[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s very convenient not to move the washed laundry to the dryer. Also, it opens the door itself when it’s done. It takes half amount of area compared to the washer and dryer purchase separately. However, it takes little long time for the big laundry such as bed sheets. To completely dry it out, it takes over 3 hours and the price was pretty expensive, too. Overall I’m satisfied.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I were planning on buying a stackable washer and dryer at some point in the future and installing it in our first-floor bathroom. We opted to get the Bespoke combo unit and it was super easy to install in that spot. The way you can go from wash to dry without transferring loads is a great convenience for us. Set it and go! It offers a very large capacity of 5.3 c.f. I had never heard of Ventless dryers before, but was familiar with heat pump technology, so I was all in on that idea. The energy rating on this machine is great. You only need a 120-volt outlet and it is Energy Star rated. The smart app from Samsung is easy to use and intuitive. A side benefit is that it looks modern, clean and is a space saver as well. 20 year Warranty on the Inverter motor is a bonus.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced a traditional agitator top load washer and a heat pump dryer with this unit. So far, we are pleased! It is wider than the other appliances, but also allowed us to move our deep freeze into the laundry room. It holds a full hamper full of clothes. I love that I just load it up with my preferred laundry detergent and it can auto-detect to use based on the load. At the end of the cycle, a summary of the wash is provided if you choose AI to let you know what took place.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using my bespoke washer/dryer for the past couple of months. It has exceeded y expectations. We have a tight closet where previously we could only fit a mini washer dryer tower. Could never wash any big loads. Now, no problem. Love the app and the notifications. So far, it’s been a great machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was initially hesitant to try this machine. I wasn't sure an appliance built to do the tasks of two separate appliances, a stand-alone washer, and a stand-alone dryer, could accomplish the tasks it was built for. I am a cancer patient and live in a two-story home. Unfortunately, my existing washer and dryer are downstairs and quite a distance from my master bedroom. I have been wanting to have a unit upstairs so I didn't have to do all that walking, especially on those days when I'm feeling really sick...dirty laundry waits for no one! The Samsung Bespoke All-in-One AI Laundry Combo 5.3 cu. Ft. Ultra Capacity Washer with Super Speed and Ventless Heat Pump Dryer in Dark Steel is a great appliance. Samsung didn't skimp when it comes to features. I really like the AI features which include both AI Optimal Dry and AI Optiwash. AI Optiwash detects the weight of your load and also the soil level. If it senses your clothes are really dirty, the machine will add some additional detergent to get your clothes cleaner. Adding more soap isn't the only thing you'll need though as the machine will also extend the cycle time to ensure your clothes get as clean as possible. AI Optimal Dry automatically selects the temperature and cycle after it senses how wet your load is. Using these two AI features does take longer than a normal cycle but I like the fact that I didn't have to do much thinking when it came to starting a load of clothes. The built-in LED screen is nice and bright and I really liked the option to pick my own avatar to walk me through the initial tutorial after I turned the machine on. One option that I really like is the fact that there is a light when you open the door. I highly recommend the WD53DBA900HZA for those of you who have a small space to put a washer and dryer. In the past, the only option was to get stackable units. With the Samsung Bespoke All-in-One AI Laundry Combo, you can maximize the space above the machine for storage instead of having that second unit on top.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is INCREDIBLE. Very efficient, ties in well to the SmartThings ecosystem, and is very good at giving a great clean. I was hesitant because I had seen issues with heat pump dryers leaving clothes damp, but there are no issues with this one! My clothes come out fresh each time! The 120v plug is a game changer, as is the no venting requirement. It is perfect for a retrofit from gas to electric without needing to run a 240v circuit. If I had to pick out any negatives for the product I would say the time it takes to do a load on AI efficiency mode might be an issue if there were a bunch of kids in our family, but I don't think that should be a showstopper for anyone. The only other complaint is the lint that likes to collect in the rubber seal on the door. A little bit of a pain to clean, but my suggestion to fix that is use a sock that is turned inside out to wipe it down.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It takes a bit to earn the machine the guys that set it up were quick and efficient. I’m switching from pods to liquid due to the fact I can use the auto dispenser! Makes it so much easier. The app is simple to use. Basically it’s a plug and play app. Samsung makes the app simple to use and easy to understand. It notifies you when it’s done and pauses mid-cycle gives you 10 min to stop/switch clothes for drying. Biggest learning curve is changing your laundry routine to washing & drying all at one time. I’ve learned to wash my non-dry items together. That way I don’t have to stop it at all. Also, by utilizing the AI it will help with simplify the laundry process for you. It tells you which methods you use the most often and you can set it up. Instead of 6 hours with my previous Samsung Smart Washer/dryer Set it’s now under 4 hours. Love the filter! It lets you know when it needs to be cleaned out. On top of that, it comes out easily in little squares, not a huge clumping mess, even the dog hair. Virtually no hair is left in the seam of the door like there has been with other machines. Once in a while with this machine I may pick a small piece out. But, it’s with a large bedding piece or dog bed so it makes sense. The tub is large enough to put a full California King comforter and sheet set inside and clean it altogether. It will actually come out clean and completely dry in this machine, When I am able to afford to add another water line, I want a second set!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Perfect machine for small spaces. You can control it from your phone and You don’t have to worry about adding detergent every load because it has a big tank that holds the softener and Detergent. Elegant, modern and smart. It leaves my clothes, smelling great.
