I feel cheated! I read reviews and did research. I have had the machine in my home for less than 30 days and it has already been a nightmare. it has given two error codes about the heat exchanger and then last night it flooded my entire laundry room. I have never experienced such a poor result from a supposed premium machine. I requested a refund and/or exchange to a normal non all in one. Samsung told me no and that there was nothing that they can do. Of course I scheduled the repair but this is very alarming already!! I feel cheated.

It holds large loads of laundry though I find small to medium seems to run better. It is super easy to work and use and the system is dummy proof. It takes up very little space leaving lots of room in the laundry room no matter the space you have. The only downfall I will say is the lint compartment. Lint can get stuck in the back left corner and there’s no way to get it out even with the vacuum sometimes it’s just stuck back there.

This machine promises the future but delivers a headache. For a "premium" appliance, the performance is shockingly poor. ​Dryer is Useless: Because it's ventless, it takes forever. A single load of towels takes nearly five hours, and even then, they come out feeling "steamy" and damp rather than dry. ​The "AI" is Not Smart: The AI OptiWash feature constantly miscalculates the load weight. It either uses too little water or adds hours to the cycle for no reason. ​Maintenance Nightmare: The lint filter system is poorly designed. Wet lint gets trapped in crevices that are impossible to reach, which will definitely lead to mold or drainage issues down the road. ​Vibration & Noise: During the spin cycle, the whole house shakes. It sounds like a jet engine taking off in the laundry room. ​Bottom Line: It's a beautiful-looking machine that fails at its two basic jobs: washing and drying. It's way too expensive for something that makes laundry day take twice as long. Don't buy Samsung product

When using the AI The time it takes to wash your clothes is extended But with the knowledge that I am saving energy in helping the environment makes it worth it
