[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine is a GAME CHANGER! Our family of 5 has no issue starting laundry, however, keeping it moving to the dryer is another story. We often start the washing machine, walk away and return 12 hours later and need to rewash the laundry before we can dry it. No longer an issue! This machine dry's everything, including the inside of the machine. (No more front loader smelly washer issues.)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have the washer over month and it is been great, my energy usage wend down noticeably and the laundry comes out dry same as my 220v dryer. There is increase of time in the wash and drying but it is manageable. The only small draw back is cleaning the water filter on the bottom, you have to keep small pan for excessive weather that can spill out. Other then that the design of this combo seem very well thought out.

It even connects with my other Samsung appliances like a little smart community. Washes my clothes way more thoroughly than my dilapidated apartment thin twin. The smart wash option is what I use every time, it know what to do. Also having a large reservoir for softener and detergent is fantastic.

This has a lot of potential, but clearly not ready for main stream and feels like unpolished and rushed to get out their. The dry cycle takes a long time, this would be ok if cloths came out dry but some items like towels don't so we have to change the dry level to more, issue with it is their is no way to change the defaults in the cycles or create and save your own, for us would love to change towels to more fabric softener and more on dry level. Next it is extremely sensitive to water pressure, so if we have 2 showers going off at same time it errors out, this would not be a problem if it had delay option like the last to washers we had and like 90% of machines out their. Remote control is cool concept but again poorly executed, to do remote control you have to hit the remote control button on panel to start it and it resets after use, so at that point why would I remote control it if I already have to walk up and hit a button on it first? Thee storage capacity for detergent and sofner I is extremely small specially compared to other brands all in one machine, still nice to just fill and forget but should be a larger tanks for it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased July 1, still haven’t figured it out. The time to both wash and dry is generally 3 hours. I don’t need the weather on my washer. It takes forever to feel my touch on the power button. Too heavy for me to move or even scoot back.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy with this machine compared to the more expensive LG signature washer/dryer I had. This machine actually drys the clothes well and is much quieter washing and drying. The drum size is larger and adequate for my family of three. I only wish they had a tool to help better clean out the lint trap after every dry cycle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this unit to put on in the first level because it was getting too difficult to go down to the basement. We had to find a place to put this unit and decided to put it in the kitchen since the plumbing was easier. Ideally we probably would have preferred to put it in the bathroom but it would have been too costly to do because the bathroom is in an addition. I will say that I was not prepared at how large the unit is and how much room it takes in the kitchen. With that said, we have enjoyed having it. It is quieter than our dishwasher. I would probably prefer that there be a laundry detergent dispenser on the top than on the bottom. Getting a stand would help but then the unit would be too big for our use. Though it can take some time, usually about 2 and a half hours for the whole thing to get done, the clothes come out dry, which was our concern. We just have to schedule things better. Also, we used to use dryer sheets and if we want to do that now, we have to remember to pause the dry cycle and then add one in there.

I like the idea of accommodating Washer/Dryer into one as it saves plenty of my time to move the clothes from one appliance to another (if I forget to move then it adds more time). the UI on its screen is little slow. would love to see some upgrades to faster the UI navigation, but overall very good product
