Once learned, the interface and SmartThings app are easy to use and customize. They remember my favorite cycles! I was shocked and concerned that a load could take 4-6 hours. It turns out that 4 hours to wash and dry is a comfortable pace for me. I start a load in the morning or before bedtime. Then my laundry is ready for me in the morning or after work. On the weekends, I start a load and then go on to other things — cleaning house, running errands, going to brunch or a movie, relax, soak in the tub, whatever I want to do. When I come home, I fold and put away. No more moving wet clothes sitting and becoming smelly or moving them to the dryer. With the large reservoir, there’s no more adding detergent or softener to each load. Our clothes are washed and dried and smell great every time! Our laundry is on autopilot!

You throw your damp clothes in, hit a bunch of buttons that light up with fancy symbols, and hope for the best. Sometimes everything comes out warm and dry on the first try, but other times you're tossing it all back in for round two because a hoodie sleeve is still mysteriously damp. The beep it makes when it's done is pretty catchy, though it definitely likes to sing its little song way before you're actually ready to fold anything. It looks sleek and modern in the laundry room, matching the whole aesthetic, and it hasn't completely broken down on me, which is a massive plus. At the end of the day, it's a giant metal box that gets hot and spins around, and honestly, it does that job well enough that I can't really complain too much.

While it does take longer than a regular washer and dryer, it is nice on evenings that we need clothes in the morning to start a load and know it will be clean in the morning. No more worries of forgetting to move the wash to the dryer and getting stale.

This machine is a piece of junk. I have had it for about 6 months and I’ve already had it serviced 3 times and it’s broken again. The clothes still smell when they come out, they are not dry at the end of the dry cycle. It constantly gives error codes. We’ve had it leak several times. When you try to schedule a service callout Samsung online it’s almost impossible. You get a message to troubleshoot it online or over the phone when you clearly need someone to come out to service it. Do not buy this product. We have vented one also and it’s only slightly better.
