[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using the Samsung Bespoke All-in for 2 years now and it's honestly one of the best appliance upgrades I've made. Being able to wash and dry a full load in a single machine—without needing a vent—has completely changed my laundry routine. The capacity is surprisingly large for a combo unit, the Super Speed cycle actually delivers on its promise, and clothes come out properly dry and soft instead of damp or wrinkled. The AI features (especially OptiWash and the smart cycle suggestions) make it feel smarter than a regular washer/dryer pair, and the sleek Bespoke design looks great in the laundry space. Installation was straightforward since it just needs a standard outlet and no venting, which is a huge plus if you're short on space or in an apartment. Quiet, efficient, and genuinely convenient—I don't think I could go back to separate machines after this. Highly recommend if you're looking for a modern all-in-one solution.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best washer I've ever had. The ventless dryer is amazing. The sanitizing option has made everything cleaner. The capacity on the barrel will allow my whole king size bedding to wash all at once. There is a cycle for every kind of material and option. It's mostly silent with the exception of a low vibrating sound when it's drying. The best part is that there is very little heat that comes off the machine when in operation. I recommend buying the pedestal with it so that you don't have to crouch to get clothes out after drying.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A game changer for busy households! I absolutely love this Samsung Bespoke AI All-in-One Ventless Washer & Dryer combo! The convenience of being able to wash and dry everything in one machine without having to transfer heavy, wet laundry is a huge time saver. It has plenty of space for larger loads, including bedding, and I love that it fits so much while still being compact compared to having two separate machines. The ventless heat pump dryer is a huge plus because there's no need for an outside vent, making installation much easier and giving more flexibility with placement. The AI features are impressive — it adjusts cycles based on the load, and the touchscreen makes everything simple and easy to navigate. The automatic detergent dispensing is another favorite because it saves time and avoids wasting product. For anyone with a busy family, limited space, or just wanting a more convenient laundry routine, this machine is worth every penny. It's modern, efficient, quiet, and has completely changed the way I do laundry. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the product! Easy to use and is small enough for the space we need it for. A couple of issues I've encountered is machine not filling up with enough water and I wish we were able to start the machine from the App. There is the option to input the wash settings and they are sent to the washer, but you still have to physically press start on the machine. Other than that I love it. This is my second set of Samsung products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, I absolutely love this machine makes it so seamless especially when you have teenagers that love to leave stuff in the washer overnight and then have to redo things 20 times because they forget to switch it out. My only complaint is, I don't know exactly how much detergent is being dispensed or when, I don't like that I can't change how much water is used with the load and how long it takes to wash and dry a load. I would absolutely love to have a second one. I think that would help with some of the complaints I do have with the unit. And being a large family of first responders

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's very quiet, washes never damage my clothes, thoroughly washes and the drying options are great for everything from bedding to jeans and shirts. The fact these pair to my smart home is such a plus. I know exactly when the dryer and washer are done

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer/dryer combo has really impressed us! Not only does it clean better than our other set we had but even stains come out better with this machine. It's so nice to not have to worry about the detergent or fabric softener either. Having the app has really helped with how much we are using each month too. Con's: It does take time to get used to not running loads like the separate sets The lint shoot you really have to maintain, we wish they made it easier to get inside that area to clean better. It's hard to reach If you use dryer sheets you either have to schedule a pause between modes to add them or you miss out on that option now. It would be great if they added a feature to have dryer sheets automatically push into the machine The water filling seems super loud, if we run it at night it's obnoxious

This all-in-one unit is a game changer, washing and drying in as little as 98 minutes. It runs quietly enough that you won't hear it through a closed door, and the auto-open door helps keep things fresh even if you forget it's running. It saves space, delivers strong wash performance, spins faster than most standalone washers, and the AI Opti Wash feature does a great job. Bottom line: it's ideal for anyone short on space who wants convenience without sacrificing wash quality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] AI features for load sensing and dry sensing work very well. Unfortunately extremely difficult to clean the heat exchanger. It no longer allows removal and you have to clean with a brush, which only a child's hand can fit into the slot for really. Holds large loads and gets them clean quickly. Love having the extra room in my laundry area from this being all in one instead of two separate machines. The touch screen is nice not inherently necessary. If you're already familiar with the Samsung Galaxy tab interface this will be an easy switch from analog controls.
