I bought this as a gift for my husband for Father's Day. It was definitely a great choice, he was so excited to open and install it, what can I say, the man loves to use the bathroom! It was super easy to install, my daughter and I installed it in 15 minutes. The warm water is very soothing and the heated seat is nothing less than luxurious. The seat and accompanying parts are well made and heavy plastic. We need to get an extension cord, but for now it works great! We are really happy with this purchase and will be enjoying it for years to come.

I had a knee replaced in early September, and because of the lost agility due to that, I wasn't cleaning up as well - and got a nice UTI for my trouble. So for this knee replacement, we decided we'd get a bidet to allow for better cleaning. This one works great! It gives us the ability to heat the water to three different levels, multiple water pressures, adjust the seat temp if you want it heated... just so many options that make this a wonderful bidet!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall the product is good. Nice comfortable with excellent seating, good heating and water pressure. The controls are comfortable to handle. However, the nozzle sometimes stay out and doesn't recede. Then it has to be pushed inside manually.

I have put in a fair number of bidets (we have them in all our bathrooms, and now friends' bathrooms) - going back to the early Washlets (they were essential during Covid). This SE400 was by far the EASIEST to install (took 5 minutes if that) and the features are unbeatable at this price range. We've got 3 other Swash's (soon to add a 4th when we upgrade our guest bath) and I guess you could say I'm a dedicated Brondell customer!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the Brondell Swash SE400. I feel so clean after using it. The warm water and warm air dry are fantastic. The massage feature is also nice. You will not be disappointed if you purchase this product. There is no remote control you have to deal with. Everything is on the right side arm. No need for batteries. I was able to wire an electrical outlet in the wall on the right side of the toilet by running a connection from an outlet on the other side of the wall.

This is a solid unit, punching WAY above its weight class on quality and features. It does everything it needs to and just a bit more more, and the value to price ratio is high. Install is easy, like putting on a new toilet seat. Controls are simple and intuitive to use as well, which was a concern for some in my household who had experience with other brands. Auto mode works quite well, and this unit has Eco mode which is a nice feature.

This is the 2nd one I have purchased. This one is for my tenant and her charge. It is as wonderful as the first (I am told). I should have got a new elongated toilet and consequently elongated Brondell seat. The standard one is a little short, and it's easy (for men/boys) to hit the gap between the seat and toilet . . . Fortunately the occupants in the rental are currently all female, and will be for the foreseeable future. Not having to look for the remote is handy IMHO.

I just installed this today 3/31/2020 to replace an older bidet. Features work very well as advertised. I am very happy with that. The Install was easy. The only thing I'm disappointed in is the replacement hose and T connector are plastic. The old ones were braided hose and metal T connector but different connections so I couldn't use them. If they hold up well then no problem. But we'll see in time. Once I got an Email that it shipped I received it the next day. But it did take 2 weeks to ship due to high demand.

I bought the SE400 bidet seat 2 weeks ago and I’m very pleased with it. This is the second time that I purchased a bidet and I’m really satisfied with the Brondell brand. Installation was a breeze and and usage is simple with a lot of features. Happy with my purchased! David R

We loved this bidet toilet seat when we got it. Now 2 years later, the water is only ice cold as it sprays. And the seat does not stay in place anymore despite tightening as much as I can so you have to take care when you sit. Now, I still love the heated seat and nightlight but unless it's 90 degrees in the house, I just can't use the ice cold water stream any longer.
