I’ve had the bidet for about a month now and wonder why I didn’t get it before. It performs perfectly, adds comfort and improvement to my life and I’m soooo happy I purchased it.

We love our bidet so much so that we race to get in bathroom in the morning. This is our second one which should tell you how well they are made. Absolutely no complaints.

I think it's good. My wife doesn't think it hits her parts well. She never complained about our Toto Washlet. This one will go to the guest bath while a Toto c100 goes in our bath.

We first purchased a cheaper on and eventually had to replace it. We invested in the Brondell brand because it came highly reco'd by a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The way the bidet is designed leaves as a much smaller opening than on a typical seat and the "feet" on the underside of the lid make it so that the bidet water spits out of from under the seat.
