It uses built-in smarts to automatically figure out the right amount of detergent and cycle times, and the door even pops open at the end so your laundry never gets that musty smell.

It’s sleek and beautiful, easy to set up & will surprise you with how many features it has (too many?) with Internet connectivity to accounts outside of laundry it can get very interesting. It has a great speaker, 7” lcd screen so watching videos, listening to music/podcasts cast make hanging out in the laundry room a trip. It’ll talk to your TV and refrigerator if you let it! We don’t as far as we know, but that’s the future of tech in homes, the internet of things is here. I will warn you, washing times are much longer, thankfully with its space saving design and compactness plan on having 2 of the same machines. We will. I wish Samsung had a second washer/dryer combo WITHOUT the lcd screen as an accompanying unit that can be controlled by the first. (No need for two complete units!)

Laundry feels as effortless as possible, from the seamless wash to dry process to the laundry liquids automatically added. This was a great upgrade purchase decision.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer combo over all is amazing. Love the connectivity with the smart things app. Never miss a finished cycle. Also never have to worry about forgetting clothes in the washer. Only down side is. If power goes out. And you use the ai mode for a good clean. It has to relearn and goes from a 2 hour and 20 minute completion time to a 6-7 hour completion time. But besides that we love it. The relearn is the only reason I took a star off.

The "set it and forget it" aspect is incredible—being able to throw a load in and have it finish completely washed and dried without having to switch machines saves so much time and eliminates forgotten, damp clothes. The 5.3 cu. ft. capacity easily manages large family loads and bulky bedding. The ventless heat pump system is very energy efficient, and the AI features do a great job of guessing the perfect settings. It does take a little longer to dry than a traditional vented dryer, but the sheer convenience more than makes up for it. Highly recommend!

Its capacity is massive, easily handling large family loads, yet its compactness is perfect for saving space in the laundry room. The machine runs with incredible energy efficiency, and the 7-inch interface is bright, intuitive, and very easy to navigate. Highly recommend! I have both ventless and vented. Ventless does take more time to wash and dry but the clothes smell SO MUCH BETTER. I use a small vacuum to clean it between loads and the filter.

Maintenance is a bit more (at least it tells us exactly what to do and when), but I hope that keeping up with the maintenance will keep the unit working for a long time.
