I love the AI and wifi connection to my phone so I can have full control over my laundry while being away from home. The detergent/softener cartridges save me so much time since I don't have to dispense them every wash, but only refill once a while. I appreciate the fact that I don't have to wait for my washer to be done, then transfer to the dryer. Everything is done with a single "start " button. Clothes came out fresh, clean and so soft. Energy efficient, no air vent needed, 110V which saves me so much money! This is a major upgrade and we are loving it at our house.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently moved into a townhome and was in the market for a new Washer and Dryer. This would be my 3rd appliance in 25 years. My recent one was a Washer and Dryer pair from Samsung with great performance that I knew my next one will be from the same brand. I was curious to get my hands on an all-in-one washer and dryer combo and try out the cutting-edge technology the Bespoke All-in-One AI Laundry Combo had to offer. Now that I have used this washer for couple of weeks, for me personally the game changer is the "back saving" seamless transition from washing to drying without transferring the load - just load it, shut it and forget it! This space-saving washer is ideal for small homes and apartments as the compact design combines two appliances into one. A larger drum capacity ensures time and energy savings by allowing for larger and fewer loads. The AI Optiwash feature analyzes the laundry load and adjusts the wash cycle - no more guesswork on the wash cycles and settings to use. The heat-pump based dryer feature ensures energy savings and efficient drying - also no need for an external vent or worrying about lint removals between drying cycles. This appliance also integrates well with the Samsung SmartThings app allowing control of the washer & dryer functions remotely. Overall, this all-in-one washer is a great addition to the laundry room that provides convenience, efficiency and space-savings solution.

It so easy to set and forget and come back to clean and dry clothes. I can run it while at work or out of the house elsewhere without worrying about the vent since it is ventless. I don’t have to worry about forgetting to change it from washer to dryer and/or have to rewash when I do forget and get that mildew smell. It’s fantastic so far.

It washes and drys well, doesn’t take nearly as long as I thought it would and leaves my clothes smelling and feeling fresh. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because it consumes a ton of detergent. I find myself having to refill it often even if the low usage setting.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my Samsung Bespoke Laundry Combo!!! I was hesitant to purchase the combo after reading reviews of loads that were taking 5 or 6 hours, but my husband convinced me to get it anyway. I must say that the longest load time I have had since getting the combo three weeks ago was about 4 1/2 hours but it was a large load of blankets. The average time for washing and drying for me has been about 2 to 3 hours which is not bad considering it is both washing and drying. I appreciate the design aspect of the combo as well; it is very sleek and having only one machine created space in my laundry area for me to put up shelving. Considering my initial hesitancy to make this purchase, I am extremely pleased with my Bespoke combo and have been telling everyone I know that they need to get one!!

Bought my Washer/Dryer about 3 weeks ago and it has been a real game changer! Everything about is extremely practical, size, convenience and the ease of use. Phone application is user friendly and alerts help you keep in check for when everything is ready and even monitoring the levels of your detergent and softener.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My previous washer and dryer were both Samsung. They came with the house. I was in the market for a Heat Pump Dryer and was planning on replacing my washer also. I initial was going to get A Bespoke Washer and a Bespoke Heat pump Dryer. I received an email that Samsung was releasing a Bespoke AI Laundry Combo. I was very interested. I pre-ordered the Combo for $100 off. This product is amazing. Energy usage is beyond what I expected. My closthes come out cleaner and drier than they ever have, I couldn't be more pleased. I wish it had its own laundry pedestal though.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a proud owner of the Samsung Bespoke All-in-One AI Laundry Combo, I can confidently say that this appliance has revolutionized my laundry routine. Gone are my days of running up and down stairs, taking out clothes from one machine to load to another, trying to figure out how much detergent to put in and what would be the best wash cycle. The Samsung All-in-One AI Laundry Combo does it all. I am going to go over some features on what makes this laundry machine probably one of the best washing machines that I have used. No More Load Transfers: Bid farewell to the tedious task of transferring wet clothes from the washer to the dryer. This combo does it all in one go. No more juggling loads or wasting time—just seamless efficiency. AI OptiWash & Dry: The intelligence behind this machine is awe-inspiring. It detects fabric types and soil levels, adjusting settings for the perfect wash and dry. It’s like having a laundry guru right in your home. Easy Installation: No need for complex setups. Plug it into a standard 120V outlet, and you’re good to go. No dryer vent exhaust system required. Auto Open Door: When the drying cycle ends, the Auto Open Door swings open, leaving your clothes fresh and ready. No more damp surprises. Large Auto Detergent Dispenser: No more measuring how much detergent you need to get your clothes clean. The Samsung Bespoke All-in-One AI Laundry Combo has dual detergent compartments for automatic dispensing based on the laundry being washed. Overall, this is just an amazing piece of equipment that will make your life simpler. Whether you’re a busy professional, a parent, or just someone who appreciates innovation, this combo deserves a spot in your home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Samsung Bespoke AI Combo for a few weeks, and it’s a game-changer for saving space and effort. The all-in-one design means no transferring laundry, and it handles large loads with ease. Dry times are longer than traditional dryers, but the energy efficiency and convenience make up for it. Great for apartment living
