[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When my combo first arrived, it was heavy. Very heavy. Once it was put in the laundry area, it was super easy to connect everything. Literally, twist on the water hoses, stick the drain hose into the slot, plug it in and that was it. Probably the fastest, easiest install I have ever done. Setting it up was a breeze as well. It tells you exactly what you need to do, step by step, to get started. It tells me when I need to clean the water drain and when to brush off the filter. The best part….it walks you through doing the whole process! No calling a service person to do simple maintenance! It “feels” like it takes a long to wash and dry one load, it really doesn't. It just feels that way since you can't start another load while the first load is drying. I love turning it on, before bed, setting it to prevent wrinkles and having clean clothes when I wake up. So far, I am super happy with this combo! This is coming from a home with 2 people. I do not know how convenient it would be if there was a larger amount of people you are doing laundry for. As for me, super glad I made this purchase!

This is by far the worst Samsung product, less than 6 months and the motor went out, the door would not open even after trouble shooting, clothes are stuck in the machine. The Samsung service tech could not get the door open. Buyer beware, do not buy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this combination, washer and dryer based on my previous experience with Samsung washers and dryers. You see I already have a Samsung washer and dryer in my home. This all in one unit is really pretty good. I'm legally blind and the display is a little lower than I level, but most of the time I can navigate it. The only thing that's bothersome to me is the Lyne trap pulling it out, emptying it and putting it back in requires you to line it up Just So and if you don't have a lot of room between the washer dryer unit and the wall to pull backwards, it can be kind of tricky to line it up and put it back in and take it out and empty it. Other than that, it's very easy to work with. I think we've had an issue with the clogged drain once and we've had this since 1 December and it is now mid May. I like that self washes and self dries let you know when you need to empty the lint trap. Let you know when you need to add detergent or fabric softener. I like that it's an all in one unit and it notifies you if you use the phone app, when the closer are ready. I like that it's programmable so that you can wash and Dry the clothes so that they're ready at a certain time so you don't have to worry about wrinkles. It even has an option to help you reduce the number of my wrinkles that you get in your clothes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this combo washer! It is a one machine wonder! I needed to do laundry at my pool house bathroom and chose the Samsung combo because it saves space. It was easy to install because it doesn't require a vent and uses a 110 outlet with GFCI. All you have to do is just plug it in. It has detergent and softener dispensers that make doing laundry so convenient. We put our bath and beach towels in and just turn it on and forget about it. It is connected to WiFi and using the SmartThings App I can monitor it as needed with a notification that it's finished. It's easy to monitor cleaning products and cleaning cycles because it notifies you through the app. It does take longer to dry but that is perfect for my needs and saves money. I love that I don't have to place clothes in a separate dryer and can just set and forget. I fold the towels the next day and the machine is ready for my next load. Love it!

I have had it for almost a year. Although maintenence is a headache. It works so well. I love it. I feel bad for those not having my luck
