No more forgetting clothes in the washer and having to rewash before drying. We run 3-4 loads of laundry per week and it’s perfect for our lifestyle. Usually, we put a load in at night and it’s dry and ready to go in the morning. We have a cramped laundry room and we’re happy to get a little space back with this combo unit. I did have one little snafu because I left out one of the filter pieces (there are 3). The unit told us there was a problem with the filter and at first we couldn’t figure it out. Later we realized it was operator error in leaving a piece off after cleaning the filter. With all 3 pieces back in place we were up and running. We love this combo! We recently reached 15 washes and it tells you it’s time for cleaning. Included is a clip of the cleaning cycle.

So we just dedicate a day to these items. Next they refill process of detergent could use a little work. Otherwise it has been very nice. No longer having clothes smell due to forgetting in wash requiring a rewash.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought it in Nov 2024 and this is so dang cool. It somehow doesnt even need to hook up to the dryer vent, it is quiet, we just put the clothes in and the AI washing and drying takes care of the rest.

I love the AI and wifi connection to my phone so I can have full control over my laundry while being away from home. The detergent/softener cartridges save me so much time since I don't have to dispense them every wash, but only refill once a while. I appreciate the fact that I don't have to wait for my washer to be done, then transfer to the dryer. Everything is done with a single "start " button. Clothes came out fresh, clean and so soft. Energy efficient, no air vent needed, 110V which saves me so much money! This is a major upgrade and we are loving it at our house.

I love that I can follow along through an app to see the progress and how much time left. This is a game changer for me. Considering that I used to constantly have to go downstairs to see if the washer was done. Now I just checked the app. You can play Spotify music thrill this machine.Check the weather, use the internet, Have your pictures from your gallery, Use bixby and so much more. It's entertaining and my kids love to do their laundry now too. It saves on time even though combined to wash and dry your load seems like it takes much longer than separate machines but when it's done, it's completely dried too. I love the AI mode because it senses your laundry and washes and dries it from the sensor. I have already recommended this to family and friends. I've only had it for a few days and so far. Have done 6 loads of laundry and they all came out perfect. This is everything I've been waiting for. The app is so easy to use and follow along. You can pause the load through your app as well.

I'm using the Samsung Fold 5 right now and love it, too. Thus, two months ago I bought this Washer/Dryer Combo and was very excited to have it but it did not work as I expected. Got error code the first time using it: "The washer isn't draining propertly. Clean the drain filter...". Requested a return. I'm so disappointed.

It so easy to set and forget and come back to clean and dry clothes. I can run it while at work or out of the house elsewhere without worrying about the vent since it is ventless. I don’t have to worry about forgetting to change it from washer to dryer and/or have to rewash when I do forget and get that mildew smell. It’s fantastic so far.

No need for airvent for dryer. Which means it can be placed anywhere in the house with water and drain. 3. Big auto dispenser for liquiddetergent. Need to fill may be once a month only. 4. Care cycles shows up when needed. No need to remember when to run vlean cycles. 5. Much less space compare to separate washer and dryer. 6. Very quiet operation even at high spinning spoed. I like it enough to buytwo, one for my main house and one for my ADU.
