I have nothing to compare the Brondell to, this is my first bidet seat. It works well, except the dryer feature doesn’t really dry...I don’t use that feature much. I would have appreciated knowing that before purchasing. Could be they are all like that, I just don’t know.

So this is a great product - everything works as advertised and I am extremely happy with it. Here's a funny story regarding the installation that should have been very simple: Ever see the famous episode from I Love Lucy where she and Ethel are in the bakery and can't keep up with the assembly line? That's how it was with my installation. My water valve wouldn't close all the way so as I was making the connections, I had to do it with water coming out of the hose which I would catch using a big pan that I would have to continually empty out during the process of making the simple connections. It was hilarious and I eventually completed the job, not without a lot of anxiety and many very wet towels I had to lay on the floor to soak up all the water that I spilled emptying the pan! This of course had nothing to do with the product, but was the result of my bad water valve. I would highly recommend this product.

I have IBS and had to use so much toilet paper daily that I was constantly left feeling sore. I had never used a bidet before and thought it was one of those things besides the toilet. I surprised to see you could buy a seat with an integrated bidet machine. I decided it was worth a try and boy am I ever happy I did ! I feel super clean each time, am not sore anymore and barely need any toilet paper ! Would never go back to life without a bidet, guaranteed !

We lived in Japan for three and a half years and every home and business has bidet's. We decided to purchase one when we moved back to the United States. While in Japan we researched bidet's and decided the Brondell Swash SE400 would work well for us. We ordered it just as soon as we moved into our new home. It is even better than the ones in Japan. We love it and don't understand why every home in America does not have one. The Swash SE400 has exceeded our expectations. And the installation was simple and easy. The only tool I used was a pair of channel locks but only because I want to be sure the hookups were snug (I probably did not need to). My wife is very happy. She loves the heated toilet seat. Also customer service was awesome. We are considering purchasing a RO under the sink water filter system from Brondell. Great company and great products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 1) Hot water is depleted in 25 seconds 2) Seat is way to hot on low setting 3) The water stream is very pinpoint and uncomfortable even when turning down water pressure. Note: This is not my first Bidet, I have had several over the years to compare it with

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm finding this doesn't do a great job cleaning my senior father. He's a bigger guy and I don't think this has the pressure needed. Additionally the jets seem to leak periodically. Dribbling into the toilet. It's an intermittent problem but I suspect it could waste a lot of water over time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband broke his arm and taking care of his personal business became a challenge. This bidet has made both of our lives so much better. It works amazingly well and is very comfortable and was easy to install.
