[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this thing! It is quiet, energy-efficient and works well. I also like that it works with the SmartThings app. It gets your clothes really dry, and it’s so nice putting in laundry before bed, waking up and the laundry is dry and ready to go. The AI setting is awesome. So thrilled with this purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bough it month ago and I love it. I used to have samsung washer for 12 years with no issues. I decided it is time for me to have dryer as well, because of small space I have decided to go with 2 in 1. No regrets so far. I even can control it from my phone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a busy working mom, I know firsthand how tough it can be to keep up with daily chores, especially laundry. But let me tell you, the Samsung Bespoke All-in-One AI Laundry Combo has been a total game-changer for me, making laundry day an absolute breeze! One of the things I love most about this washer and dryer combo is its massive 5.3 cu. Ft. capacity. It means I can do larger loads, saving me time and effort. Plus, the total combo cycle time is shorter than my old machines, so I can get my laundry done in record time. The AI features of this machine are seriously impressive. The AI Optiwash and AI Optimal Dry offer personalized suggestions, ensuring my laundry comes out perfectly clean and dry every time. And with the SmartThings App, I can manage my laundry from my smartphone - even when I'm super busy at work! Setting up the machine was a breeze, thanks to the clear instructions and user-friendly interface. And loading and unloading clothes is a breeze, thanks to the machine's interior design. The Flex Auto Dispense feature is a total lifesaver too. It automatically dispenses the right amount of detergent, so I don't have to worry about over or under-dosing. Plus, it allows for multiple loads without needing to refill detergent every time. In summary, the Samsung Bespoke All-in-One AI Laundry Combo has made my life so much easier. It's like having a smart assistant that helps with the laundry! The standout features, performance, and sleek design make this machine an invaluable addition to any busy home.

The design of this washing machine is incompatible with using a drain pan. If you want to use a drain pan or, in my case, required by the plumbing code to have a drain pan under the washing machine, the detergent drawer will be physically blocked from fully opening. You will not be able to put detergent or softener into the washing machine. I was not aware that a drain pan was required until the installers came and would not install it until I had a drain pan in place. Getting a larger drain pan is out of the question. The largest one I found was 31” x 36”, which would allow the machine to sit in it, but not allow the detergent drawer to open. Also, couldn't find a drain pan of that size that would have a lower profile. I understand that there is a pedestal that can be purchased to raise the machine, which also doubles as a drawer for supplies. With a drain pan, it would just be an expensive stand since the drain pan would keep the drawer from opening. I’m at a loss for how to proceed at this point. I may have to jerry-rig something or figure out a way of lifting the entire washing machine every time I need to fill the detergent or softener bin. Can't comment on any of the other features of the machine as I'll need to figure this issue out before I can use it.

Here’s why I give this washer and dryer combo a well-deserved 5-star rating: Space-Saving Design One of the standout features of this washer and dryer combo is its compact, all-in-one design. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First and foremost, the space-saving design is a huge win. The combo unit eliminates the need for separate machines, which is ideal for smaller living spaces or anyone who simply wants to declutter their laundry area. It seamlessly blends into my home, and the sleek design is a definite aesthetic upgrade. The smart detection of washing and drying is truly intuitive. I no longer have to guess at cycles or worry about over-drying delicate items. The AI intelligently assesses the load, ensuring optimal washing and drying performance every time. This not only protects my clothes but also saves energy. Beyond the core functionality, the entertainment and notification features elevate the laundry experience. Being able to listen to music directly from the appliance while I'm sorting or folding is a small but significant luxury that makes a mundane chore more enjoyable. And the convenience of getting notified on my phone once a load is done means I can go about my day without constantly checking the machine. No more forgotten, wrinkled clothes! In summary, the Bespoke AI Laundry Ventless Heat Pump Dryer Combo delivers on its promises of innovation and convenience. It's an investment that pays off in saved space, smarter operation, and a more pleasant laundry experience overall. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a modern, efficient, and enjoyable way to tackle their laundry needs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a bit of a disbeliever at first, but after getting time with this new washer/dryer combo unit, I now am fully appreciative of the benefits it has, and why it is such a premium unit. The capacity far exceeds what I'm used to in my old washer, and the ventless design make it easy to tuck away anywhere in the house with just a standard electric cord and access to a water line. this means no ductwork necessary, and that's pretty cool. It also has a TON of settings that you can set up to be quick access. Oh, and phone alerts to let you know (through the SmartThings app) that it's done. This is very handy for when you can't hear the adorable Samsung washer tune that plays at the end of the cycle :) I also really love the detergent dispenser, because it really saves time and keeps things tidy. You fill it once, and it dispenses for you for many washes, keeping the bottle of detergent hidden away in a cabinet until needed. This unit is an investment, so I'll be sure to keep it clean (always wash out the rubber boot every month to ensure no buildup!) and I hope to have it for many years. It is good to be on the cutting edge of laundry technology! :)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this about a month ago. Have been experimenting on the different types of loads. Great time saver. In my earlier separate washer and dryer, I used to forget moving clothes from washer to dryer ending up washing twice. Don't have to worry about that anymore. Also, don't need to worry about detergent soap, softener and bleach as the auto dispense now. I have a relatively small laundry room and it's a huge space saver as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Bespoke All-in-One AI Laundry Combo 5.3 cu. Ft. Ultra Capacity Washer with Super Speed and Ventless Heat Pump Dryer in Dark Steel has met or exceeded my expectations. It is a beautiful looking machine with the performance to match. I would recommend this product for anyone who wants to upgrade their machine while also saving space improving energy efficiency and decreasing the time it takes to wash and dry clothes. After the machine was installed, I began to set up using the display mechanism. The AI avatar helped him walk through each item and provided a tutorial on how to use the machine. I had no issues connecting to the Internet then adding to my SmartThings app. I really enjoy being able to view or start my washer from the app. I was impressed by the size of the machine. I knew having both a washer and dryer in the same device would make it larger however it still fit easily in my laundry room. It is solidly built and heavy, so it is a little difficult to move around by yourself. The machine has the capacity for good sized loads. The flex auto dispense feature is very helpful as you can manage the levels of soap and bleach and it makes starting the washer very simple. I like that the bleach and lint filter are hidden behind the door. The multiple options for the AI combo cycles gives you a lot of flexibility on what type of load you are planning to wash. This machine provides an improvement with our energy efficiency over the two machines I would normally use. No more forgetting laundry in the washer since the dry cycle kicks off automatically.

I love it ! Just got this combo machine and it works beautifully! I did a test run and love all the features! It's quiet, great 7" touchscreen, huge 6.1 cubic ft spinning drum for XL loads of clothing, it has a light inside the drum you can turn on and off, app controlled and wifi connected, it talks to you, no load transfer. I wish they made this type of quality years ago. It washes and dries clothes in a decent time frame considering it's a combo machine.
