Can’t handle large loads like the xl he washers. Full load takes 4 hours to wash and dry. The timer is not always correct on the dryer. Could say 15 minutes longer but in 5 minutes it shuts off and says it’s done.

This model is ventless which means it doesn't need a hose to vent the air during drying time which also makes it great since my machine is located in the hallway besides saving space it looks so great to have the combo of washing and drying without even having to move laundry from washer to dryer. With Ventless dryer, I don't need to worry about over drying my clothes, it does it gently and everything comes out nicely dry with no dampness. After the cycle is over, the door automatically opens too, which is a nice feature. The interface is easy and pretty dope. The washer is big enough to wash a huge blanket.

The capacity is more than enough for large loads for when you put off doing laundry for a week or more and great for compact spaces that don’t allow access for a 2 piece washer dryer unit. The interface is easy to use and responsive same when using the “SmartThings” app as well. Its automation is great for ensuring your load of laundry comes out dry and wrinkle free. Only complaint I do have is that there are times when the washer-dryer says it will only take “two and a half hours” but instead it takes four hours. However this is due to multiple factors such as ambient temperature of the room your machine is in as well as the wetness sensor in the product but I’d rather my laundry take longer than it says if it means that when it is done I can be guaranteed that it meets my expectations of cleanliness and dryness and this is due to its ergonomic design.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the machine since October purchased since our other pair were getting old and wearing out and due to the fact that whoever built the house put the washer hookup in the garage and the dryer hookup in the dining room. I appreciate the efficiency and convenience however the only downside is the time it takes per load and the fact that they don't come out completely dry. It's over all so far a nice machine and I do like the features that comes with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung bespoke ventless washer dryer is great at first and we really enjoyed it and did an absolute ton of laundry It's a huge time saver to just be able to put the wash in and then have it run through the drying cycle and pop the door open so it makes it much more efficient to do a lot of laundry quickly The challenges we've had with the unit overtime is that It starts to clog up a bit with softener and detergent and the drying cycle doesn't work as well in our case it's gotten progressively worse, ironically just outside of warranty So that now we're struggling to get the unit to functionally dry and it's just over a year old From a capacity standpoint it's been great and we've been able to put lots of laundry into it we've had no issues with the connectivity to the network or being able to monitor remotely the interface itself has been fine for us And in general we really like the way the unit looks and works

After pretty heavy use, we've had 0 issues with it so far. The water and electricity efficiency is beyond anything I'm used to with washers and dryers. I was concerned that it wouldn't be large enough for us, but the capacity is surprisingly large! The touch screen interface is super easy to navigate and the ability to connect it to the smart things app has made scheduling laundry super easy!
