The filter is easy to remove and clean, but the filters housing in the machine is very hard to clean properly. The combination washer/dryer operation takes longer than seperate units. The cleaning/drying operation is wonderful. I would like a practical way to access and clean the dryer filter housing/area within the machine.

With all the extra room I'm able to fit a sink right next door to hand wash certain stains. I love to touch screen interface and it reminds me of a simplified smartphone. The combo is easy to navigate and everything is automated.

I love that we no longer have to swap from machines, makes it so much easier for my kids. Being ventless makes life easier, no more vent to clean. The interface is a little complex for my younger kids, but with smart home I can set the cycle and they just press start, so that works out. The discharge strainer catches a lot. Having dogs that shed and two cats, I’m cleaning the strainer every two weeks. Overall, I am very happy with the purchase of this machine.

An absolute waste of my money.After about 8 months all my clothes started to smell like mold.nothing helped.we did everything by the book to upkeep it.The manufacturers rep came and told us that hose installation was wrong, It was not.we learned later that the machine is not taking the water completely out and over time it became full of mold, since it doesnt fully removes the water. By the time we realized its a problem- the warranty ran out .once you separate the cycle and do the wash only, then start the drying - there is a sound of large amounts of watter drained first.So if to use wash only- the leftover water just sits there and rods.HORRIBLE .that should never be the case.very hard to reach and bad to clean the condesator. And no special tools for it to be cleaned. at the highest setting of dry - still damp and if not taken out right away- the same horrible load of smelly clothes that need a full cycle of wash and dry again if not 2 just to make it smell decent...there is not enough of softener setting for the clothes to even make a difference in a scent. I regret being it. It applies molds that i have to wear, developed rash and skin inflammation. if i could put "-100 stars" i would.

You'd have to run a complete cycle and add additional time with the “timed dry” feature once the first cycle is completed. It takes about 5 hours for the clothes to be done. The amount of clothes you are able to wash at a time is small as well. It can fit a handful of clothing but the big bulkier items would have to wait to either wash by itself or wash in a smaller load. As this tends to leave some of the clothes really damp. Since it's an all in one it doesn't take up much space. This does allow you to put this in apartments, studios, college dorms. The look of the combo is sleek. It does give modern and allows you to see clearly on what you're selecting for your cycle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my combo for about a year and a half so far so good especially because I have it outdoors, I do have it protected and on the pedestal so that helped but I guess my issue is more towards the SmartThings app. Sometimes it'll disconnect or I thought I started the wash, but I guess the phone app didn't communicate with the washer. Even though I put start now, I have to stare at it until I know it's starting. But the AI caught on to my laundry and my clothes feel perfect. I do stop the dryer sometimes manually though. It'll add more time than what I feel is more than enough dry.
