[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first, I was not sure about the fact that it automatically knows the amount of detergent & softener, and that it is wrinkle-free. However, I was so surprised after using it once. Not only does it minimize detergent, it also says that it uses only 0.8 kW of electricity at just one time cycle eventhough small amount. Moreover, clothes come out completely and nicely without wrinkle. Since then, I have tried to introduce this Samsung product to co-workers and my daughter. I am so happy that I bought such a great product. Thank you, Samsung!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this few weeks ago. it's really nice as I don't have to take the clothes out and put them in dryer. really easy to set up. just put the whole bottle of detergent and the AI technology does it thing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this combo. It has simplified so much when it comes to laundry for me and i was a bit surprised when I received a notification on my Samsung tv that my laundry was finished. Being a single father it has made that part of my life effortless.

It’s probably the most common setup. In Europe, having a single unit it very common but this was still a big change for me. I had a Samsung HE washer and a dryer I got passed down from my parents. Both were super old. A few thing for you when you plan to buy this. This is larger than a a typical HE washer. It is a few inches taller and a few inches deeper than what I had before. For me it just barely fits where I need it to go. Also, the door only opens from the right to left. You can not change it. You need standard hoses for hot and cold water and a hose for the water from the washer. There really is no exhaust for the heat or humidity from the drying clothes. Setup: I found some YouTube Videos on how to set this up. There is an extended use detergent and fabric softener holder in the very bottom of the machine. Supposedly you can scan the bar code and that will tell the machine what you are using. It didn't work. You can have a REALLY long cycle (extra dirty clothes, soak, and super dry) and it may take 5 hours. You probably don't need to use all of that. I found just a regular wash cycle and medium dry took about 2 hours. This was about what just a wash cycle took on my old washer. The is a clothes/wrinkle saver that keeps the clothes turning for a couple hours to lessen the wrinkles. there is a light inside so you don't forget clothes! This is super quiet! I added a video so you can tell how quiet. You can probably run this overnight.

I bought this about 3 weeks ago and it’s simplified my life!! I work at home virtually so it’s easy for me to throw in a load of clothes and they are washed and dried on my breaks! I have gone from doing laundry all day to a small load every day or every other day! NO MORE WEEKEND LAUNDRY DAYS!!! Totally frees up my weekend tired to a washer and dryer! No more forgetting about a load in the washer either and having to rewash!!! It’s all done in one shot. I don’t have any issues with times as I know some loads will take longer depending on the need of that load. I’ve heard negative things to that manner but it’s all in how you set it!! 🥰 PLUS I have extra space in my laundry room with the dryer gone now!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I brought the unit a month ago as part of our kitchen remodel. The single unit gives us a lot more room in our laundry room to add a closet. The unit works great. My family is getting used to washing more often by putting clothes in in the morning or evening and having them ready later in the day or the next morning. It ultra quiet and it's nice not having a dryer sending your cold conditioned air out the house.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wanted more space in the closet where I had a washer and dryer. After 4 months now with the combo, no complaints. It does take longer for a cycle but this is outweighed by the convenience of not moving clothes from washer to dryer. Clothes are completely dry when door automatically pops open at end of cycle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Product cleans and dries well. The detergent and fabric softener dispensers are convenient and cost-saving. The biggest drawback is that there are no visible manual control buttons. So far, I've only been able to perform a wash/dry cycle through the Smartthings app.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was skeptical to get an all-in-one combo, but oh how happy I am with this purchase. We picked the all-in-one to save space and to avoid re-doing gas connections. It is super convenient. On top of that, I love that I don't need to worry about forgetting to transfer clothes from washer to dryer. I get an app notification once everything is washed and dry. If you want to take a few pieces of clothing out of it before drying, you also get an app notification. Super convenient. I also love the soap and softener auto-dispenser, I was definitely over using those, now the machine takes only what is needed based on the load.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ever since we got installed and first load we have been so impressed with this Bespoke washer/dryer combo. Setting up was a breeze, connecting to wifi and updating was seamless. We live the tracking info showing usage and how much electricity used. Great feature is not having to fill soap and softener dispenser every wash. Machine is so quiet you really cannot hear it run. Notifications when done are great. Bonus points for running on 110v, and eliminating that nasting vent hose.
