[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think they really tried to make a great product but maybe too many bells and whistles and we don’t find any of them work excellently. For example we basically chose this one for the heated water and fan but find any heating setting beyond the first makes the water too hot for comfort and the fan is very ineffective, even if you let it complete the full cycle. The sprayer positions are both more focused on the rear, we’ve found, and a decent amount of wiggling needs to happen to get the right shot. Also the sprayer can be really intense, like waterpik your vagina intense, above the lowest setting. Heated seat is nice I guess. Kids love the nightlight. Installation was easy and it’s not leaked in the two months we’ve had it.

One of the best investments we have ever made. Makes going to the washroom so much better and you feel refreshed after. Saves on toilet paper and if you are struggling with gastro issues of any kind that involve increased trips, this is literally a life saver. I have the to go bottle for away from home trips. Cannot ever see myself without having one of these bad boys in my house. East to install, easy to use. Worth every penny!!

My Swash SE400 just arrived. I installed this morning, super easy installation and I've already used it. I was amazed at it's accuracy of aim, no adjustment needed. The warm seat is a delight. And the blow-dry feature is really nice. I'd highly recommend to anyone in the market.

I love it I love it I love it I'm not old by any means, but as I do get older the old digestive system doesn't work as well sometimes. So when you go to the bathroom, (you know what I mean)(LOL) sometimes it comes off real dean and unfortunately sometmes doesn't. With my new Brondell Swash, personal hygene is no longer a challenge, not that it was a beforehand But now I fee, really clean. I would tlighty recommend anybody who's 50 or above to get one of these. I love mine, love the night light in the evening, the heated toilet seat (Calgary gets very cold in the winter. Heated toilet seat-Magic)

My wife purchased an SE400 about a year ago and has absolutely loved it. When toilet paper started to get scarce I decided to order one for myself. Install was super easy and only took me about 15 minutes. The design is awesome and the operation is straight forward. It works just as it is designed. Well worth every $$ and it's helping the environment to boot. What's not to love?

We loved this bidet toilet seat when we got it. Now 2 years later, the water is only ice cold as it sprays. And the seat does not stay in place anymore despite tightening as much as I can so you have to take care when you sit. Now, I still love the heated seat and nightlight but unless it's 90 degrees in the house, I just can't use the ice cold water stream any longer.

Just bought this due to the toilet paper shortage and to be honest I have been wanting one for years! Ever since I used them in Europe I thought jeez why doesn't all countries get these installed? I love our Swash SE400, the seat is so warm and comforting and the warm water spray is awesome. The only downside is the dryer doesn't fully dry my bum and the water sprays up on the back of the toilet seat but I definitely feel much cleaner than ever before!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have wanted a bidet for awhile and finally pulled the trigger. My husband installed it pretty quickly, about 20 minutes total. It has worked well. I like the heat feature and the adjustable pressure. There is no going back now.

Ever since our trip to Japan we have been talking about getting a bidet. With the recent toilet paper shortages ;-) and the stimulus check, we saw our opportunity to finally purchase one. We installed it today. It took us about a half hour, and that is only because we had to switch out our plug for a GFI plug (and that required some googling because I had never done anything electrical before) . All in all, great value for the price and features it offers.

After my mom bought a Nova brand Bidet, we were really thinking this was amazing! So she wanted me to have one and I bought one of these made by brondell Andy it is over and beyond. I love it...having a warm seat in the winter, along with the warm water and blow dryer...Super nice. Makes me feel a little bad that the one who bought me my special gift is stuck with hers, with no warm or hot water, no blow dryer and let’s not forget the warm seat. Needless to say all bidets are no created equal.....so now we are on a quest to buy another family member on. They are fantastic! Repeat company should mean something...
