My wife purchased an SE400 about a year ago and has absolutely loved it. When toilet paper started to get scarce I decided to order one for myself. Install was super easy and only took me about 15 minutes. The design is awesome and the operation is straight forward. It works just as it is designed. Well worth every $$ and it's helping the environment to boot. What's not to love?

Super easy to install! We needed the top-mount kit in order to work with our hidden-side commode. Even with that added step, installation still took less than a half hour and only a screwdriver. That reflects solid engineering. The seat is sturdy and comfortable. The lid is sturdy enough to sit on. All of the features work as expected. My wife and I are both very satisfied. The control arm is very close to the seat. If I had it to do over again, I would probably opt for the SE600 which has a remote control.

What a Fascinating device for the money. I originally purchase the handheld one but realized it was worth it to spend more and get a superior product that even warms and dries the toosh. I remember traveling to Europe and seeing a separate "Bidet" Unit. I don't have the space or the desire to tear up my bathroom for new plumbing to have just a hot and cold Booty spray. This makes going to the bathroom enjoyable. You leave feeling refreshed and clean. Not to mention less toilet paper waste. It is the best purchase I've made all year.

This is a solid unit, punching WAY above its weight class on quality and features. It does everything it needs to and just a bit more more, and the value to price ratio is high. Install is easy, like putting on a new toilet seat. Controls are simple and intuitive to use as well, which was a concern for some in my household who had experience with other brands. Auto mode works quite well, and this unit has Eco mode which is a nice feature.

Just bought this due to the toilet paper shortage and to be honest I have been wanting one for years! Ever since I used them in Europe I thought jeez why doesn't all countries get these installed? I love our Swash SE400, the seat is so warm and comforting and the warm water spray is awesome. The only downside is the dryer doesn't fully dry my bum and the water sprays up on the back of the toilet seat but I definitely feel much cleaner than ever before!

Awesome product. Great for feminine hygiene and it also helped with a case of hemorrhoids. Some might see it as excessive but as I’m getting older it provides additional pampering that I need and deserve. It was easy to install. I like the water temperature setting and adjustability of almost everything on the control panel. It was a Christmas gift that I’ll definite continue to use!

My parents in Japan have been having Toto washlet for about 20 years. I've been enjoying that whenever I went back to Japan. I just thought if they sell it here in the US and checked on Amazon. I was surprised to see the Toto's products here but they were very pricey.... But as I did some research, I came to find this Brondell brand. Since they had one of the highest reviews I decided to buy one. Shipping was very fast. The product is wonderful and it as good as the Japanese Toto brand my parents had in Japan in every way. I'm so glad that we got this. I truly recommend this!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the fifth CE400 that I have purchased and they work very well. A couple of them only lasted a couple of years, but that was probably due to moving from one state to another, and leaving them unpluged too long.

We loved this bidet toilet seat when we got it. Now 2 years later, the water is only ice cold as it sprays. And the seat does not stay in place anymore despite tightening as much as I can so you have to take care when you sit. Now, I still love the heated seat and nightlight but unless it's 90 degrees in the house, I just can't use the ice cold water stream any longer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] * The plastic is so cheap any thing will scratch it even paper towels ** The painted name (Prondell) and all other print wipes away with water. The last set from 5 years ago is much better quality, So cheap, increase the price by $5 better than loose customers. disappointed !!!!!! Never buy it again
