[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My favorite feature of the bidet is the heated seat. I turn it up for overnight use. I’ve ended up not using the fan option much. It seems like a long time to sit for a result that is not 100 percent. Other users in the household seem to like the fan. Overall, the bidet is everything thing I hoped it be.

We got this seat about a month ago, and I have to say it's changed the life of one of my family members. My dear relative was suffering from constant concerns of not being clean. This resulted in very long visits to the bathroom, excessive use of toilet paper, and worst of all, painful physical side effects of overuse of rough tissue (even the softest available). It was an ongoing source of discomfort, embarrassment and anxiety. We also had frequent plumbing stoppages. This luxury toilet accessory has been such a relief in this person's life. Now my family member feels confident of cleanliness and the physical effects from previous overuse of toilet issue are no longer a problem. Not to mention we are using about a fourth of the toilet paper and have not had any overflows since installing this product.

We had our SE400 for just over a year before the water stopped spraying. Did the standard troubleshooting and nothing worked. I reached out for support and was told the toilet seat had to be shipped to California for service. Shipping and return at my expense because they can’t generate international labels. This applies to in or out of warranty products according to the cs agent that responded. Most people will gt years of enjoyment out of it, but if you live in Canada where this product is also sold and need service, be prepared. Word to the wise, keep the original toilet seat around so that it can be reinstalled while the Brondell is being repaired.

This is a solid unit, punching WAY above its weight class on quality and features. It does everything it needs to and just a bit more more, and the value to price ratio is high. Install is easy, like putting on a new toilet seat. Controls are simple and intuitive to use as well, which was a concern for some in my household who had experience with other brands. Auto mode works quite well, and this unit has Eco mode which is a nice feature.

After my mom bought a Nova brand Bidet, we were really thinking this was amazing! So she wanted me to have one and I bought one of these made by brondell Andy it is over and beyond. I love it...having a warm seat in the winter, along with the warm water and blow dryer...Super nice. Makes me feel a little bad that the one who bought me my special gift is stuck with hers, with no warm or hot water, no blow dryer and let’s not forget the warm seat. Needless to say all bidets are no created equal.....so now we are on a quest to buy another family member on. They are fantastic! Repeat company should mean something...

My wife purchased an SE400 about a year ago and has absolutely loved it. When toilet paper started to get scarce I decided to order one for myself. Install was super easy and only took me about 15 minutes. The design is awesome and the operation is straight forward. It works just as it is designed. Well worth every $$ and it's helping the environment to boot. What's not to love?

What a Fascinating device for the money. I originally purchase the handheld one but realized it was worth it to spend more and get a superior product that even warms and dries the toosh. I remember traveling to Europe and seeing a separate "Bidet" Unit. I don't have the space or the desire to tear up my bathroom for new plumbing to have just a hot and cold Booty spray. This makes going to the bathroom enjoyable. You leave feeling refreshed and clean. Not to mention less toilet paper waste. It is the best purchase I've made all year.

This is such a luxurious upgrade for my elderly parent’s drafty colonial home. I’ve decided to get one for my own downstairs bathroom! Installed in 5 mins or less… which is shocking for a 200 year old home. Do this! You will love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the fifth CE400 that I have purchased and they work very well. A couple of them only lasted a couple of years, but that was probably due to moving from one state to another, and leaving them unpluged too long.

We have used this about 3 weeks now. We like how clean it gets you. We are buying less toilet paper. The blue night light is great, The heated seat is wonderful!! We are very happy that we bought this!! We plan on buying another one for the downstairs bathroom.
