[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The process of getting the machine to work efficiently again was easy. Apparently these machines are very sensitive to laundry weight distribution. Therefore, it is recommended that you do not use too light or too heavy a load and clothes start evenly distributed in the machine. Once you do that the start and stop problems go away! I have been using the machine since this was explained to me and the compactness is interfacing with the start process with no problems!

The filter is easy to remove and clean, but the filters housing in the machine is very hard to clean properly. The combination washer/dryer operation takes longer than seperate units. The cleaning/drying operation is wonderful. I would like a practical way to access and clean the dryer filter housing/area within the machine.

An absolute waste of my money.After about 8 months all my clothes started to smell like mold.nothing helped.we did everything by the book to upkeep it. Samsung came and told us that hose installation was wrong, It was not.we learned down the road that the machine is not taking the water completely out and it takes time to become full of mold, since it doesnt happen overnight. By the time we realized its a problem- the warranty ran out .once you separate the cycle and do the wash only, then start the drying - there is a sound of large amounts of watter that is drained first.So if to use wash only- the water just sits there and rods.HORRIBLE .that should never be the case.very hard to reach and bad to clean the condesator. And no special tools for it to be cleaned. On many occasions at the highest setting of dry - still damp and if not taken out right away- the same horrible load of smelly clothes that need a full cycle of wash and dry again if not 2 just to make it smell decent...there is not enough of softener setting for the clothes to even make a difference in a scent. An absolute trash of a machine. It seems like all it can do is grow and imply molds that you get to wear on yourself to develop rash if i voyld put -100 stars i would

And I love that it tells me it's completed sometimes scares me hearing a random voice talking in my house but absolutely love it.

Only downside even on the fast cycle you're still looking for about 6 hours per load . But over all it's nice has a bunch of features like a bedding option that actually works and dries the bedding completely .

This is by far the worst Samsung product, less than 6 months and the motor went out, the door would not open even after trouble shooting, clothes are stuck in the machine. The Samsung service tech could not get the door open. Buyer beware, do not buy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using the Samsung Bespoke AI All-in-One Ventless Combo for a while now, and honestly, I'm impressed overall. The biggest game changer is being able to throw clothes in and come back later to everything fully washed and dried without transferring loads. That alone has made laundry feel way less annoying. The machine is surprisingly quiet, looks really modern, and handles larger loads better than I expected for a combo unit. The AI features and auto detergent dispensing are actually useful instead of gimmicky. Clothes come out clean, soft, and dry most of the time. That said, it's not perfect. Drying cycles can take longer compared to a traditional dryer, especially with towels or bulky items. You also have to stay on top of cleaning the lint filter and maintenance areas or performance starts to drop. It definitely requires more upkeep than a regular washer and dryer setup. Overall though, for saving space and convenience, I think it's worth it. If you hate switching laundry between machines or live in a condo/apartment, this combo makes life a lot easier.
