[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the second Swash unit i have purchased for the house. We are a bidet household now. saves money on TP and have never felt cleaner. We first purchased a cheaper on and eventually had to replace it. We invested in the Brondell brand because it came highly reco'd by a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The SE400 is a good unit, but it could have been a great unit. The controls are convenient and easy to use. The seat gets warm very nicely. The light for the bowl is a bit bright at night, but fortunately you can turn it off. The main problem is the wash water gets cold much too quickly. I have used another Brondell model, plus one from a different manufacture which do not have this problem. The force of the wash spray is fine. It just get cold too fast.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to operate. It took me about three days to memorize all the buttons because I can't see them when I'm sitting on the toilet seat. About 50% of the time, I still need to clean myself up the sink. That is after using 2 minutes front and back settings with two minutes in between it got the water warmed up again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The way the bidet is designed leaves as a much smaller opening than on a typical seat and the "feet" on the underside of the lid make it so that the bidet water spits out of from under the seat.
