[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a fan of Samsung. I've bought Bespoke Refrigde and love it. I've bought several Samsung phones. I'm using the Samsung Fold 5 right now and love it, too. Thus, two months ago I bought this Washer/Dryer Combo and was very excited to have it but it did not work as I expected. Got error code the first time using it: "The washer isn't draining propertly. Clean the drain filter...". Requested a return. I'm so disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had for several months now and I only have two issues with. It take forever to wash and dry comforters. So we just dedicate a day to these items. Next they refill process of detergent could use a little work. Otherwise it has been very nice. No longer having clothes smell due to forgetting in wash requiring a rewash.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first review ever. Pros and cons of the Bespoke AI laundry combo: Pros: 1. From wash to dry in one setup. 2. No need for airvent for dryer. Which means it can be placed anywhere in the house with water and drain. 3. Big auto dispenser for liquiddetergent. Need to fill may be once a month only. 4. Care cycles shows up when needed. No need to remember when to run vlean cycles. 5. Much less space compare to separate washer and dryer. 6. Very quiet operation even at high spinning spoed. I like it enough to buytwo, one for my main house and one for my ADU.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought our Bespoke All in one about a month ago. Our washer broke and we hadn’t bought new appliances in many years. Our current dryer vent is in a terrible location onto our screened in porch, so we had been researching heat pump equipped/ventless dryers. I had looked at other All in one models last year but there was not much selection. This year there were more options, and we chose the Samsung because of the integration with SmartThings and our other appliances. Smart things provides us alerts about the wash progress on our other devices and lets us control and send settings from our phone to the all in one. We have been using our supply of laundry pods but look forward to using the large detergent and softener reservoirs soon, once we use up our pods. The lint trap does need to be cleaned between every cycle and takes a little bit of extra effort to clean, because it has several layers and you need to remove it from a frame and remove a panel to reach all of the surfaces. We keep a small vacuum nearby to make cleaning more efficient. So far we really enjoy our all in one and find that our clothes get very dry and that the process is relatively quick. It is very nice to put in a load at night or before work and wake up or come home to fully clean and dry clothes. We are also very happy that our screened in porch is no longer covered in dryer lint! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago . I do love the machine . Large capacity . Quiet . Cleans well . The only issue I had was the Samsung installers didn’t install it properly so I had a small leak for a few weeks that damaged walls and household items .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I have had my Bespoke AI laundry Combo for over a month now. And I have to say how much I love this thing. It's quiet and makes living in a new york apartment life so much easier! Was easy for my husband to Intall and fit perfectly inside the closet! All the settings available and if your unsure being able to hit AI setting makes my life with kids that much easier. No more hours at the laundry mat. I just set it and forget it, and having it hooked up to my phone and being able to control it is everything I need and more. Well worth every penny!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a perfectly working washer/dryer that did a fine job but i had bad laundry habits that prevented me from using them effectively. Specifically - I always had so much laundry going on that often times forgot to get stuff out of the washer in time resulting in me having to rewash loads. On top of that I was using multiple detergent pods, an oxybooster, and a scent booster in my laundry cycle. It was wasteful and required more time/money to get through a load than it should have. This reason led me to be interested in an all in one unit. The desire to start a load of laundry and pull it out dry and ready to go when it was done with its cycle. This Samsung all-in-one unit has delivered that and so much more. - The single unit has freed up valuable space in my laundry room that i am now able to use for additional storage. - I no longer have mildewed clothes from sitting wet two long. The clothes get washed once, dried, and then ready to go. - I am saving a ton on soap and detergents. I am able to buy warehouse size detergent liquid, pour it into the dispensing system, and it will automatically dispense the correct amount every time. On top of that - because it has a fabric softener dispenser too, I have started using fabric softener as well and it leaves my clothes smelling so good and soft. - - The best part is - with 3 kids, when they come up at night and say "I need this to wear tomorrow" and its dirty - its no longer an issue. I dont have to stay up late washing and swapping loads. I throw it all in, start a load, go to sleep, and the clothes are ready in the morning. It feels like magic. The unit is very modern and high tech. It has a huge touchscreen display that gives me a visual of settings and different cycles making it easy to pick, choose, and modify any as I desire. It also pops up notifications from my other Samsung devices on the Smartthings platform. If my food in the oven is done cooking but I'm doing laundry - a notification will pop up on the screen alerting me. Its all integrated and connected. With this unit being connected to the Smartthings, I can use the app to set up my cycles, monitor their progress, and get alerted when the cycle completes. My favorite feature is the AI cycle though. It auto detects everything, simplifies and optimizes the settings making it super easy to start a load. All in all i am super happy and excited with this unit and the simplicity it has brought to my laundry game.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had this about 3 weeks. Love it! I can delay the start so I save electricity by doing laundry at off peak hours. The clothes come out clean and dry! Save’s space in my laundry room. Love the features such as dispenser for soap and softener. Don’t have to fill very often

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased our Samsung Combo over two months ago and appreciate the convenience of setting it and forgetting it and coming back to fresh laundry. Along with the SmartThings App it takes the worry out of wrinkled clothes with the notification that the cycle is complete. Clothes come out clean, fresh and dry every time!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am blown away at this washer/dryer combo. Obsessed and excited to do laundry. This washes your clothes then automatically switches to dry mode. I love that I can follow along through an app to see the progress and how much time left. This is a game changer for me. Considering that I used to constantly have to go downstairs to see if the washer was done. Now I just checked the app. You can play Spotify music thrill this machine.Check the weather, use the internet, Have your pictures from your gallery, Use bixby and so much more. It's entertaining and my kids love to do their laundry now too. It saves on time even though combined to wash and dry your load seems like it takes much longer than separate machines but when it's done, it's completely dried too. I love the AI mode because it senses your laundry and washes and dries it from the sensor. I have already recommended this to family and friends. I've only had it for a few days and so far. Have done 6 loads of laundry and they all came out perfect. This is everything I've been waiting for. The app is so easy to use and follow along. You can pause the load through your app as well.
