[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using the unit for a couple of months. I am still getting used to it. I used to have a huge washer and dryer so I would do laundry about 3 x a week and save because I am doing fewer loads. This takes smaller loads (or else the time needed really goes up). I do need to figure out how to be able to stop in between the cycles so I can remove microfibers--just hasn't been such an issue that I have taken the time to look into it. And, the automatic detergent injection makes my clothes smell nice longer. I don't know how the engineers did it but the clothes are less wrinkled if I don't get to the right away--I love that.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using the Bespoke AI Laundry Combo for a while now, and while it's a great product overall, it does take some getting used to. The unit's large size made finding a washer pan that would fit underneath challenging, which was a bit frustrating. Additionally, the drainage hose for the water filter is far too short, making it difficult to maintain properly. Initially, the lack of customization options was a downside, but the experience has definitely improved with recent updates. Once you get the hang of it, this washer/dryer combo is a solid choice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had this washer/dryer for a little over a month and I am very happy with it. I wish they would have included a special brush to clean the dryer vent because it is a necessity and I am having to rigg something up just to keep it maintenances as they instructed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My life has changed for the better since we got this new Samsung Bespoke All-in-One AI Laundry combo. It not only saves me time but also my sanity.  I was HORRIBLE about remembering to switch the laundry and this new washer/dryer has been a real game changer.  We have been using this wonderful machine for a couple of weeks now and it has done an excellent job of getting everything clean and dry with efficiency. I’m 5’3” and removing items a breeze unlike our previous top loading machine. Being a bit on the shorter side, I love that I don’t have to transfer each load to a dryer. You just add your clothes and set the wash and dry cycles you want. There are so many cycles to choose from and has AI technology. It connects to an app so you can keep track of the laundry and it notifies you when it is complete. There is also the option of setting it from the app to the machine and simply hit start on the machine. There are reservoirs for the laundry soap and fabric softener at the bottom of the machine that auto dispense, this saves time! We definitely made a great choice in switching out our old washer and dryer for this amazing Samsung Washer Dryer all in one combo!  I've included a picture showing our neighbors Samsung washer and dryer for size reference.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We decided to get this washer for the savings on electricity and convenience of one unit that washes and dries. The dry cycle runs with a heat-pump. The heat-pump will heat the laundry and remove moisture from the clothes. The clothes do not get as hot and the air is not vented outside. The air has the moisture removed and is sent back in to the dry cycle. The first load of laundry was so quiet I had to check that it was still running. The unit is quiet by this new style of combo washer/dryer and it has Vibration Reduction Technology built in. There are so many features, you can tailor every load of laundry. It would be difficult to go back to our old washer and dryer. I appreciate that the SmartThings app let's us know when each cycle is complete and I can make adjustments to the cycles when you are away from the machine or on the go. The capacity fits our family of three perfectly with room to spare. The combination washer/dryer completes laundry tasks faster than a standard washer and dryer pair of appliances. They is no transfer time between appliances. The single unit goes from a wash cycle to a dry cycle, no more forgetting to transfer the laundry. It even has an interior light like an oven, you do not need to stop the appliance to see what is happening.

By analyzing the weight, fabric type, and level of soiling, the machine automatically adjusts water temperature, detergent dosage, and drying time to ensure the best results every time. The Flex Auto Dispense function is incredibly convenient. It accurately dispenses the right amount of detergent, fabric softener, and bleach for each load, eliminating the guesswork and potential waste. Such a smart feature! Overall, the BESPOKE All-in-One AI Laundry Combo has exceeded my expectations in every way. One machine does both washing and drying! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This all in one washer/dryer is absolutely fantastic. It truly is the best laundry machine I have ever had. My clothes come out so incredibly clean, and it is very simple to use. I appreciate all of the different settings, including an AI feature that will choose settings based on the material of the items you put in the wash. It automatically dispenses detergent and softener, so you don’t overuse. I have this connected to the SmartThings app on my phone along with my other Samsung products, and I love how when the laundry is done I get a ping on both my phone and tv! Overall great product, highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the Bespoke AI laundry Combo All-in-One a few months ago and I love it. I absolutely recommend it to anyone who is frequently laundering items - I didn’t think it’d make much difference in terms of timing but it does! I am rolling through so much more laundry than before, it’s such a game changer! I love that I can monitor everything on my phone, schedule cycles, manage cycles, manipulate settings, etc. Also a huge fan of the detergent and softener hold tanks so I don’t have to worry about adding anything every cycle. Not having to change over clothes from the washer to the dryer is seriously wonderful. We will always be all-in-one customers now! So convenient, way efficient, and all-around a great investment. 5 star recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a full-time working single father of two, this unit has been an absolute game-changer. I often joke that it washes, dries—and even folds—my laundry! Jokes aside, I’m genuinely impressed with how powerful and efficient this system is, especially considering it’s ventless and runs on a standard 120v outlet. It handles everything with ease and even notifies me when it’s time for self-cleaning or when the detergent dispenser needs a refill. The built-in AI is a standout feature—it automatically senses the load and dispenses the right amount of detergent, which has consistently left my clothes smelling clean and feeling fresh. I haven’t tried other all-in-one washer-dryer units, but I can confidently say Samsung really nailed it with this one. It’s simplified my routine and made laundry one less thing to stress about.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The SmartThings App on my iPhone is a nice feature. Not only can I remotely access my Samsung Bespoke Washer/Dryer, but I've also seamlessly integrated it with other smart devices like Nest and Kasa Light Switches. The ability to program routines based on arrival or departure adds a level of convenience. Navigating through the app's settings is intuitive, and the energy usage breakdown for different cycle options is a valuable feature. The appliance's capacity comfortably handles all my laundry needs. While the total AI Combo cycle time is slightly longer compared to my previous set, the convenience of not having to transfer loads from washer to dryer outweighs any minor delays. Moreover, I've noticed a SIGNIFICANT improvement in energy efficiency, leading to minimal spikes in energy usage during laundry cycles (observed thru utility companies app on phone) The AI technology in the washing machine and dryer, such as AI OptiWash and AI Optimal Dry, promises an enhanced laundry experience. While I haven't fully utilized these features, the AI Cycle has proven effective in delivering clean and dry clothes consistently. For delicate items, manual settings are still preferred, but the AI options are a valuable addition for everyday use. The Flex Auto Dispense feature simplifies detergent dispensing, reminiscent of replacing a printer cartridge—convenient and mess-free. The interior design is sturdy and well-designed, although the quick water cycling typical of front load washers can lead to water hammer and related noises in the plumbing. Regular maintenance of the lint tray is necessary, even in a ventless system, to ensure optimal performance and avoid lint buildup. The installation process faced initial setbacks with a damaged unit, but the replacement arrived promptly and undamaged. The 400lb weight and dimensions (depth longer than the average appliance) of the unit required strategic placement, ultimately leading to a rearrangement of my laundry space. While this compromised some storage, the functionality and convenience of the washer/dryer setup outweighed the initial aesthetic concerns. This all-in one meets my expectations in terms of performance and energy efficiency, with the SmartThings integration adding a layer of convenience to my laundry routine. If you're considering this appliance, ensure you have adequate space and consider potential installation challenges based on your setup.
