It simply works and with large capacity
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was bought a few weeks back - key observations - the washing capacity is huge - I can almost use double the load - the dryer dries clothes really well - I like the detergent and softner tanks so that I load it only once a month - the most improtant - load the machine and night and clothes ready in morning - no need to transfer clothes - this is huge with larger family.
Great
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like: 1) No need to move clothes from washer to dryer, 2) built in detergent and softener dispenser, 3) saves electricity, 4) if unit is indoor, then unit does not create negative pressure in house (that causes outside air to get pulled in. 5) Big capacity. 6) compared to other heat pump dryers, this one dries clothes all the way Could be improved: time to wash and dry could be shorter.
Very sleek looking and convenient
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this a few weeks ago and use it daily. It is very convenient not having to transfer laundry from the washer to dryer. It does take slightly longer to do a complete load of laundry but the trade off is worth it. It looks very sleek and is very user friendly. It’s convenient being able to only add laundry detergent and fabric softener occasionally and not every load. I recommend this product
Everyone needs a Bespoke AI Laundry Combo unit!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received our replacement this week January 15th, 2025. We were able to continue using The Bespoke AI Laundry Combo while we received our replacement. Filling the cartridge makes doing laundry easy. Cleaning the lint after each wash is a little tedious, nonetheless a with Swifter Duster that has replacement pads makes it easy to clean. Keeping up with maintenance while using this unit will surely make this amazing laundry combo last for years to come. Updates will be posted after a year of use. January 15, 2026.
AIO Makes Laundry So Much Easier
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’d researched AIO units for a while, they each have their pros and cons but I’m glad I went with this one. I wanted an AIO to enable us to simplify the laundry process and save some space in the laundry room. I share an apartment with two grown sons, and it had been a challenge getting laundry done as they’d forget to move it, which backed up everyone. Now I can see whenever someone’s doing laundry, they can get an alert when it’s done, and I also get an alert so I know when I can use the machine. I’m also no longer tethered to the house waiting to move the laundry into a dryer, which makes it more flexible on when I can do laundry. It’s done a great job of cleaning and drying so far; nothing has been damp but it’s also not overly dry. The app has been working really well, especially since I have other Smart Things devices already- there are some features I’d like to see them add (like set a time to start, not just when you want it to end) but that’s the beauty of software; new features could probably be added based on user feedback. The delivery was fantastic as well. My only nitpicks so far are that it does stick out a few inches more than I’d like due to the way the hoses are attached (which shouldn’t be an issue for most people) and I wish the inner/onboard lint filter was easier to see to make sure nothing got past the normal lint filters. I do recommend if you get this to watch some videos to see how to clean the detergent filters and other maintenance tasks.
CAUTION
I bought this a month ago and it’s the worst purchase I’ve made in a long time. They say it has a super speed wash/dry 98 min cycle, I’d like to know how that’s done! I’ve not had a load take under 4 hrs. No matter what I choose it will default back to what it thinks it should be. So I thought I would start from the beginning. I reset to factory settings because putting in a custom setting was a waste of time as it did what it wanted anyway, pulled out a level and made sure the machine was completely balanced and ran the calibration to be sue the weight sensor wasn’t thrown off somehow. I even went so far as to load each piece of clothing one-by-one! Still nothing worked. If all that wasn’t enough they don’t make a pedestal for this unit. It sits sooo low that I have to stoop down (even at 5’2) to remove the laundry, I mean really!? I can’t return it and I can’t sell it because I would never get what I paid for it, I’m stuck. Hopefully Samsung will come up with a way to fix these issues via software updates or something.

Space and time saver- works great!
We are short on space and high on energy/water bills so this seemed like a good solution. I was hesitant to purchase because there are warnings online that 2-in-1 machines don’t fully dry clothes well, but after having this for almost 2 months, I can say we’re very happy with the drying. There was only one load that didn’t fully dry and it’s because some sleeves all got tangled up in each other. I loosened that and added a bit more time and they were fine. The main things I love about this machine are: 1. no transfer from washer to dryer 2. you can track progress on your phone and 3. Automatic detergent dispensing so you never have to measure out detergent. I will say normal cycles do take a couple hours to wash/dry and not the quick 98 minutes it advertises but smaller loads might be close to that time. The length of time hasn’t been a huge issue for us since you can start it and forget it until it’s dry and done. While I can’t speak on long term ownership yet, from what I’ve experienced so far, I definitely recommend this product even if you are not space limited like us! (p.s. installation did come with hoses unlike some things we read online)
Pretty good,
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the bespoke all in one 2 weeks ago. After multiple loads of laundry I would say the convenience is worth the price to me. If you have a large household with multiple loads a day, this might not be the best option for you. The drying does take quite a bit longer.
Amazing Washer and Dryer Combination
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I saw this washer dryer combination and decided to upgrade from our previous devices, and we have no regrets. Even though it may take a bit longer to go through an entire washing and drying cycle, it is worth not having to switch the laundry over anymore. Plus, have the built in storage for the Detergent and fabric softener is amazing! It also takes up less space so we have more space in the laundry area. I definitely recommend getting this device if you plan to upgrade.
Favorite Washer and Dryer
Purchased ~7 months from time of review, just noticed today that there are 2 loads left until we do the heat exchanger cleaning (every 180 loads) so we have done 178 loads to date. Has been the BEST washer dryer I've ever owned. Family of three. We have washed clothes, towels, ALL bedding (King sized comforter fits in this bad boy)... everything. No issues at all. Clothes are cleaner, fresher and so much easier to deal with. Does it take longer to dry? Sure. But I wager that is often times not a realized impact to our routine since it automatically goes from wash to dry on it's own. We love this thing and converted the dryer space that used to be occupied into a closet, effectively doubling our storage space. Obviously we shall see on longevity, but 178 loads later it works like it did on the first day. For reference I am 48 years old, this is my 6th washer and dryer owned so far (not including rental unit supplied systems).
