[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung has been our choice for many years. In my log home I needed a ventless dryer and when I saw the All In One was ventless as well as I could do my laundry with one appliance , I had to give it a try. As always with Samsung, I was beyond pleased. This unit is simply amazing ! All of our friends and family are mesmerized to watch it in action! The performance is beyond compare. We live on a farm and work clothes can be quite odorous along with stubborn stains. Our clothes come out smelling more fresh and clean than ever before ! Stains are gone ! There are so many cycles to choose from and I especially love the Tide Pod Cold setting ! I can operate this appliance from my smart phone and it even alerts me when the dry cycle is beginning and again when my laundry cycles are complete. I can set it to where the door automatically opens when finished! Add yet another wonderful feature, you have a reservoir for your detergent and softener, so you don't have to add it for each load. You can also set the amount dispensed. The lint screen is very simple to clean and the washer itself cleans the condenser after every wash load. The brushed finished is very appealing and the design is beautiful. Looks so nice in my laundry room. I just love this beyond words!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never had clothes smell this clean before. It’s got me thinking, did my old washer even clean my clothes? This machine is compatible with a regular outlet. You don’t need a 220 voltage outlet to plug it in. As long as you have a water hookup and a plug, you're ready to do laundry. The delivery people turned on the washer/dryer combo to be sure it worked. Well, I didn’t see what button they pushed to turn it on, so when I went to turn it on again I couldn’t find the on button. So I loaded the washer when they left and went to turn it on. The screen was blank. I looked on the owner’s manual; I called the hotline, I even chatted with the ai bot. Finally, the light hit it just the right way and I saw a little on/off button. I hit it and nothing happened for first two times, I hit a third time and this time it turned on. I felt like the sun came out after a month of rainy days. What I think is amazing about this machine is you can load up a lot of detergent and fabric softener into the bottom of the machine. It has 2 containers, one for each. The washer/dryer combo knows how much to take from each on each load of wash you do. So you load it up for the month and that’s it. You don’t touch it until the next month when you load it again. What a time saver. Another amazing feature on this machine is Wi-Fi connectivity. I can see where the load is at on my phone. I don’t have to keep running down the stairs into the basement to see where the load is during its cycle. Another amazing feature is you can actually turn on features like extra rinse, how much fabric softener to use, and how many spin cycles to use right from your phone. I absolutely love this machine. It is definitely a set it and forget it machine. You put the clothes in and come back in three hours and not only is it washed, but it is dry as well. This is a ventless dryer, making it safer than other dryers. Has a door on the side. You push to open the door, then pull out the lint box. Empty the lint and put it back in then Voila, turn on the machine again. My clothes smell so good after being ran through this washer/dryer combo. This machine has changed the way we do laundry in our house. I love this machine. I highly recommend this machine.

I have given this W/D several months to use and get to know its pros and cons. At this point, it's mostly cons. The only positive is the space-saving aspect. Everything else is terrible. It takes several hours to do one load of laundry, the lint trap is a pain to clean, and the emergency water drain is THE WORST DESIGN FLAW IN HISTORY. I just spent the last hour mopping up the flood that cleaning it resulted in. I sincerely regret this purchase.

I have had this machine since 04/22/24. It has been the absolute best washing experience ever!! Our machines are in the basement of an old house. During changes in temperature or rain, it can get a bit musty. This always would impact our wash and dry cycles as moisture creates bacteria, which creates stinky.. So far we've experienced weather in the high 80s, freezing Temps in the 30s, rain storms, etc and the clothing has been consistently fresh and clean. The fact that you don't have to transfer the load makes all the difference in the world. No sitting in between equals no risk of bacteria and smell. it also helps me out of not being stressed or on a timer to always beat the clock and put items to dry. It's been a breeze!!! avoiding extra back and forth up and down the stairs and also nor having to refill the detergents each time are also easing my physical issues tied to my autoimmune disease.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are absolutely loving our new Samsung washer and dryer combo. We have been able to save space in our small living quarters, by getting rid of our previous washer and dryer. The quick wash and dry settings are very helpful when you have toddlers who are potty training and make many messes throughout the day and to quickly wash and dry nap mats for school the next day. We are still learning the ins and outs and learning new features/settings daily on the beautiful touch screen display. Being able to wash and dry in the same unit is a game changer and has helped us manage our laundry with ease. The Smart Things app is great to receive notifications or check the status of the unit. The flex auto detergent dispenser saves time not having to fill for each washing cycle. The interior looks nice, I wish it were a bit larger as we are constantly washing bedding which takes up a ton of space. Overall, 5 stars to Samsung!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just installed and done a couple of loads. First impressions: 1. It is amazingly quiet 2. It seems to be amazingly configurable 3. It dries completely on Normal dry 4. It washes very well It is a heavy machine, I would know where you want the guys to set it before delivery. The plus is that it has not budged from the spot they set it in, and when it spins, even though it is on high speed, it is still barely noticeable. We started the first load and left, and when we came home it was completely dry and the door was automatically opened for us. We usually use dry detergent, and it came with an 'aqua pebble' that you put the detergent into and seems to work perfectly in putting that detergent into the clothes. On our second load we got to witness the drying, and I was surprised it tumbled so slowly, but the clothes came out perfect and dry, so apparently the AI knows what it is doing. We also played with sending orders to the washer through our phone and the smart things app, and then just pressing start on the machine, and it worked great for that as well. I did run a software upgrade as it was out of date and that updated the software in quick time. Overall we are quite pleased with the washer/dryer combo and look forward to all of the energy savings from it: 1. Front load, so less water than our previous top load 2. Heat pump dryer uses noticeable less energy when drying 3. No heated or cooled household air being blasted out the roof through the vent

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung AI Laundry Combo is amazing. It works perfectly. The ventless drying technology is much better than the one I had from another company. It dries perfectly. The lint filters are great too, preventing me from having to clean the drain filter every weekend like I used to have to do on the other brand I had. It’s stylish, nice looking, and it works perfectly every time. I almost gave up on the all in one combo units, but Samsung has done it right, and I am very happy with this one. I highly recommend buying this washer dryer combo!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the machine about a month ago and learned a new way to wash/dry. It is very convenient to put the clothes in and return with them being dry. Still have to get used to the long wash/dry period before starting another wash.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently acquired the Samsung Bespoke AI Laundry Combo All-in-One 5.3 cu. ft. Ultra Capacity Washer and Ventless Heat Pump Dryer, and it has truly transformed my laundry experience. The SmartThings App is a game-changer. Its intuitive interface allows for seamless control and monitoring of laundry cycles remotely. Setting preferences and monitoring progress has never been easier, thanks to this user-friendly app. The appliance's 5.3 cu. ft. ultra capacity is impressive. It easily accommodates bulky loads, reducing the need for multiple cycles. This not only saves time but also energy, making laundry days more efficient. Compared to my previous washer and dryer set, the total AI Combo cycle time is noticeably shorter. The integration of AI technology optimizes each cycle, resulting in faster yet thorough wash and dry cycles. The AI-driven features, Optiwash, and Optimal Dry, are remarkable additions. They analyze load types and adjust settings accordingly, ensuring optimal cleaning and drying performance with minimal effort on my part. The interior design is well-thought-out, with ample space and efficient layout. Loading and unloading laundry is a breeze, and the overall build quality exudes durability and longevity. However, we did encounter challenges with the weight of the machine during installation, as it weighs over 300 lbs. Moving it into the designated space required extra effort and precautions. Additionally, the installation process was relatively straightforward, but we encountered an issue with the bottom panel access for detergent and fabric softener loading. This critical aspect was not adequately covered in the instructions or the online manual, posing a minor inconvenience. Despite these setbacks, I must emphasize my overall satisfaction with the Samsung Bespoke AI Laundry Combo. It seamlessly blends cutting-edge technology with practicality, making laundry chores more manageable and even enjoyable. The machine's ability to learn and adapt to my washing habits, coupled with its proactive maintenance reminders, reflects Samsung's commitment to innovation and user-centric design. Furthermore, the space-saving design is a welcome addition to any laundry room, maximizing utility without compromising on performance. I particularly appreciate the automatic dispensing feature, which allows for precise control over detergent and fabric softener amounts, adding another layer of convenience to the laundry process.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this All-in-one washer. The space it saves by just being one unit and not needing a dryer vent really helped make my laundry closet feel bigger. The touchscreen is large and easy to use and read. This unit has a lot more settings than most would use or need, and I like that it gives you the option to simplify those choices in the app making only the cycles you need show. My favorite cycle currently is the Ai OptiWash and dry. I love that it will sense the loads weight and how dirty it is through a sensor. I used the bubble soak option on the load and felt it really helped loosen up some stubborn stains I would otherwise have to pretreat. The flex dispenser and main detergent dispenser are great. Easy to clean and fill and I love that it will dispense automatically from them if selected to do so. I really thought I would have been able to put my wife's detergent in one and mine in another. I tried and it would not let me use the flex dispenser without the main one on and if I chose to make the flex "special detergent", it only let me use it on certain special cycles like delicate. This is an impressive feature if you have need for a special detergent to use for those cycles. Upon unboxing there was an update so maybe this functionality could be added to a future update. Otherwise, it works very well, and my clothes always come out clean and dry. The dryer really impressed me. I wasn't sure how well it would dry or how warm it would be as I have never had a unit like this before. Every load I have done it has dried my clothes nice and warm to the touch. When using the Ai OptiWash and dry mode total time is around 3.5 hours. I found it to be pretty accurate. The superspeed cycle had it done in about 1.5 hours total time. I love that this unit has made laundry day a thing of the past. I just load up the washer with dirty clothes, select my mode/settings, and hit start before leaving for work. With the connected app I can monitor the status of the load and it alerts me if it detects a problem. It did just that when I tried to wash a comforter that was too big for it. It was a down comforter, and it didn’t want to drain and offset the spin cycle. The washer stopped and alerted me to the condition to protect itself. This unit is great, and I love the features, versatility, and performance it provides on a daily basis makes me incredibly happy. Simply Awesome!
