This is my 1st time buying a bidet and I am super happy with this purchase! Easy installation, videos helped make set up super simple. The features of this bidet are plentiful...heated seat, warm water options, led light, dry setting and adjustable pressures. For anyone interested, this is an amazing choice!

I have put in a fair number of bidets (we have them in all our bathrooms, and now friends' bathrooms) - going back to the early Washlets (they were essential during Covid). This SE400 was by far the EASIEST to install (took 5 minutes if that) and the features are unbeatable at this price range. We've got 3 other Swash's (soon to add a 4th when we upgrade our guest bath) and I guess you could say I'm a dedicated Brondell customer!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think they really tried to make a great product but maybe too many bells and whistles and we don’t find any of them work excellently. For example we basically chose this one for the heated water and fan but find any heating setting beyond the first makes the water too hot for comfort and the fan is very ineffective, even if you let it complete the full cycle. The sprayer positions are both more focused on the rear, we’ve found, and a decent amount of wiggling needs to happen to get the right shot. Also the sprayer can be really intense, like waterpik your vagina intense, above the lowest setting. Heated seat is nice I guess. Kids love the nightlight. Installation was easy and it’s not leaked in the two months we’ve had it.

My wife purchased an SE400 about a year ago and has absolutely loved it. When toilet paper started to get scarce I decided to order one for myself. Install was super easy and only took me about 15 minutes. The design is awesome and the operation is straight forward. It works just as it is designed. Well worth every $$ and it's helping the environment to boot. What's not to love?

Awesome product. Great for feminine hygiene and it also helped with a case of hemorrhoids. Some might see it as excessive but as I’m getting older it provides additional pampering that I need and deserve. It was easy to install. I like the water temperature setting and adjustability of almost everything on the control panel. It was a Christmas gift that I’ll definite continue to use!

So I bought the Brondell Swash se400 (round seat not elongated) 5 days ago. It shipped and arrived in 4. JUST got back from Japan and couldn’t ever go back to the old basic Canadian style toilet. And besides it’s hilarious and a good conversation piece haha. I set it up with no issues whatsoever and I by no means have any plumbing skills. Took about 30 minutes as I played with the seat position but could do it in 15-20 probably. Really basic install and only issue was the power cord was too short to reach up to the vanity plugs so I used and extension cord. Hid the cord with an adhesive corner tube up the wall and along baseboard. Looks great. The seat looks a bit smalller then the old one but is comfy and fits me and the wife although bigger people could have an issue. All the features work great. Just make sure you adjust nozzle position or it may slightly spray out and under the seat. Quick adjustment. The blue light looks cool at night and all the temperature settings are perfect. The warm air dry actually works but takes some time. can’t say enough about this product but I’ve only had it up and running one day. So far so good and a decent price compared to other sites. Make sure you do all the measurements of your toilet first. Super important. There is a sizing chart on the brondell website. I went with Walmart because of the price and I could return it in store if it didn’t fit or work. Beats paying for return postage on other online sites. Overall love it and definitely recommend. Cheers. Enjoy.

When Corona started I bought three of these they're very nice and work great for 3 years then all three of them broke down one after another and the water kept on dripping hence the saying don't put all your eggs in one basket. Contacted the company and they wanted $180 to fix each this time around I'm only sticking to the manual simple biddet the days work 35 bucks each.

We bought an SE400 last December (part of the Christmas presents), then spent three months out of the country and installed it only a month or so ago. Changed our life! The comfort of the water and air cycle, the many options, the night time light, We love it and recommend it to all our friends.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have two of these in our home and obviously are pleased with them, in that we ordered this one for our vacation home. In fact, it is even quieter than the ones we have! Good work, you guys, for making even smaller improvements to an already great product!

(I have been using it for a year with no performance problems) The Bidet changed my life, this is a perfect price point to enter at where it can be a very useful long term product while still not bankrupting you. I have digestive issues and the repeated wiping caused me a lot of pain. Using the Swash SE400 completely eliminates that. I used the dryer for a while not its not quite good enough or fast enough to make it worth it. Instead I cut up several pieces of cloth and I have a basket for used and clean cloth and I just dry off with that. This thing does a great job cleaning so don't be worried about that when it comes to wiping yourself off with cloth. 5/5 stars.
