[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Iv've had this bespoke AI Washer/Dryer for about 2 months. I'm obsessed with it! Has been such a game changer. Very high quality and I love the latest software update that now includes Spotify and other cool apps to play around with while. Make sure you clean the lint filter after every use!

HighTech is really good but I am worried about my bills It says 98min but so far for a month of using it - its always more then 4hrs running cycle & there are times it was 7hrs. Also there is water leaking - not heavy at all but regularly leaking - reaching out to customer support to find out.

I throw a load on there and I forget about it until its done. No extra work transferring from machine to machine. Very sleek and doesn’t look out of place.

Bought this machine and had my plumber hook it up and the first time I tried to use it water poured out from under the bottom getting my new floors completely covered in water. Then they had someone come out on Wednesday to look at it and tell me it would be next Tuesday before he comes back to fix it while my clothes continue to pile up.

Not that I get excited about washer/dryers, but what we had needed to be replaced. I overheard a clerk at the home improvement store talking about the features to another customer and I was hooked. Smartphone connected, opens the door at the end of the cycle, auto detergent feed, micro bubbles to improve cleaning, and no vent! Planning to move it upstairs where all the laundry is so no more up and down stairs. I actually think the laundry is much cleaner now.

Efficient and no load transfer to dry. I was able to close off the dryer vent so there is less heat loss and no risk of lint fires. There is a likely a larger energy saving if I am using when my solar panels getting excess. I like the detergent reservoir. The lint filter to clean is a poor design.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Phenomenal performance (set it and forget it)! Easy access to all vital components that require servicing/cleaning... DOES require lengthy drying times, and could benefit from an ever-so-slightly longer drain hose behind the detergent reservoir, but thoes minor considerations are more than compensated by the fact that no venting is required, and the unit operates incredibly economically on a standard 120volt outlet! My cat sleeps on his gel-infused memory foam bed atop the unit, which lulls him to sleep with it's gentle undulations (safely out of reach from my inquisitive hounds)!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been using this combination washer/dryer for a couple of weeks now and it has done an excellent job of getting everything clean and dry with efficiency. It is much easier to remove items from it than from our previous top loading machine and I love that I don’t have to transfer each load to a dryer. The Samsung combo looks great, is very quiet, and a space saver. The touch screen is easy to use and has an option for washing any type of clothing/linens and soil level. The SmartThings app worked perfectly when selecting wash and dry cycles- nice for getting notified when a load is finished. Clothing and even a full load of towels came out soft and completely dry. There is front, convenient access to the lint filter. It is a little difficult to open the filter after removal but once opened, it is easy to clean. I am hoping that Samsung will have a stand available for it sometime soon. It is a fantastic machine.
