[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how you can just load up the machine and next time you come back the clothes are washed and dry!! So easy to use with the touch screen!! Easy to clean the lent filter and fill the detergent/softener dispensers!!

This is literally the WORST machine on the market. It advertises “large capacity”, “good for pet hair”… ALL LIES. I bought this while I was pregnant thinking it would make my life easier and it’s done nothing but add stress to my life. Worst money I’ve ever spent. The compressor has gone bad twice in less than a year, it won’t dry a normal size load, everything you wash smells like mildew.. and on top of that Samsung customer service is HORRIBLE. If I could give this machine negative stars, I would. I will never buy another Samsung product in my life.

It even connects with my other Samsung appliances like a little smart community. Washes my clothes way more thoroughly than my dilapidated apartment thin twin. The smart wash option is what I use every time, it know what to do. Also having a large reservoir for softener and detergent is fantastic.

My only issue is, sometimes when it’s a load that has jeans or sweatshirt, you have to dry them longer but no big deal. I usually just add more drying time to the cycle. I’m extremely satisfied with the unit.

No waiting for washer to quit and going back to put clothes in dryer. Just put clothes in, push button and the door pops open when dry. It is too bad it doesn't fold the clothes though

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my laundry machine! It cleans well, its not especially loud, and I love the automatic soap and softener dispensers! I love that I can throw in a load of dirty laundry and it comes out washed and dried. You have the options to only wash, only dry, and several cycle types to choose from. I dont regret a thing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Positives: * It does what it needs to do on a 110 20amp circuit and all in one unit. * You get notifications when it completes one part of the cycle. * Clean filter, low detergent and clean cycle notifications are nice Negatives: * Doesn't always dry everything all the way * Can't control from smart things to start remotely * no option for newer items (laundry sheets, washing or pods), only liquids * no dryer sheet option (we are in 2025, so this should have some automation from a top technology company)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It does take a lot longer to do a full drying cycle, but the clothes come out DRY. No having to mix it around and start it again 2 or 3 times. Plus, I always forgot to move my clothes from the washer to the dryer and would have to rewash it. The peace of mind of being able to start a wash when I go to sleep and wake up to dry clean clothes is amazing. I would definitly buy another one. With it being ventless, it opens up a lot of areas you can put it in your house.

This is the worst washer and dryer I have ever owned. You have to manually drain water from it once a month and they do not make it easy. I have to lay on the floor with a bowl small enough for the short tube to fit into. The machine will not run if you don’t do this. Another horror is something that has always been simple. Emptying the lint trap. It’s a jigsaw puzzle to put back together and is extremely frustrating. Clothing comes out wrinkled and for some reason pants more so than anything else. I really hate this machine!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this all-in-one unit—it’s been a great space-saving solution. It’s quiet, easy to install, and the smart features are a nice bonus. Washing performance is solid. Drying does take longer, especially with bulky items, but that’s expected with ventless systems. There’s definitely been a learning curve with the settings, but overall, I’m really happy with it.
