[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer is awesome honestly it's just if you have a big family and you have lots of laundry it takes forever you never understand really how much that being able to wash and dry at the same time in different machines actually really helps you I do love all the features on it the fact that it steams sanitizes all that it just takes way too long I have seven people in my house and our laundry piles up I still have to go to the laundromat

The machine even alerts my smart watch when cycles are completed. Plus running on 120 volts saves money. Highly recommended.

Super Efficient, quiet, love the touch screen module. Is a great looking machine. The feature to fill up the soap and softener chambers and never have to manually add soap is so cool. It has so many features and different wash types. Do not be intimidated by the combined was/dry times. I like the super speed wash. Clothing is always dry before the actual cycle is complete. Buy it, you won’t regret it It is easy to download the app snd get connected from your phone. I didn’t buy the stand. It’s not necessary but to drain the machine and clean the filter on bottom you will be lying on your stomach without it. The unit holds alot of clothes. Great overall machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using the Ventless Combo for a number of months now and it's been a great addition to our laundry room. With Ventless dryer, I don't need to worry about over drying my clothes, it does it gently and everything comes out nicely dry with no dampness. After the cycle is over, the door automatically opens too, which is a nice feature. The interface is easy and pretty dope. The washer is big enough to wash a huge blanket.

This is by far the worst Samsung product, less than 6 months and the motor went out, the door would not open even after trouble shooting, clothes are stuck in the machine. The Samsung service tech could not get the door open. Buyer beware, do not buy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that it was all in one and ventless. The problem is the time it took to do a load of laundry. A wash dry cycle that was supposed to be about 2 hours would sense the load and re-evaluate the time which a normal size load could re- calculate to over 5 hours.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was one of the best purchase ever made. The efficiency is incredible, you see it on your bill using the AI mode. I was skeptic about "the AI cycle" but is the best of the best. Capacity is great, the installation was clean and easy. The HMI interface great like all Samsung UI.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The machine is beautiful and works as it should. Connectivity is awesome. The filter plugs up a little quick, but it is easy to clean out. The cycles are pretty long, but if it save water, I am fine with that. Over all, a fantastic machine.
