We live in the desert and if you forget to immediately move the freshly washed clothes to the dryer, they get the moldy smell. No longer a problem with this machine; and it saves a lot of electricity. Can't go wrong with this unit.

Owned for 10 months. Three software updates. I like the All-in-One. We had an issue with letting clothes sour in the washer. With the all-in-one, that's never happened. Cons - 1) You need to clean the filter regularly, like a Roomba. Based on on-line reviews, that's the key issue to it failing. 2) It is large. I wanted a European-style compact, mini. But, I've gotten used to it. Pros - 1) You can start from dirty to clean & dry, without additional steps. Unless you want to add dryer sheets/balls. 2) I love how well the softener is added & the cycle options. 3) I didn't care for the 1st software update, but I like the most recent one (April/May 2025). It adds some helpful display options. 4) The large detergent containers are nice. 5) I wash my blacks on delicate & I really like the specialty detergent receptacle. I am actually back on the site to see if I could get a 2nd one, but I guess that's not an option.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently received delivery of our Samsung Bespoke All-in-One AI Laundry Combo. First impression is the machine is larger and heavier than I anticipated, but because I do not need a separate washer and dryer unit it saves space overall. The only negative is if you need to move the machine for any reason, dropped item or to clean around it, you will need at least 2 people in order to do so. The set up was very easy with the Smart Things app. I love technology, especially when user friendly. The app allows you to completely control the washer/dryer and to keep an update on the progress of the wash/dry cycle which is really cool. I love all of the bells and whistles and the ability to customize your laundry cycle is much appreciated. We have only run one test load of laundry and for some reason it took around 5 hours for the wash and dry cycle. This may have been due to the AI energy saving feature, so I will have to run several more loads before judging the time needed for each load. The only other recommendation I would give is for Samsung to include the bottom base to increase the height of the door. My wife commented the door is very low so loading and unloading laundry can be hard on your back. Overall, the machine looks great, love the screen and options on the washer/dryer, as well as the Smart Things app. Weight of the item could be an issue if it needs to be moved, time to run a load may be an issue, and heigh of the door would benefit from a sturdy base/riser.

I waited 6 months before doing this review. This unit replace a 10-year-old stacking set, another brand. This combo unit is simply WOW. I can’t imagine any other unit better than this one. I did my research and decided to get it. No more changing laundry from washer to dryer. It does an EXCELLENT job with both washing and drying. I particularly like the detergent automatic dispense too. The controls and wash options could not be any easier. It is all done via the touch screen. The self-cleaning function is a breeze too. The unit lets you know when to do this. As far as some complaints I’ve read – READ THE INSTRUCTIONS. People see the huge drum and fill it; it is no wonder they are having drying issues. Every load we do comes out fresh and dry. Again, read the instructions. A dryer drum is always bigger than a washing machine drum, overloading is clearly the problem. Reason for larger dryer drum: Clothes expand when wet and require more space to dry properly. No vent and no 220v is also a huge plus. If your on the fence, just get it, you wont have any regrets.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not having to figure out what setting to use, or remember to change over to the dryer has been the best thing ever! There are a few downsides though. They changed the UI almost a week after getting it, and an update they did made it so that no matter what setting I pick (voice, sound, off) it always talks to me, which is really annoying. You also can’t truly customise the cycles. I can’t tell it to not ever use fabric softener on my underwear or towels, I have to turn it off every cycle that I don’t want it. If it was actually smart it should be automatically off for towels, sportswear, and underwear, since everybody knows that it affects the materials ability to wick away moisture. Other than that I love the machine. It’s quite, does the job right, and no more need for a dryer vent

We are a Samsung appliance family. Our top-load decided it was time to retire, and the bespoke was the right price at the right time. We have been very happy to add this new selection to our Samsung collection. It is heavy duty, does what we need it to do, and I am filled with joy that I can do other things without having to go change my laundry from wash to dry. This idea was brilliant. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have now used the AI Laundry Combo™ All-in-One Washer/Dryer for over a month and like it so far. One thing that is a definite change from your traditional washer/dryer setup is the time you need to allow to wash and dry you load (as opposed to being able to wash a second load of clothes while your first load is drying). The AI unit does have a lot of features that are nice like being able to load your detergent and softener in multi-load quantity, text notification of completion of cycle or any errors and it is very quiet when washing or drying.

I was a lot skeptical after reading many mixed reviews for all brands that offered a washer dryer combo machine, Samsung you nailed it with this one. My family could not be happier. The machine is easy to use; my 10 year old does his own laundry and preps for the next load by cleaning the lint trap. Laundry detergent and softener self dispensing makes life easy; amounts can be adjusted to your liking per load. Clothes come out clean, fresh and DRY. You choose your cycle; set and forget from wash to dry or set them to run independently. Machine is load with tech; AI, Alexa pairing, apps, web browser. I love jamming out to my Spotify Playlist. I don't miss a visitor, doorbell can chime through the machine.This machine is BOSS- 5 stars without a doubt. The only thing missing and I why only rated 4 stars is due to the lack of a pedestal, machine sits low. I was told that a pedestal was in the making, I hope it's available soon-I also understand perfection can't be rushed, this machine is very heavy.
