked perfectly in our apartment. Clothes are clean and dry. We clean the lint filter thoroughly after each use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] AI features for load sensing and dry sensing work very well. Unfortunately extremely difficult to clean the heat exchanger. It no longer allows removal and you have to clean with a brush, which only a child's hand can fit into the slot for really. Holds large loads and gets them clean quickly. Love having the extra room in my laundry area from this being all in one instead of two separate machines. The touch screen is nice not inherently necessary. If you're already familiar with the Samsung Galaxy tab interface this will be an easy switch from analog controls.
