[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung all in one ventless bespoke washer-dryer is a great product. The capacity is more than enough for large loads for when you put off doing laundry for a week or more and great for compact spaces that don’t allow access for a 2 piece washer dryer unit. The interface is easy to use and responsive same when using the “SmartThings” app as well. Its automation is great for ensuring your load of laundry comes out dry and wrinkle free. Only complaint I do have is that there are times when the washer-dryer says it will only take “two and a half hours” but instead it takes four hours. However this is due to multiple factors such as ambient temperature of the room your machine is in as well as the wetness sensor in the product but I’d rather my laundry take longer than it says if it means that when it is done I can be guaranteed that it meets my expectations of cleanliness and dryness and this is due to its ergonomic design.

I feel cheated! I read reviews and did research. I have had the machine in my home for less than 30 days and it has already been a nightmare. it has given two error codes about the heat exchanger and then last night it flooded my entire laundry room. I have never experienced such a poor result from a supposed premium machine. I requested a refund and/or exchange to a normal non all in one. Samsung told me no and that there was nothing that they can do. Of course I scheduled the repair but this is very alarming already!! I feel cheated.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this machine never have to worry about clothes getting stank because I didn't switch it over to dryer is a life saver. Do take some time but is worth it I also save on laundry soap with it because I'm not over pouring anymore it put just enough and you can smell it. It's easy to start the loads not hard my teens and 6 year old can use it . Love that it also connects to my phone so I can see when it's ready and how much time is left on a load as well. The look is clean also not too much. I have a family of 12 going on 14 this machine saves me time and can wash a good bit of clothes at once. AI settings is good to it remember what you select and will put that setting again as an option so no having to click around and pick thru again. Can't complain it's good. Only one thing I don't like and I would say after 3 months I notice some lent build up inside I can't reach I empty after each load just hope it's not a issue later on besides that it's great I love my washer and it has been a great purchase for my apartment I have it hooked up next to my sink and it don't take up too much space my landlord doesn't even know I have a washer he thinks it's a dryer .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Extra large 5.3 capacity washer/dryer commonly Combo allows for super efficiency because I can just wash and dry without transferring and I save a lot of space for it is a very compact design. With all the extra room I'm able to fit a sink right next door to hand wash certain stains. I love to touch screen interface and it reminds me of a simplified smartphone. The combo is easy to navigate and everything is automated.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The feature of all in one wash and dry was the main reason we bought this washer, and we are very satisfied The features are very nice...automatic detergent dispenser. Having the smart things feature is great for the time and when each cycle is complete. We got the pedestal and would highly recommend getting it because the washer sits very low and having it puts it right at the size for me and I am just over 5 feet tall . The drawer on the pedestal is very convenient to have for storage. Capacity is very nice can fit a large load however it takes twice as long to dry. Touch screen is very convenient and fairly easy to use.

Honestly, it saves a lot of time because I don't have to move clothes from the washer to the dryer. I simply load the clothes, and when the cycle is done, everything comes out clean and dry, ready to put away. I've also noticed that it optimizes detergent really well, so I end up using much less soap. As far as energy usage, my electric bill hasn't really been affected like I expected, especially compared to having a traditional 220V dryer. This all-in-one washer runs on 110V, and overall it has been an excellent purchase for me. I haven't had any issues with it so far.

Auto dispensers release the exact amount of detergent required at the right time. It is also incredibly convenient to load them up rather than adding detergent each time.

But talking about a fantastic machine. This is definitely a machine to have

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Most important feature for me is convenience, second is space savings of one machine over two separate machines without sacrificing capacity and I enjoy seeing the amount of power used per load. So far the only downside is cleaning the seals out for lint and hair.
