This is the only product I have ever wanted to review. Everyone who cares about personal hygiene should have one. Would you clean your dishes by wiping them with paper? Why no visible advertising? This bidet seat is simple, easy to install, very effective and saves 90% of toilet paper usage.

My wife purchased an SE400 about a year ago and has absolutely loved it. When toilet paper started to get scarce I decided to order one for myself. Install was super easy and only took me about 15 minutes. The design is awesome and the operation is straight forward. It works just as it is designed. Well worth every $$ and it's helping the environment to boot. What's not to love?

One of the best investments we have ever made. Makes going to the washroom so much better and you feel refreshed after. Saves on toilet paper and if you are struggling with gastro issues of any kind that involve increased trips, this is literally a life saver. I have the to go bottle for away from home trips. Cannot ever see myself without having one of these bad boys in my house. East to install, easy to use. Worth every penny!!

My Swash SE400 just arrived. I installed this morning, super easy installation and I've already used it. I was amazed at it's accuracy of aim, no adjustment needed. The warm seat is a delight. And the blow-dry feature is really nice. I'd highly recommend to anyone in the market.

We bought an SE400 last December (part of the Christmas presents), then spent three months out of the country and installed it only a month or so ago. Changed our life! The comfort of the water and air cycle, the many options, the night time light, We love it and recommend it to all our friends.

This is the 2nd one I have purchased. This one is for my tenant and her charge. It is as wonderful as the first (I am told). I should have got a new elongated toilet and consequently elongated Brondell seat. The standard one is a little short, and it's easy (for men/boys) to hit the gap between the seat and toilet . . . Fortunately the occupants in the rental are currently all female, and will be for the foreseeable future. Not having to look for the remote is handy IMHO.

We had our SE400 for just over a year before the water stopped spraying. Did the standard troubleshooting and nothing worked. I reached out for support and was told the toilet seat had to be shipped to California for service. Shipping and return at my expense because they can’t generate international labels. This applies to in or out of warranty products according to the cs agent that responded. Most people will gt years of enjoyment out of it, but if you live in Canada where this product is also sold and need service, be prepared. Word to the wise, keep the original toilet seat around so that it can be reinstalled while the Brondell is being repaired.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think they really tried to make a great product but maybe too many bells and whistles and we don’t find any of them work excellently. For example we basically chose this one for the heated water and fan but find any heating setting beyond the first makes the water too hot for comfort and the fan is very ineffective, even if you let it complete the full cycle. The sprayer positions are both more focused on the rear, we’ve found, and a decent amount of wiggling needs to happen to get the right shot. Also the sprayer can be really intense, like waterpik your vagina intense, above the lowest setting. Heated seat is nice I guess. Kids love the nightlight. Installation was easy and it’s not leaked in the two months we’ve had it.

So I bought the Brondell Swash se400 (round seat not elongated) 5 days ago. It shipped and arrived in 4. JUST got back from Japan and couldn’t ever go back to the old basic Canadian style toilet. And besides it’s hilarious and a good conversation piece haha. I set it up with no issues whatsoever and I by no means have any plumbing skills. Took about 30 minutes as I played with the seat position but could do it in 15-20 probably. Really basic install and only issue was the power cord was too short to reach up to the vanity plugs so I used and extension cord. Hid the cord with an adhesive corner tube up the wall and along baseboard. Looks great. The seat looks a bit smalller then the old one but is comfy and fits me and the wife although bigger people could have an issue. All the features work great. Just make sure you adjust nozzle position or it may slightly spray out and under the seat. Quick adjustment. The blue light looks cool at night and all the temperature settings are perfect. The warm air dry actually works but takes some time. can’t say enough about this product but I’ve only had it up and running one day. So far so good and a decent price compared to other sites. Make sure you do all the measurements of your toilet first. Super important. There is a sizing chart on the brondell website. I went with Walmart because of the price and I could return it in store if it didn’t fit or work. Beats paying for return postage on other online sites. Overall love it and definitely recommend. This is a solid unit, punching WAY above its weight class on quality and features. It does everything it needs to and just a bit more more, and the value to price ratio is high. Install is easy, like putting on a new toilet seat. Controls are simple and intuitive to use as well, which was a concern for some in my household who had experience with other brands. Auto mode works quite well, and this unit has Eco mode which is a nice feature.
