I bought this to take advantage of the more energy-efficient heat pump drying. I ran a load of regular clothes and it came out warm and dry. Then I tested it with a comforter that took 1 hour at full heat on a regular dryer to dry. It takes longer with the heat pump - but it still comes out just as dry.

My only issue is, sometimes when it’s a load that has jeans or sweatshirt, you have to dry them longer but no big deal. I usually just add more drying time to the cycle. I’m extremely satisfied with the unit.

After having a stackable, which the washer didn’t last I was skeptical about getting this but… my goodness I love this thing!!! A few surprises too on the touchscreen. Great space saver and clothes are always super dry. Wow!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] No filling soap and softeners every load. Just fill the dispensers and machine let's u know when it is low. No waiting for washer to quit and going back to put clothes in dryer. Just put clothes in, push button and the door pops open when dry. It is too bad it doesn't fold the clothes though

Doing my second load after being convinced by my husband it would make life easier not harder… as usual I was right. I out a blanket in a 7 am this morning and it is 10 am now . Still has 5 hours of drying time. I guess this is my life now one loud of laundry a day. Stupidest decision I’ve ever let him make.

I love that I can throw in a load of dirty laundry and it comes out washed and dried. You have the options to only wash, only dry, and several cycle types to choose from. I dont regret a thing!

This is such a difficult machine to use. I have to go to the laundry mat to wash clothes because I can not get this washer to start. There is no manual explaining anything. I have had several issues with it since it was purchased

We bought the Bespoke in April of last year and it is not working properly now. The dryer door is locked and won’t release. My clothes are stuck in it. There is an error code of 9c9 and there is no such code in the trouble shooting guide in the manual. I can’t get any of the settings to show up. I bought is because it had the the most cubic feet plus a shorter cycle time. Well, it doesn’t unless you do small load. Now I have to wait a week for a service repair man.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent system, connected to wifi and updated SW. All pretty simple. Does a great job, the integrated network notifications are great. The install was simple, quick and gave me alot more space than i had before. I like that its quiet and does the job without much interaction. Haven't figured out all the settings yet, but will be soon.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased last month and worth it. Great to be able to do laundry without having to keep checking to see if washer and dryer are completed. Great that once the wash is completed it rolls to dryer. And having it connected to Samsung Smartthings is great since it will pop up the alert on my phone and tv.
